Alina Isle: Absolutely the best customer service here, and everything I've tried has been excellent. Their nitro cold brew is super smooth, the Chai has a great balance of flavors, and they have great quality coffee. Nice scones, too. I could sometimes wish there were a little more seating space since they can get pretty full at peak times, but they have a drive thru, which is rare among local coffee places.
Sara Sullivan: Good coffee, but it cost over 5 bucks for a very small cappuccino to drink. They charge Starbucks or higher prices for their coffee. It was my first time going there and the lady that rang me up was super nice. It wasn't her fault for the outrageous prices, but because of how high priced it was I won't be visiting there again I don't think. Cute place, but based on the location alone, I can't see how they want so much for their stuff there.

Will E.: I stopped by Dancing Mule Coffee Company the other day and asked for a dark roast. The barista informed me that they didn't have any dark roast on hand, but she suggested their blonde roast. I was hesitant at first, but I'm so glad I tried it! The blonde roast was delicious and met all my coffee palate needs. The service at Dancing Mule Coffee Company was also great. The barista was friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I would definitely recommend Dancing Mule Coffee Company to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee.

Madilyn McClure: This was my first time visiting this establishment, and I was extremely disappointed. I understand if they were short on menu items, but I came in at 9:30 looking for breakfast and they were basically out of everything I wanted. When I decided to just get a smoothie instead, they ended up forgetting that I ordered it and I had to wait until they asked me if I was waiting on something to remind them I ordered a smoothie. Really unfortunate first time visit, and the staff were really nonchalant about missing almost half the breakfast menu so I will not be returning.

Great staff, great service, but the last few times, the 2 guys are really acting like they have a major chip on their shoulders. It's not pleasant for us already carrying a a lot for others these Holidays, and are in need of a reset, a break and good vibes, hence why we go to Big Mommas. I am not the only one who says this, literally 3 other merchants on Commercial street told me when I asked them what they thought of Big Momma's. Hope this gets through! We all go through things, but being in customer service and acting like a seasoned professional is part of the performance, if you expect to be taken care of then you take care of others. Katy Dang: The Drury Lane is the one sandwich I always come back to here. The chicken salad here is phenomenal. I would say Big Momma’s has the best chicken salad in town. You get a nice crunch from the bits of celery. It’s seasoned perfectly without having a strong mayonnaise flavor. The bread is paired well with the chicken salad. It’s very pillowy and soft to chew. Callum Hicks (The Multi-Verse): My 6 year old and I came by because I won a gift card. The place is adorable. The service was fantastic and super knowledgeable. The menu explains exactly how to order for those with dietary needs. They also have a child friendly menu that is very comprehensive.
