Michael Soles: Before I made an order, I called this store and asked if they used MSG in their food and was told no. I am highly allergic to MSG. When I got my food, it was wonderful however, I got really sick afterwards. So I called the store today and asked if they use the Ramen noodle seasoning package that comes in the Roman noodles. The lady told me yes which means they add MSG into their food. Do not eat here. If you have an allergy, they lie to you.

Arthur Chen: I loved it. The atmosphere here in this restaurant is really nice and cozy. The staff were very nice and the food was on point. I ordered the hot plate bibimbap with spicy shrimp and bulgogi. I was recommended here by a fellow Korean co-worker who said the food was good and authentic and that I should try it. I was not disappointed. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a cozy experience.
Rob Hulstra: Fast, friendly and their selections are delicious. The Beef Bulgogi and Spicy Chicken lunch boxes are my usual choices. Want to try their Bibimbap. It's a rice bowl topped with all sorts of seasoned sautéed vegetables, marinated meat (usually beef), a fried egg sunny side up, finished with a sprinkle of sesame and generous dollop of a sweet-spicy-savoury Bibimbap sauce. It not only looks great, it's fun to say.
Jacey McAdon: Super cute restaurant!! I have never been to this side of fremont but I'm glad we picked this out ! They even have Japanese beer ! Lol Bagulgi Beef is amazing ! Presentation of food is excellent. All the ladies in there were suuper nice and patient ! It took us a little bit to figure out what we all wanted. Will definitely be back to try different things. Sorry I dug into my beef too quick , I was hungry so yall can look at it mixed in haha just go if you like trying new things !
_aliased: The bulgogi bowl was massive, but it wasn't tender. On the plus side you can see your meal prepped similar to Chipotle. Also, good value for the meal.However, starting to think Americanized bulgogi doesn't understand how to cook the beef properly...

As a retired Air Force veteran, I have traveled around the world and experienced many cultures and food. Now, I find myself always comparing restaurants to the places I've been. Seldom do they even come close comparing here in the States. From the first bite, Café Cusco, however, had enjoying the food as if I were actually sitting in country! If you're the type of person who wants to experience the culture and food of Peru, but don't want to leave Missouri, this is the place to eat! The food will melt in your mouth and easily transport you there! ...and as a sidenote, if you're lucky enough to be served by Joshua, you're in for a real treat! Boy am I glad I stayed , the chefs in the kitchen are madmen . Some culinary masterpieces live on the menu , it is a creative and flavor bursting mind blowing stop and just need silence to make an audible mmmmmmmmm. The waitress was exceptional at her job (especially juggling serving multiple tables). Other than not understanding what the food names are, it was an experience worth it.Edit: The waitress' name is Morgan, so, if you're reading this Café Cusco, good job hiring her. She is exceptionally kind and a hard worker. Lindsay Stokes: I moved out of state 7 years ago, and every visit back home this is at the top of our must eat list. It never disappoints. I had the sweet potato glass noodle stir fry, and it was delicious. I always get the pesto pasta (so tasty and a menu staple), but I felt I should try something new. I'm glad I did! We had several questions about the menu, but our waiter seemed new and uncertain on how to describe things. So we ordered as best we could and hoped for the best. He brought out our drinks after quite a wait. Then took our order. My friend got an egg and chicken in sauce, a bowl full of different things. She said it was a little spicy, but pretty good. I got the Avocado with chicken salad sandwich. It came with a small handful of greens. The salad dressing is delicious. The sandwich was ...not quite good. It was dry shredded chicken with avocado mashed up in it. I got a scoop of that on dry naan-like squares of bread.A bit of pickled onion, a few greens, and 2 cucumber slices. It was very dry. I asked for extra salad dressing, and that kept it from being so dry. Kinda disappointed.We waited almost an hour before we got the writer's attention to get more water, and some ice, and more coffee. It was 20 minutes or more before he came back. We asked if they were busy, and he said it was empty inside. Any way, he brought our checks, finally came back to collect, and we never saw him again.Hopefully, he's new and can be trained better. The waiter at the other table seemed better and more attentive.We might try it again sometime, but the waiters need more education on what they're serving, and a little more training.

Autumn Bradshaw: Location was a little bit odd but other than that this place was a 10/10 experience. Good garlic bread you get to put on yourself, so it's not too much or too little. I got the Diana pasta with no shrimp, I don't know what my parents and sisters got but they seemed to like it plenty. Took leftovers home and ate it a couple hours later. Workers were nice, I don't remember our server's name but she was very kind. Love this cute place! Very clean and cool atmosphere.

Felt like I was in an episode of the old sitcom Mel's diner where the cook (assumed owner) barked at the 2 waitresses on shift including rapping hard on the window and yell at the waitress outside on a break because he couldn't figure an order out. 4 tables filled including myself... A part of my meal came out first (chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes), then my drink came and about half way through my meal, a coffee cup with green beans showed up. It was a no frills plate. The gravy was overly hot, potatoes were cold, and green beans I think were microwaved and way too hot in my opinion. After the beans were delivered, the waitress ignored me for the remainder of my visit as she dealt with a family of 5 and their order was all messed up. I gave up on the idea of pie and just got up and walked to the register to pay for my meal. Overall food tasted ok and met my needs. Not from here but if ever back, I would not eat here again. My heart to the waitresses for being barked at and still doing their best to smile.

Kaitlin Marshall: It's hard to choose what to eat when visiting OMO because everything the menu offers is tasty! This time around, we had the fried calamari and spring rolls to start. Then, we shared the three rolls pictured: crunchy roll, California roll, and ahi tuna roll. All delicious!The service was great. Regardless of how busy it was, we got our food in a timely manner and the staff did check in on us/give refills.If you're in south Springfield area, this is a great place to eat in or carry out!

Debbie Seely: My son brought me here to eat my first bowl of authentic ramen. I have multiple food allergies and was pleasantly surprised that the owners had a list of dishes that were safe for me to eat. I had edamame as an appetizer and pork broth with pork belly, and rice on the side in place of the noodles. Had I chosen to not eat the rice it would have been low carb as well. But the rice was just so perfectly sticky that I couldn't resist. The best part is that it was not that expensive!Dietary restrictions: I asked the waitress if any of the noodles were gluten free and she got a list of foods that were safe. There were several lists, and I am assuming they were for other allergies.

I had high hopes from the reviews but takoyaki was super mushy and smothered in sauce that just tastes like plain ketchup. nancy harvey: Ordered a custom 12” pizza and a salad online. Neither order was correct. The pizza toppings were skimpy and the pizza was mostly bread. Salad was ok, but they got the ingredients wrong. $44 for a disappointing meal. We did do delivery (they use DoorDash), added instructions to text when they arrived at our hotel and we’d get the food in the lobby. After waiting almost 2 hours, we called the restaurant and we’re told the order was picked up quite awhile ago. My husband got up to see if the food was left at the front desk, but when he opened our door, he saw it sitting on the carpet in the hall in front of the door. No one knocked when it was delivered, and no one texted. Not sure how long it was out there, but the pizza was cold so it might have been 30-45 minutes. Overall disappointing and expensive experience that we won’t be repeating.

Debbie Welter: We had a confirmed email reservation but they didn't have it in their computer. We only had to wait 10 minutes to get seated. Emily was our server and she was very friendly and helpful. Ramon was our chef & he was great! We had 3 birthdays in our group of 7 & he made sure to acknowledge them. The food was outstanding and we took plenty home. After reading some of the negative reviews, I am happy to say our experience at Hinode was one where we'll definitely return next time we're in town.

Jared Taylor: This place has ripped us off for the last time. We used to come to this restaurant because we found it to be a much better experience in price, flavor and service than nakato or any other hibachi style grill. They have since raised their prices, lost the good cooks and make no apologies or anything when they over charge your card. Just last night I ordered take-out. They tried to give me ice cold soup, they left out sauce that I paid for and even though I ordered extra noodles they left out my vegetables. Then they charge me for a $23 dollar tip. Which I did not authorize. Watch this place very carefully.

Sara Benson: My co-workers and I had to go sushi and sides for lunch, and were disappointed to learn that we also had to pay $1.00 for a 2 oz. side of seafood sauce... and then to top it off, I didn't even get the dang sauce in my to go bag! I get that prices are rising for everyone, but there are plenty of other sushi places in town that usually give you at least one free sauce with an order!

Half Sumo: If you like authentic Chinese, this is for you. Springfield cashew chicken is above average. Service is great.Edit: today's food was horrible, luke warm, portion sizes have been cut in half since my last visit a few months ago, sauce was runny. Chicken tasted old, left over from the day before. We got the cashew and general chicken. The quality vs price equation, usually a sure thing but the price is up and quality is way down.

The chicken is cut small, very bite sized, and the sauce is sweet, covered in sesame seeds. You can't beat the delicious appetizers at this restaurant either, to me these were the best part of coming here. I recommend the squid for sure. Used to be a lot cheaper, prices look like they've gone up.

Kim Kirby: I'm not a fan of Chinese food so that's the only reason I give 4 stars to the food but it was much better than other places I've tasted. But in all its a winner in my book. Great staff for sure! Some of the more attentive than most since covid made people not care about jobs. These people do care and it shows. My one weakness is egg drop soup and it really was stellar stuff!! Egg drop is about the perfect balance in the soup and it's not easy to get right but Triple Eights did it perfectly. No disappointment in this restaurant and if you like Asian food don't pass by Triple Eights on West bypass at the light just North of Sunshine.
Matt Carra: This used to be one of my favorite places to eat. It has been a couple of months sense my last time eating there. I would have to say it is some of the worse Chinese food I've had. The rice looks and tastes like instant was over cooked, chicken was so dry and the general sauce has lost its flavor. I won't be back.
