stephen rabinowitz: The adjuster was the total worst, he left off 3/4 of the damages frm Hurricane Ian. First time he came refused to go on roof, said looks good from ground. I complained to insurance company and requested a competant adjuster but they sent him back, this time he found some missing shingles so if I did rain I would have interior damage, he refused to check shingles, a roofer did found torn, damaged and loose ones. The garage door was damaged from debri and wind, you could see and feel it, but he said looks okay, garage door company came and found panels all 4 damaged and 3 more so but state law cannot replace more then 2. He did not list jalopsy window mechanism broken or broken accordian shutter lock. He left so much off. I wonder if he gets paid more from insurance company with him finding less. Cannot talk about the company only this adjuster who deserves no stars. There is more damage I have not listed and he did not send to insurance. Just hope you never have him.

It's unfortunate that the company doesn't have someone to manage their social media and website with some creativity. It's a good thing that colorful acorns are gone and that things look professional. Hopefully, the company doesn't become too "squirrely" as that certainly won't help branding. 🐿🐿🐿Sometimes, a person can be their own worst enemy...giving up a little control can be so liberating.

Tanya Butler: They cannot provide a quote. It's too hard for them. I called for a car insurance quote. I was told someone would call me back. He did call when he said he would. Then he told me he would email me and call me yo go over the quote on Monday. He said he was wotking until 6. When I never got a call I called him. No answer. I never got an email either. I called to speak to a manager and talked to Jason. I told Jason what happened and he said we always answer the phone. That's not true, they don't. He then said he would handle my quote. He emailed me like he said. I sent him all my current insurance info at about 8am by end of day still no quote. I have never encountered anything like this for an insurance quote. I've had 4 different insurance policies for the past 30 years! I find it abnormal and unacceptable. I never want to trust a company that struggles so bad for a simple quote to handle my insurance needs. Will look elsewhere!

And I did not appreciate the comment on "how hard it is to hire millennials" and the reasons why he laid out to his co-worker in-front of me. Hard to trust someone, when they are probably talking trash about you just because of your age.

Julie Hart: When I first came to Nixon & Lindstrom back in 2014, I was very happy with their service but my account manager left and the service has been sub-par ever since. I tried working with them but the service stayed poor and I finally felt compelled to leave this year to go to another agency who were not only more responsive but they saved me over $800 on my insurance program. I don't like working with people who don't call back when they say they will and then when they give you an alternate renewal quote as requested - they don't point out they are quoting a lower limit than your home is valued at . Well of course the premium is going to be lower if you quote lower limits. I just don't feel like they value me as a client whatsoever so I'm taking my business to another agent who does.

Garage Door Guy: Haven't had any claims but they have been a joy to work with!

vegasking1961: We used this company for close to five years and never had a claim one and in the last six months they changed us over to a another insurance company that they broker with. One of our drivers had an accident that totaled one of our company vans and we had to fight them for over 6 months to settle the claim. They offered less then one third of the cost to replace our van and would not go any higher, so we lost thousands of dollars and 6 months of revenue with this van being out of service. Nixon and Lindstrom offered no help in helping our company with litigation with this and seemed to not care. I advice any other company or individual to carefully consider before using Nixon and Lindstrom!
