Lindsay: Unfortunately I dont know what the heck happened. Kevin started our home and auto policy December 2022, then in January its like all hell broke loose, they needed my 15 year olds permit info to add him to the auto policy which I provided 3 times.... I received a letter 3/6/2023 that our Auto policy was being canceled due to our 15 yr old never being added to our policy. I never received one call or email or letter from Kevin or anyone in his office letting me know this was happening. I spoke to the underwriter who said she had multiple conversations with kevin over this matter!!! I am now switching to a different agent within the same insurance group farm bureau thankfully Stacy pointed me in the direction of a thorough agent who cares about their people more than the buck.

stephanie pickens: Been insured since 2012 and just found out that magically my reducing deductible that I’ve had in ALL my policies just disappeared… not like $0 amount but don’t exist in my policies. They can go back and see I had it before but don’t know why it isn’t on there now. I was told they can apply it now but unfortunately that won’t help with the claim I’m trying to make. These folks are never in the office from open to close. Dexter is never in the office.. he leaves it up to his office help that obviously don’t know what they are doing! Would not recommend!!

Chris Cable: I own Cable Roofing & General Contracting LLC and was contacted by some 20 year long loyal customers of Mr. Peper's to reroof their home. I was told that their claim had been submitted to state farm and they were only approved for the front half since shingles only blew off the front....THE FRONT HALF of their roof gets replaced, not the back.So I did as I was asked and here are the final results. The entire roof was 1. Put on incorrectly and unprofessionally. There were 3'-4' sections on the edge that could be pulled up and u could stick ur hand in 2. Had substandard shingles that had already lost most of their grit and color and were delaminating. There was even evidence of hail damage but State Farm and their esteemed agent here decided that their 20 year customers did not deserve a complete new roof.

As a business owner myself there are times that I forget to call a customer back or I'm late in returning a call so I know issues come up, so I'll willingly overlook the couple of times that they may not have met my expectations because on more occasions than not they'll exceed the level of support I need to have something answered. I would and do recommend Randy Peper and his staff for insurance because since moving to MO about 15 years ago I have found State Farm to be a company easy to do business with. I have several life policies, a home policy, and about 6 vehicle policies through this agency.
