LJ Johnson: Got a $75 mower battery last week. Got it home and wouldn't start mower,put it on charge and it was at 50%, charged it up to 100 and mower started. Next morning go to start it to load up for work, wouldn't start, put charger on again, battery was at 62%.Had time today to run it back up to O'Reilly and they tell me they won't warranty it because it doesn't test bad. DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM O'REILLY, THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEMI own 6 vehicles and a bunch of equipment. Will not be doing business with O'Reilly moving forward.

Aaron Kemp: Tried to return brake pads, because they told me they were for my vehicle. They were wrong. I needed brake shoes my debit card got compromised so I can’t do a refund onto the card. Only option I had was gift card I have nothing to buy here and will take my business some where else . Wouldn’t do a cash refund and was told to go back to the original store I bought them at. That is poor customer service.Stick to auto zone.
Lance Larkin: Went to get a Jack, was recommended the 3-ton jack. It was pretty expensive so I said maybe not. One guy mentioned they would price match harbor freight. I went onto their site and seen a similar jack going for 100 less. Manager said they wouldn't price match since harbor freight wasn't even competition. So yall lost business to a store thats not even considered competition I guess! Bought the jack, stands and rubber wheel stops for less than the jack at orileys...

The employee offered to put the new cap on for me when he started to put the new cap on he found my original cap it was in a spot that I would not have been able to see it. He offered and did do a refund for me. $9.00 is not a lot to most folks, however to some of us it is the price of a days worth of meals. Still get to pick on my son-in-law for forgetting to put it back on. Thanks again for being a blessing for me today.

Buy from AMAZON FOLKS. 30 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED. If you enforce the policy you have to provide customers with the policy. Filed complaint with BBB.

Today I had a terrible experience with a manager here. She was rude and callous and I left crying. My grandma died this week. I am a delivery driver and it was raining heavily tonight. I almost had a wreck earlier in the evening. On one of my deliveries I noticed my headlight was out. All of the Walmarts are out of this bulb and I am behind on my bills. I don't have anyone to rely on but myself. I need this manager to know, as a manager myself, that sometimes policies need to be broken or bent for the customer, especially ones who return often when they need a little help and, to be honest, care and kindness. I didn't get that today and I still have to work without a bulb tonight. All I wanted to do was try the new bulb out after buying it and make sure it worked before driving off but she said I couldn't because it was an electrical item, that once I plugged it in I couldn't bring it back inside for a refund. I wanted to do this because I can't afford to shell out 14 dollars for nothing right now. She was hateful as all get out. I won't be back to this location. I also need her to know that you never know who's day you might change with a little kindness and that sometimes being a rude hateful jerk can change a person's whole day, too, and not for the better. This has been a really tough year for so many people and kindness is free.

Lanie Thompson: Took my car over here to have a brake bulb replaced on the driver’s side tail light and these guys are super professional. From the moment I walked in the door, to the point of installment, I knew from that point on, I am in the right hands. If you ever are in need of a bulb replacement, battery change, etc., I definitely recommend coming to this location. The guys here are super nice and really professional at what they do.
