Charles Dickson: Ive been coming here for years and they have always helpful.
First Name Last Name: Don't get a hitch installed here. Ended up with some gouging on the rear fender and trim knocked loose. Go somewhere where an actual mechanic will perform the installation.
Darold Borowiak: I needed to have a trailer hitch and brake controller installed on my Jeep, and after several phone calls I decided to go with U-Haul.There initially were a few problems... my original appointment was not scheduled so installation was pushed back 1 day, and incorrect parts produced an erroneous quote. However, once Andrew entered the picture things quickly fell into place.They did an excellent job overall, as you can tell from the photos. The suggestion of using a Bluetooth brake controller (more expensive than a traditional one) actually saved me money in the long run (less labor costs).The staff were very friendly and helpful. The job was done within the time specified, and the cost was significantly less than other quotes I had received (in some cases by $200-300).If you have need of a trailer hitch installation, I would strongly recommend you get a quote from U-Haul before proceeding with the job. I suspect you will save both money and headaches.

Samantha Black: Awful. I’m currently using the service after hours and they gave me the wrong keys in the pickup box. I’m currently on the customer service call for over half an hour. I’ve emailed and used the chat on the box. I’ve already been charged for the service and I haven’t been able to get the car started due to getting the wrong key. My service expires at 8:30 pm today and guess who can’t check out because I don’t have the right keys to do it. If I could give negative stars I would.

Donald Criger: Took a long time to get the unit. Then when I got to it there was still old junk items in it from previous renter.
Frank Bennett: Was told it's an "open ended" drop off, anywhere in st Louis. 3 weeks later I get a $180 charge for "wrong destination". I froze my CC to not get scammed. Some idiot better get fired.

Cat Ste: The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. The storage units are consistently clean and readily accessible. Security measures are also pretty good. Without a doubt, I would rate them a 10/10 and use their service again.
Webb Wiley: I used this company as a drop-off location for my U-Haul. The drop-off was very smooth and the young man working the front desk was super helpful and made the experience a pleasure. I would definitely recommend this company for U-Haul needs.

Chris T: I dropped my uhaul off here on a trip coming from Indiana and the owner was very helpful and cleared up some issues on my rental and got me some money back. I would rent from this business the next time I need a uhaul even though it's a little out of the way.
