We purchased a new to their store brand and had a hard time getting Forno to accept their first generation oven was a flop. Brad was beyond exceptional in ushering our needs to the company. They continually followed through as an advocate for us as Forno acknowledged the first generation oven, they manufactured had a total recall of the model.Forno and Cook’s made it right, a very long growing pain for Forno’s existence. The replacement we received is exceptional. Well done to the team at Forno for a redesign and roll out.Thanks so much.

Unfortunately, this company has a loop hole in their stated warranty that if the customer does not keep a copy of the receipt they will not honor any service calls. In my opinion this is a sackless move by their leadership/owner to get out of honoring commitments and we cannot recommend anyone do business with a company with such low values.When asked if they have any record of our original purchase date they stated, they cannot provide that information to the insurance company to honor the warranty.I would recommend going elsewhere or making sure you see through their bs. I am not sure what happened to ethical business practices, but there goes the saying "no honor amongst theives".

I can't remember any names for the life of me, but both the lady and gentleman (who was still training) working will have me recommending this place forever. Helped us find a new fridge, have it delivered in less than 24 hours, and took the old one. Plus they're just pleasant humans to joke with. Would recommend to anyone needing an appliance, especially if you're a bit tight on funds at the moment.

Upon reaching out to them, they said they would be here on X date to fix it, they never showed up, tried to say they called but I have no logs on my phone of them calling. Now since I said the word "attorney" they refused to fix it. I fixed it myself for $16.99. Horrible customer service, manager of the store is rude.In response: The tone of voice was rude, and upon talking with them on the 23rd they scheduled a tech to come on the following Monday, which did not happen. Warranty was extended by sales person due to different delivery date than purchase date, then ignored.

I have every reason to believe they sold it to me this way. The warranty isn't valid because I laid the fridge on its side for transport. Moral of the story, I am paying more to repair it than I paid for it originally. You get what you pay for here. Pitch for the brand new $600 fridge from Lowes. Good luck!

Plus , big kiddos, they just happened to have a gas stove! The no frills kind I had been searching for months.They seriously made my day!Really a good place to go for appliances. Michkaela Orcutt: My washer started leaking and clearly wasn't just a fix it and be okay situation so I went to rikers. Talked to Troy and he was extremely helpful and NOT pushy about selling me an over priced replacement. They even let me put just 5 dollar down to hold the washer I chose. Installation and delivery was a breeze but when I started the new (used) washer for the cleaning cycle, it started pouring water out worse than my original! I called immediately and got back in touch with Troy. They are replacing it with another washer of the same value, delivering it and removing the broken one without charging me any extra cost! The only reason I didn't 5 star is because I think the washers should be checked if they are working before even being put on the sales floor. Will still recommend because of how well they fixed the problem.

They give you a time window of delivery and if you’re not there for the delivery, they charge again. Though the delivery service is a different company entirely so that’s not on Riker’s. Coltney Akers: Do NOT buy from these scam artists, currently filing a small claims suit because they voided my warranty over my "attitude" that they were putting off my repair, they would rather take money than do right by their customers. Also, paid 65 for delivery by a man who could barely walk, so I threw my back out paying someone else 65 bucks for me to do the heavy lifting. Biggest mistake I ever made was trusting this joke of a place. Go spend 100 more bucks on a new one -also, when the police came they said they'd dealt with this business before ripping people off, and the cop wished he could help since he knows how they treat people. Don't believe the lies they comment on the reviews. They just want to trick more people so they can rip them off
Jefferson&Elyse Thomas: We purchased a washer dryer combo, they were pleasant to work with, didn’t pressure us to purchase a more expensive set, exchanged the cord on the dryer for us to the type of cord we needed, included the water lines, and the dryer tube all without any additional fees. They also included a 30-day warranty, which haven’t expired yet, but so far the washer and dryer have worked great.We are pleased with the experience and happy we were able to save so much money in this process.

We bought one washing machine for $350 plus delivery, 90 days later the basket tub gear had worn out - shredded itself!- and burned a hole in our floor. The sent a repair person, but the repair was not successful. We went back to the store and the manager offered us $50 off another machine. And kept saying "You are outside the warranty, I don't HAVE to do anything." We stupidly purchased another washer using for $400 (used that $50 off) - still had to pay delivery, and here we are 29 days later and it is broken. It gets stuck and won't drain. We spoke with them on the phone and went in. The manager said "I'm sorry I just have no idea who you are." Which was disheartening. Then told us they would come pick it up and refund our money MINUS 20%. So we could get $320 back, have no washing machine and be out almost $600 (with delivery fees) for both washers. We would have been MUCH better off just buying a basic model at Lowes. They did not stand behind their product and did not seem to care about the situation at all. We thought we were buying from a local business with an investment in the community. But after having numerous problems and many visits and conversations over five month period, they didn't even remember us. Which is either arrogance...or they deal with a LOT of problems.UPDATE: Two men just came to pick up our washer despite the fact that we hadn't agreed to that. (We are using the washing machine on the single cycle that works. We couldn't buy another with the $320 they offered.) The men seemed confused, had no refund money with them. We had no phone call...nothing. I think this place must have just gone downhill. I heard so many good things before we used them.SECOND UPDATE: I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. I just got notice that BBB tried repeatedly to contact them and they never responded. So take that into account if you look up their rating with them.

Salamanda 25: Unless you want to waste your money and time do not buy from them. I bought a washer and dryer from them around a month or two ago and have had nothing but problems. The washer doesn’t spin right so clothes have to be rang out after each use. The dryer hasn’t worked since we got it so I contacted or at least tried contacting them because they have a 30 day warranty. I called and texted multiple times and never got ahold of anyone. It took my mom going to the store physically to get anywhere with them. When they came to fix dryer they replaced a bunch of parts and it still had the same issues. The dryer takes 3-4 full drying cycles to actually dry clothes. On top of that tonight the hose to the washer came undone because when the washer was spinning so violently it came out when the hose should’ve been zip tied. So now there’s water all over my kitchen and living room floors. It also leased behind the wall so living in an apartment that’s damage I now have to take care of. The washer is now bowed from shaking so much from it being constantly off balanced. A complete waste of $700 and I will never recommend or go to Rikers ever again.
Dallas Ponder: Purchased a refrigerator. The day after our 30 day warranty expired we noticed the fridge portion wasn’t working correctly, when I contacted them about the issue they thanked me for my honesty and we scheduled immediately to get it fixed. They’re so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Thank you guys for everything !!!!

Beth Jackson: I can't quite give a 5 star rating just yet, but I will say a low 5 would be appropriate. New staff, New management, Clean store, Fair prices for a rent to own business. This location is coming around. Yes, in the past there have been issues with poor service, employees treating customers less than human/stupid, filthy store, poor additudes, Management who shouldn't have even been in control of a dog let alone a business, but if you were a past customer give them another chance. Nothing is "perfect" but this store is definitely so much better and making progress. Keep up the great work guys

Hope Crockett: They think it's ok to wink and make you feel uncomfortable and then lie and say it never happened take your money and not deliver your couches to you because they failed to check your application and make sure it's all filled out correctly and then when you go to the store to get a refund they refuse to let you in on the conversation of refunding me my money and tell me I don't need to know who he talked.too horrible store won't ever do business with this place again. Their store manager Jacob Little doesn't know the how to be professional or handle situations other than by making you think he's going to hit you becauseyou made him mad.

Kimberly Thomas: I just want to give a huge thank you to this company. We had a delivery that was supposed to be scheduled today, and was canceled due to the weather. Which we understand, we called in and we did get a little angry and had some attitude, but both managers were more than respectful and explaining them self and apologized. I know that the customer is “always supposed to be right,”but I just really appreciate the staff here working with us and not having an attitude back when they could’ve. They were very professional and very respectful, and we I know that sometimes as customers we are in the wrong, so we just definitely appreciate when a business can be professional no matter what. Thank you guys for working in this weather, and doing everything you can!

Tawny Choate: Do not do business with this company. They prey on people who cannot pay for an item in full all at once. They are a predatory business and charge exuberant amounts of interest and don’t stand behind their products. I spent over $1500 on a double oven and was told by the manager that if I was still paying they would fix it, however since I didn’t purchase the extended warranty that I was out of luck as the manufacturer warranty was no longer in effect. He then stated they don’t offer an extended warranty, but a vip experience that I declined. I stated I was never offered the vip experience and he stated that it was one of the most pushed items, and he wasn’t there for the conversation if it was or wasn’t offered so implied that I was a liar. He also stated he exhausted every effort up to and including asking the person directly under the owner if they wanted to fix this to make it right and have me continue to be a customer and he was told no at every juncture. Obviously having a perfect payment history and purchasing multiple items, and never being offered a vip experience means nothing. He kept saying I could come purchase something new and see the type of manager that he is, but that doesn’t change the fact that I have a double oven that I paid way too much money for that doesn’t work. I am reporting this business to the BBB, attorney general of Missouri, and will be giving a review on all forms of social media and anyone that will stand still long enough to listen. Simply apologizing and offering to sell me the vip experience to fix my double oven would have retained me as a customer. They don’t value customers.
Austin Brooks: I recommend to anyone who ever wants to rent furniture to own from this place, do not do it. They like to pull fast ones on new customers. The General Manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. He was disrespectful towards my girlfriend telling her she needs to be an adult and not act like a child when she works in a call center all day and she was respectful to him. He needs to be fired, no wonder that national TV had went through 7 GM's in the last year, their customer service is aweful, don't do it.
