I had contacted him with what we were looking for, as a family of 4 with a teenager and a pre-teen. He promptly sent us a list of properties in both the Dominican Republic and Mexico. I just wish I was told that there are direct flights from America to Rome and not to Milan-if I had known that I would’ve requested to fly directly to Rome to save on an international flight. The stress of making your next flight and extra cost. When I realized it was already too short notice. Which we of course missed our flight due to the schedule change and were told that we can just get on the next flight if we miss it. Well American refused to book another flight for us because “it wasn’t their fault” and we couldn’t reach anyone due to the time difference. If you book yourself and your flight schedule changes, you’ll be in the same boat wether you booked yourself or through an agent. Would’ve saved lots of money and stress!

Jeff Willis: Literally could have booked the trip myself. Received no recommendations on things to do or see and when I asked, I received my itinerary again with a very rude email attached. When I asked for help with some insurance information for issues we encountered on the trip, I again was on my own. This was supposed to have been a once in a lifetime vacation, and was hoping for help with planning. I literally had to research everything myself. The agent told me they had never personally been there and could not help me on things to do or see. Would definitely recommend just booking the trip yourself if they are your only option. Will not use them again and would recommend shopping around before booking with anyone. Could go on and on but won't.Yes, You did contact me. After your "escalation" we received two checks of $18.47. I was charged for the hotel and car in the package I purchased and was not reimbursed for them for the day we missed. Additionally, for the record, we did not go to Oahu, we went to Kauai.

We live in the Joplin area so she got us flights out of Springfield and we flew back into Springfield, just a short 55 minute drive home.We stayed at the RIU Palace Kukulkan. So glad Shannon recommended this place. It opened in November of 2022 and was adults only. We would go back there tomorrow if we had the time.Our flight home Shannon recommended giving ourselves time to get through customs and security again once we arrived back in the states. So glad we did, no stress no hassle.I have to say Shannon made sure we got the best out of our vacation budget and her knowledge of things we hadn't considered PRICELESS!Go see Shannon Smith at the Springfield, MO office you will be glad you did!

She did all the leg-work, got us exactly what we asked for with zero effort on our end. She even had some wonderful ideas for resorts to go to, so we had several to choose from that we would have never thought of. She took time to also meet with us in person right before our trip to provide a folder with printouts for our convenience, luggage belts, luggage tags, etc. I highly recommend using Adelman Vacations and highly recommend Geri! She is the best we have had! We will be using her for all of our future travels!

Although I knew what we wanted to book, Diana put it together for us with a great air itinerary and travel insurance. She gave me several choices on insurance and explained the pros and cons of each choice.We have been to Europe several times but not to the places on our itinerary. Diana provided information about these destinations and shared some of her experiences there.This was the second cruise Diana booked for us and we have three more future bookings with her. Erin Woody: We met with a travel agent today and were highly disappointed in our experience. One of the people in our trip recommended this place since they had had a positive experience with one of the agents but that was not what we received today when we worked with a different member of the company. There are 4 of us traveling internationally to spend time with family. When asked if there were any brochures on things we could do in Norway we were informed that she didn’t have any brochures and we could just look it up ourselves, that she wouldn’t help us look for things to book if somebody else (family potentially) would be setting it up. All we wanted to know was what things there were to do while in Norway. Less than 5 minutes into the first meeting one of the 4 of us had a question and before she finished her question we were rudely told that “she would get to it if we would just listen.” Incredibly disappointed and we will now be booking it ourselves since she couldn’t be bothered to help us.

Kyle & Katie Walter: Had so much fun with Jason doing tastings at the distillery and wineries. He’s a great resource for any recommendations you might be looking for in the Branson area. My husband and I have widely different palates, and there was definitely something for both of us at each stop. He was really great at making sure we always had waters and were comfortable wherever we were on a hot summer day. He also has a great relationship with the staff at each location to get you great deals; ours happened to include shot glasses and wine glasses!

My husband and I have done many tours. This is the first tour where our guide was prepared with a camera and offered to take our photos and put together a digital memory album for us. So not only did we have a fabulous day! But we now have photo memories to look back on. :)
