Kylan Kirkendall: A friend pointed us to White Smiles Family Dental when we moved to town. After several biannual checkups our family has only been impressed. Their scheduling and notifications system is convenient, their staff is both friendly and professional, and their work is excellent.

He always makes sure I feel comfortable, is able to work quickly, and the staff is very friendly. Dr. Preston and his staff remember me and always distract me by talking about my home life and things that interest me. I never feel like I am being upsold for extra services. I am very satisfied with all work that has been done at this office and recommend it to everyone I know.
James Strachan: Absolutely phenomenal experience, I cannot recommend them enough. During my new patient appointment they were quick to identify my problems and provide multiple solutions. They then took some detailed x-rays before handing me over to Mady, who I think was their hygienist? She was incredibly gentle while inspecting my teeth, gave her expert opinion in a manner that was easy for me to understand, and even helped walk me through some of the insurance stuff.Brenna who made sure I had everything I needed in my first appointment, also helped me through my second appointment: A root canal. Her and Dr. White (Preston) were both magnificent, ensuring I was comfortable every step of the procedure. Every decision was explained to me in a way that eased my anxiety, and I felt rest assured by their obvious expertise. I genuinely felt every staff member cared about my well-being, I could not have had a better experience. Thank you.

Barby Pohl: My family and I have been amazed with the service and compassion from Dr. White and his entire staff. We've had a fair number of dental issues over the past few years, and some have been quite extensive, and Dr. White and his team have been phenomenal throughout. My daughter has some sensory issues that can make her treatment a bit challenging, but everyone there has incredible patience and compassion. (And Jamie is the best dental assistant on the planet!) -- We've had everything from routine cleanings, fillings, invisalign, root canals, crowns, and everything in between. We'll never go anywhere else!

jessica: I went and had 11 molars pulled 2/23/21. Let me tell you that everyone in the staff is amazing they all go above and beyond to make you feel important! I have never had this great of an experience anywhere else from check in to check out the staff is lovely. My dental hygienist Amanda was an absolute angel she always made sure I was comfortable and cleaned up and was so attentive to my needs even if I didn't know I needed them. Dr Nathan Bauer was an absolut sweet heart as well I never felt any of the shots and he was always asking if I was ok and making sure nothing hurt and if anything seemed like it did he would stop immediately and apologize. This was the best experience I have ever had and I am so excited for the rest of my work to get done here I could not have asked for a better place to be than at 417 smile's everyone should go here. You won't regret it you actually feel like family here!! ☺️

Kimberly Tschannen: Issue after issue. I don’t even know where to start. Anyone on the dental side of this office are all super nice. The ladies in the office part are incredibly rude. I took my son there for a dental exam, dentist over looks a forming cavity saying she likes to wait for the actual cavity to form. 4 months later my son is in such pain with an open HOLE in his tooth. Dentist said she probably should have filled it, I agree. I wish she would have but then she tried to blame it on poor dental hygiene. Take him to another exam, they over look a cyst that had formed on his gum. They noticed it a week later during a filling. When it comes to trying to check out of the building be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes for the lady to not figure out what she’s doing with insurance. They feed you all these different prices until you call your insurance company yourself to figure it out for them. I am completely disgusted with the way things are handled and how we were treated. Parkcrest Dental is where we have switched and they are AMAZING! They are fixing the issues that were not dealt with correctly.

Amy Stokes: We have been going to 417 smiles for almost 10 years now. They are a very friendly staff. Very clean facility. Recently, my 10 year old chipped her front adult tooth on tile and I made a call to their emergency phone number on a Wednesday night at 730 pm. I left a vm and received a return call within 10 minutes. They worked me in their schedule at 8 am the next morning. They were able to build the tooth back up and you would never know she ever chipped it. Amazing job!

steve myrick: My wife had a 3 hour appt today to fix a bridge that was dislodged after a recent endoscopy procedure. I expected her to return in tears, but she came home instead with a smile on her face. Now, the anesthesic hadn't worn off yet. So, I'm sure she will be sore soon enough. She explained how she walked into the room, which was a little on the cold side... now, they immediately covered her with a warm blanket and a towel that had aromatherapy to calm her down. I was impressed with how well they treated my wife, who actually lost sleep the night before. If you are looking for the best dentist in Springfield and a staff that goes beyond the call of duty to make you feel comfortable, then Wilkinson Dental is where you should schedule your next dental appt. Nikki, Stacy, and TJ were the technicians that were they're every step of the way... and they deserve special recognition, along with their insurance specialist, Julie. Thx you guys for taking such good care of both of us over the last 4 years!

Patricia Spear: I love going to this place when I need a dental procedure done. They make sure you're fully numb before they begin and when dealing with a tooth extraction, they'll try the cheapest route first and both times I've had it done without needing the surgical extraction. This is the only place that I trust to get things done in a timely manner in a highly professional atmosphere.

Kyle Dawson: Absolutely horrible attitude by almost all of the staff. If you want a dentist that cares about the aftermath and your comfort after the fact go somewhere else. Over 24hrs after a rear extraction bleeding is still steady and heavy. I called and they said "yea it can take a few days to stop". Consulted another office to find out that with the size of the extraction a suture and clotting gel should've been used. I asked "my dentist" about the clotting gel and was told by the rudest front desk lady I have ever met. That it's still bleeding so it's OK. It appears that once your payment is received they stop caring.UPDATEAfter posting this review and it taking over a week for a response. I attempt to call this office and am told it will take 24 to 48 hrs for a response. And it taking over a week for my review to get a response (positive reviews get a response within 48hrs) it appears that responses to complaints are handled in a time where it is probably too late to correct. I can only assume this is on purpose to avoid accountability.

Lori Allen: If a persons crown falls off that was placed by My Dentist they should NOT have to wait a week to get in to have it fixed. If It gets swallowed it should be replaced for free since you have them waiting to get it fixed. This is poor service especially since the person paid over 5000 out of pocket.

Scott Dunsmuir: If I could give zero stars I would. The receptionist shamed me for my infrequent visits. Then once we got past that sorry about your pain but it will be 10 weeks before we can see you perhaps go to Dental ER. Thanks for the referral and the humiliation

Richard R: I had another pleasant dental visit with Northside Dental Clinic, in May 2021. Since I moved to the North of Springfield MO, Northside Dental Clinic has been a excellent choice for 5+ years. Waiting room has 18+ comfortable chairs, restroom 10ft. away and always 1 to 2 receptionist on hand to check you in.
Charlene Taylor: I have been a patient at Northside Dental for 15+ years. Even after moving an hour away nearly 10 years ago, they’re still my dentist. I love going in to see Paige, my hygienist. She’s a true professional and does a thorough job. I say being there is the equivalent of going to the spa for me, knowing I’ll leave with a fresh and clean mouth! Also, prior to having any work done, they always have a breakdown of expected costs(and options) so that you’re never left with a big surprise. Keep up the good work Northside Dental!

Stacey Dillard: On my first visit I was told I needed periodontal scaling because I had some "deep cusps" and had the beginning stages of periodontal disease. I decided to get a 2nd opinion because my previous dentists had always said I did a good job keeping my teeth clean. I had my radio-graphs that were taken at North Side Dental clinic sent to another office. I was then told that I had zero evidence of tartar build up on my teeth. They said scaling wouldn't be needed unless I had tartar build up in conjunction with deep cusps. The were going to charge me $922 for this procedure when I really didn't need it. I wouldn't trust them to give a honest diagnosis.3/20/15 So, I have been to another dentist twice now and still have ZERO need for periodontal scaling!! My gums are still in great shape.05/25/21 still no gum disease or need for scaling. What a scam. I'll never forget how unprofessional the dental hygienist was at this office.

Chuck Helphinstine: Had to have an extraction. Dr. Naeim was friendly and explained everything that he was doing. The tooth was very stubborn to get out. Despite that I experienced very little pain. I'll be going back for a comprehensive exam and treatment plan soon. The office staff was professional and friendly.

John Keller: I asked for an appointment because of tooth pain. Got me in and did a root canal during their lunch instead of making another appointment.
Sharon Young: The dentist was very caring, took time to explain and answer my questions. The hygienist was super nice and caring as well as the other staff.
Karen Austin: I had to wait for 35 minutes before l got in a room. My appointment was at 3 and I didn't see the Dr. until 445 and I didn't leave the office until 5. Everyone was very professional and friendly.
Janet Davis: Initially I was satisfied with this provider, however when I returned for a follow up visit the dentist was so rude and disdainful toward me. It is never appropriate to treat a patient with disgust. Dentists and doctors need to start seeing patients for what we are - human beings and customers. I would not recommend this provider. I don't know what his problem is, but it isn't mine to solve, only to avoid.
Brenda Spencer: The hygienist and assistant were thorough and professional. Best cleaning I've had bar none. Dr little is excellent. He has such a good bedside manner.
