Fedo Life: Don't use checked baggage but the flights are very cheap. Purchased a new luggage for a trip. Luggage was a light peach color so I honestly didn't care if it got dirty. First flight I almost didn't pick up my luggage from the baggage area I couldn't recognize it. My return flight was even worse my new luggage that is now peach with black stripes was ripped in multiple spots and had even more black gunk all over it. I attempted to reach customer service and got hung up on after waiting over an hour on hold.

Joseph Darren Straub: Never wanted to give less than one star. Waited in line for over an hour with 100 other people to check our bags. No one showed up at the counter till less than an hour before boarding. Nice work Allegiant!

Brittany Cooper: Our flight was delayed multiple times and ended up being cancelled at 1am, 10 minutes after our scheduled departure. Allegiant offered no assistance or compensation for the night leaving us with no place to sleep, no rental car and no assistance to cover food costs while we are here.I was so disheartened to see Allegiant team members leaving many so families stranded.I have been a faithful Allegiant customer for multiple years now traveling from AZ to MO to visit family and I can guarantee that you have lost MANY customers over this instance
Remington Kelly: Too many negatives to state. They cancelled a flight after a 3 hour delay. They already knew earlier that the crew was not able to fly. The crew had no real answers on how to accommodate passengers after the delay that they caused. On top of that There were no vouchers. This is a terrible airline
Steve: Cheap tickets is the only positive thing to say about them. Lord help you if you need to call them! Non-existent customer service. Employees are overworked and under paid. But if they offer a direct flight to your destination, I'd take it.

bitzy1964 bitzy6225: Alamo and allegiant air are scamers.When booking a rent a car I thought the price was paid for.When the car was turned in alamo charged extra 108 above the allegiant price agreement.WATCH OUT FOR EXTRA PROCESSING FEES
Alexander Julius Higinbotham: I love the prices that Allegiant offers for their flights, however I would definitely say you get what you pay for. Carry on bags are not included, nor is any food or beverage. The flight wasn't bad, but the seats weren't very comfortable. I would recommend Allegiant to anyone who can find a non-stop flight with them and to anyone who won't be on their plane for 4 hours or longer. As I said before, their seats aren't the most comfortable, so I wouldn't be booking a long flight with them, but it is bearable if you aren't traveling too far.
cliff rausch: Great prices and times on time all the time
Dan Bennett: Allegient Airline has decent customer service and is better than average or average in price----BUT their new makover to their planes is terrible. The seats were made by modeling them by using a 70 pound person. They are made out of a hard plastic like board. The seat part is much shorter than usual with no leg support. The back support is ridged and hard. There is no cover or cushion in seat or back. A 3 hour trip is a killer. Average size people will not be happy. At one time, they offered larger seats at a price. We thought it was worth paying for. Now there is no choice. We will not be using Allegient now. NOT HAPPY
Karla Matson: Customer Service is terrible. Cheap flights? No. By the time you add things up its as cheap as any other airline with specials.
