Anita Romaniak: This is a good place to go if you need a dentist. Very kind considerate and they don't do things that you don't want done I appreciate them very much. As soon as you walk in the door you'll know what I mean they are very very kind and considerate . I give them a 10 out of 10 yay
Patricia Spear: I love going to this place when I need a dental procedure done. They make sure you're fully numb before they begin and when dealing with a tooth extraction, they'll try the cheapest route first and both times I've had it done without needing the surgical extraction. This is the only place that I trust to get things done in a timely manner in a highly professional atmosphere.

Kyle Dawson: Absolutely horrible attitude by almost all of the staff. If you want a dentist that cares about the aftermath and your comfort after the fact go somewhere else. Over 24hrs after a rear extraction bleeding is still steady and heavy. I called and they said "yea it can take a few days to stop". Consulted another office to find out that with the size of the extraction a suture and clotting gel should've been used. I asked "my dentist" about the clotting gel and was told by the rudest front desk lady I have ever met. That it's still bleeding so it's OK. It appears that once your payment is received they stop caring.UPDATEAfter posting this review and it taking over a week for a response. I attempt to call this office and am told it will take 24 to 48 hrs for a response. And it taking over a week for my review to get a response (positive reviews get a response within 48hrs) it appears that responses to complaints are handled in a time where it is probably too late to correct. I can only assume this is on purpose to avoid accountability.

Bailey Crouch: Such a great experience. Staff was very friendly and Dr Pierce is a hoot. I couldn’t locate my insurance card and the front desk ladies were very patient, helpful, and kind. My hygienist was so fun and personable. I always dread going to a new dentist due to past experiences but this visit changed my mind. I absolutely recommend making My Dentist your dentist.
Lori Allen: If a persons crown falls off that was placed by My Dentist they should NOT have to wait a week to get in to have it fixed. If It gets swallowed it should be replaced for free since you have them waiting to get it fixed. This is poor service especially since the person paid over 5000 out of pocket.
Nicole Tyler: Ive gone here for years even throughout the change in physicians and still recommend them to folks! Wouldn’t go anywhere else they always look out for their patients. Its not all about filling their pocketbooks and I value that!

Janet Davis: Initially I was satisfied with this provider, however when I returned for a follow up visit the dentist was so rude and disdainful toward me. It is never appropriate to treat a patient with disgust. Dentists and doctors need to start seeing patients for what we are - human beings and customers. I would not recommend this provider. I don't know what his problem is, but it isn't mine to solve, only to avoid.

Brian Wright: My wife and I are disabled Veterans and were referred to Montgomery by the VA. Montgomery provided adequate dental service to myself and my wife but afterwards, when my wife requested copies of her dental records, the office staff refused to release them. Their reasoning was that, since the VA paid for the service, they would need approval from the VA to release the records to my wife.For those who aren’t aware, a Federal Law (referred to as HIPAA) requires any business providing medical or dental service to release a patient’s records to the patient upon request. For Montgomery’s staff to refuse is a violation of HIPAA. The fact that they didn’t know, or knew and refused to comply, is worrisome. What else don’t they know?I have reported this to the VA and requested that they not refer anyone to this business. Our Veterans deserve better. I also urge you to find a more knowledgeable dental office for your needs.

adam johnson: Went in for a mouth guard bc I grind my teeth. Got the mouth guard and it hurt my teeth so bad. Went in to get a couple adjustments and my teeth still hurt. I expressed my frustration on here instead of going back in and Dr. Hein still graciously replied back with a solution. I am currently getting another guard and everyone has been really helpful.
