They are very flexible, however remember that you have to give back as well. You will not regret working for them. I am a Class A tractor trailer driver and needed a place to take a break. They gave me that and so much more. I am 50 years old and need to make sure that I have a job that makes enough money to take care of my wife myself for retirement. April Payne: To be clear, we purchased a new king sized bed and the furniture company uses this delivery company. I did not hire them directly.Delivery drivers mocking customers when they think they can't hear them is highly unprofessional and downright rude.I had gotten a call from reception at ten, order was scheduled to be delivered between eleven and noon with the statement that they would call when they were on their way. Noon came and I hadn't heard from anyone, so I reached out. Jessica was polite and apologized with the expectation that she would reach out and have the driver call me with an update.I called again around 12:35 because I still had no update. A man answers the phone and just says hello, no company name. I ask to make sure he's with DoneRite and he says yes. I tell him about my order and he says he'll figure it out and call me back. Almost twenty minutes later, I get a call from the driver (finally) saying they're ten minutes away. I thanked him profusely, but after he thought I hung up, I could hear him mocking the way I thanked him.When they arrived, they smelled like pot and claimed their schedule for the day was given to them backwards, and we were last on the list instead of first.I wouldn't have cared what they smelled like if they weren't late and rude. Laura Wulf: UPS is terrible and they know nothing about customer service!!!! A certain driver that has us on his route, decided he was never going to deliver to our house. We had to drive 42 miles (both ways), to get our frozen dog food ever since July 8th, and still going on. 1 box each month. His excuses were because of the bad weather, a bad dog next door and we were not home. I always stayed home when they said it was going to be delivered and it never has been. The boy doesn't even know us. Fellow worker said he has 10 customers he refuses to deliver to. And he is protected by the union so UPS REfuses to even slap his hands.

I called the night before and I called at 8:30am and she said they were on their way and would be there at 9am. They never showed and they wouldn’t answer my calls or respond to my voicemails and texts. I had told them that if they couldn’t move us that we would lose everything and they assured me that they’d be there. I trusted them and we would have lost everything had it not been for breezy movers. Another customer posted about them when turn key movers did the same thing to them and I’m so thankful they did bc breezy movers are so amazing! They’ve moved so many others when turn key movers did this to them. Breezy movers are reliable, honest, kind, hard working, and I just can’t express just how amazingly awesome they are. I am disabled and my 6yo has special needs and they were so kind and patient with my daughter and they worked until almost midnight making sure that they moved us into our new home and that everything was where it needed to be. Turn key movers will not show up and will not even answer the phone. They should not even be on here and they aren’t even licensed to move furniture. The photos they posted on here look like it was from only one move and the reviews are clearly from their friends and family. There is no way that they should even call themselves movers. They will answer when you call to schedule with them and they will tell you that they’ll be there and that you can count on them, but then when the time passes when they are to be there, they won’t answer for you. Save yourself from all the stress that they caused us and call breezy movers. They saved us from losing everything and their rates are even less than the estimates turn key movers gave us. Breezy movers are the only movers we will always trust and we recommend you to save yourself the stress that comes with moving and hire breezy movers.

Very unprofessional and would not recommend no matter how nice they are on the phone. BREEZY Movers rescued me when it was pouring down rain and arrived in less than an hour and still beat the price that this company quoted me. Choose your movers wisely and don't get fooled like I did.

Michelle Harter: I had this company move me a couple of weeks ago. The guys that came were terrible. They had to be prompted to keep moving and literally talked on the phone while carrying out one item at a time much of the day. They could not figure out how to take down a door to move the refridgerator out and it took them almost 2 hours to move the fridge alone. They broke a tv and a mirror. They also let me know that they left part of my bedframe at the old house. Said it was in the driveway and I couldn't miss it. I had to buy a new bedframe. When I tried to contact the company and left a message, I got no response back. These guys took at least 3 hours longer than needed to move me and had a really bad attitude after about 2 hours. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea how they've gotten anything other than bad reviews.

Nathan Lewis: Where can I begin? I hired another company to load up my U-Haul in St. Louis. That company lacked any experience with loading a truck properly and unfortunately there were huge language barrier problems. Turn-Key came up to St. Louis to drive the U-Haul back to Nixa for me. Upon their arrival, they saw that the truck wasn't packed correctly and had it continued that way, it would not have been possible to finish loading up the rest of the house. Allen Johnson immediately jumped in, even though he didn't have to, and began supervising ANOTHER COMPANY'S workers and REPACKED THE ENTIRE TRUCK while making sure the movers that I hired to do the loading were doing things correctly.After seeing the other company finished the job correctly, Allen and his wife, Beth Repuyan Johnson, drove the U-Haul back...after doing a lot more work than was originally planned.Once we arrived at our destination, Turn-Key Moving and Delivery LLC's crew unloaded the truck in true fashion and form. It was a night and day difference between their crew and the one I hired in St. Louis.Turn-Key went above and beyond to ensure that my move went without issues, even when another company wasn't up to par. This truly shows that they care about their clients and the overall move experience for the client.I highly recommend Turn-Key for any and all of your moving/delivery needs. John Conley: I called 5 moving companies about two weeks ago and not a single one called me back to give a quote. When I called Turn-Key I spoke to a person, got a quote and accepted it. They arrived on time, were very professional and took great care with my furniture. We had some larger items that would not fit in the elevator at the new place. They had to carry 3 large book shelves up to the 3rd floor. Never heard a complaint all day. Very impressed with the level of service from these guys. Well done.
