Kinsey Long: Zero stars. Let me start off by saying we chose this company because it was veteran owned. My husband is currently deployed. Alan came out and did an estimate at our house to move all of our furniture and every belonging out of the house while my husband is deployed. Placed my deposit down. Booked the company. May 16th, On day of moving-Movers were very late, unprofessional and cussing in-front of and flirting with my very young teenage age daughters. I also was loading up my truck with personal belongings and moving to my our new location. THE MOVING COMPANY called and said they had finished. When I returned to my home address, my garage was still full of all of my belongings, my attic still had random things up there, inside my house was a ton of random items just left-lamps, pictures, parts of furniture, parts of beds. I was shocked and contacted the company. Then charged me $800 over bid. We tried to resolve this issue with the company via phone calls and emails. No response. They did not finish the job. And wouldn’t get back with us. The only email we received stated that the supervisor hadn’t made a decision. We had to hire another company to come move the rest of our things.Choose another company! They are not Military friendly or honest.

I had personal reasons for needing to reschedule twice and they were incredibly friendly and understanding. Allen and Erika were easy to work with over the phone.On the day of my move Brandon V., Brandon F. and Austin W. communicated effectively and moved efficiently. They were friendly and Brandon V. was quite witty and funny.I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, friendly, communicative, efficient and effective. 10/10 Absolutely recommend.

Not only did they load everything up, meaning we didn't have to lift a finger, they also unloaded everything at our event on an elevator an proceeded to unload everything in the room! The original quote had been for 4.5 hours but they got everything moved in about 3. They were quick and efficient and never complained about me moving to the 4th floor. Cat M: UPDATE 6/12: the general manager called me and apologized profusely. He explained the amount of time that our movers spent was miscalculated and resulted in additional charges. He added that the company is supposed to let customers know before additional charges are put on their card, but they failed to do so in my case. He refunded us and was very kind.ETA 6/10: new rating is above. They charged me an extra $332 after our move with no warning or explanation - I only noticed because I checked my credit card statement. I called and was told they don’t know anything and no one can tell me until Monday when their accounting department is in. Really disappointed because our move was great and so were the movers. Hoping this can be rectified :/REVIEW FROM 5/21: Bridget at the office was great from the start and answered my numerous questions. Riley and Jacob were kind, professional, and courteous movers. They explained everything thoroughly and gathered up all our items in a careful but quick manner. They didn’t complain one bit despite a lot of heavy items and stairs, and our final bill was less than estimated. This is probably the best moving experience I’ve ever had and we would use Two Men and a Truck in a heartbeat.

Kenny, Avery, and Dominic were the best crew we’ve had in all of our moves! They moved us out of our storage buildings and into our farmhouse in under 5 hours! It was like science! And because they are a smaller operation, I didn’t have to wait for their truck to be full before they would transport - everything arrived early the next morning! Items arrived intact, which is what everyone hopes for, but it was done in really efficient manner. I would definitely recommend their services both for moving and junk removal.

Bridget is a professional that makes the caller trust her which is important in this uncertain (move) event. She asks the right questions and knows what to do with info. The move team was outstanding, Wyatt, James, and unfortunately I didn't get name of the 3rd party. They carefully wrapped and padded my belongings to prevent damage. They loadeded and unloaded my stuff in under two hours which seems impossible. They were polite, kind, knowledgeable, followed my suggestions for placement, and very hard workers. First they show up in a little box truck to move a three bedroom house and shed they changed trucks after seeing what all needed done which was in the work order. Second they didn’t set anything up only two beds out of four. I came to Piano Craft just to see what pianos cost these days not expecting to buy one. I just wanted information. Jim Hearn was delightful. He was very calm and relaxed, no pressure at all. I'm sure he could tell I was not a big spender but he still made me feel welcome and showed me different options. Well, he sold me on a new digitial piano that quite frankly didn't cost much more than the last one I bought in 1995 yet the quality was a million times better. He let me play on it myself in the store to get a feel for it and walked away so I wouldn't feel pressured. I was sold and he was nice enough to be having a sale while I was there. I have been so happy with my purchase and love playing on my new piano. My husband thought he was an excellent salesman as well. Jim is there for you and wants you to be happy with your experience. He treats you with respect and like a "fellow musician" which was really nice. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a piano or just need some information about pianos. I called to talk to them about the delivery date and they had already set a date for delivery without talking to me first, I have to work the day they want to deliver it. They said that if I don't do the day they scheduled me for, I won't get it delivered for 3 weeks. I have to change my work schedule for them, that doesn't make any sense! I'm giving them 2 stars right now, I might change it to 1 star after I get this delivered! By the time they are done it might be no stars!
