Kendall Wells: Dont do it! If you have to have insurance please go anywhere but here!When you pay for full coverage and then you have to pay an additional $70 for road side assistance... That a rip off! That not full coverage. Also the price of your insurance goes up based on your city without notice. Don't believe the commercials. Most of the 5 star reviews are written by the company. Im telling you steer clear of this company.
Debi Thieman: After overpaying on car insurance for 2 1/2 years they Progressive & watching my rates continue to elevate 😡 even tho I had no tickets or accidents 😡 they wanted $175 to "renew" . I went online and got Geico full coverage for over $50 less monthly & $110 to start. My rates will probably go down because I have the driving app that has FREE Roadside Assistance (Progressive had Roadside Assistance for $99 pay in advance if u need a battery jump 😂) and Crash detection. I loved the agent on East Kearney Street. That's the only reason I stayed with them so long. I love Geico already. 💜 Please stop overpaying for Progressive's lousy commercials. GET GEICO
LJ Johnson: Cheap enough, but you get what you pay for. Also better hope someone else with progressive doesn't rear end you, you will get screwed. Very disappointed that for years I've paid $300-$400 a month for 5-6 vehicles,and when it comes time for progressive to have my back all they do is put a knife in my back. Not a place I will continue to give my money to. And good luck getting a call back or anyone to even answer your calls.

Ricky Evans: I can't figure out Progressive out I've never had a terrific ticket until around December 2022 my insurance went out on 154 Corporation to 190 now it's going to go up to 250 I have one traffic ticket and 50 years of driving there was no accident involved I doing 10 Mile and over in school zone cuz the traffic light was not working but here there they want to charge me $250 a month for a 2005 Nissan 4 cylinder Altima that has never been it's a little outrageous my car is paid for but thing insurance costs more than the payments in my car cost when I was paying for they just don't make no sense can anybody explain that one cuz Progressive can't

I definitely saved a lot and even got my parents to switch over and got them saving also. Doesn't hurt to give them a call and get a quote. Worst thing could happen is you break even or pay more depending on ur case. But from what I had quoted around this was the best deal.

Anant Shah: Today when I called to follow-up on a status of an insurance quote after almost three weeks, I was told they couldn't find information on the property. When I asked why didn't you call me so I could have helped you with that; the answer I got was "sorry I don't want to argue and they won't be able to help me with your quote". I generally don't write reviews but these types of behaviors are to be known before they are trusted in a real needy situation of "when" and not "if" and insurance policy is to be served.
