Cameron Hamilton: I have purchased my last three vehicles from Kenton Ice with Elite Mercedes. He and Reth are the best to work with. I won't go anywhere else to buy. My last car was a Traverse Premier they found me, so they will work hard to find whichever vehicle you need. 💯 % recommend Kenton Ice as your salesman. No pressure, just a good guy who wants to help.

Ken Hempen: we took our GL450 in to have a service B, we also had a check engine light on. They did the service B but could not fix the code on the check engine light due to not have parts that would have to be ordered. Yesterday the GL show that we need to have the Service B done in 600 miles. They never cleared the service code. I have never had issues like this at any Mercedes dealer from Chicago to Tulsa. They also would not provide us with a car while we were there. I found out from a family friend that he to had a very bad service experience at this dealership. I would not recommend this Mercedes Dealer service department.

Tammy Sherrell-Shortt: I had the worst customer service experience ever! My daughter's car went in for a "Service B" that is recommended by the dealer. We live near Table Rock Lake and their policy is they have "no loaner cars" for their clients (my dealer offers loaners, so it is stilla thing...even post Covid despite what they say). She spent the first night at a friend's house bc the car wasn't completed and at 4 p.m. the following day, she was informed her car still won't be ready. I called the service dept and asked if there were any options (since it is 4:15 and I would need to drive an hour and a half to pick her up). Jason was irritated and rude and when questioned why they didn't know earlier in the day so we could make arrangements told me "we don't make enough money for the hassle this work is" Quite honestly, what they charge is their business and their recommended service lists...I"m not sure how that was my fault or problem. I was not only speechless --but dumbfounded to find out that Jason is The Manager of the Service Department. I would warn anyone used to a luxury car dealership to NOT go to Elite Automotive Group to buy a car or have your current car serviced if you value your time and expect the very baseline level of customer service. You will not find it at Elite.

Still don’t know why my car squeaks and they told me the car seems fine. Another option was to come back another time on a weekday when maintenance mechanics are there instead (I went on a weekend since I live 1.5 hrs away), which is not possible for me.Staff was very nice and courteous though, and lent me a vehicle as I would be stuck for 4 hours. I’m not sure if they have the best mechanics? Will need to go see others and find out the reason for the annoying squeak

Tori Tramel: Do not, I repeat, do not go to this dealership unless you want to get scammed by the finance office. They sold us an MPP silver extended warranty that doesn't actually cover anything. We were told that it covered the parts related to the items on the list when in fact, unless its the very specific item and only that part fails, nothing is covered. Additionally, if the part fails later on it won't be covered because the other part is considered to be a "pre-existing" issue that could have caused that part to fail.This dealership seems to barely recondition a car (surface things seem only to be repaired) and then they sell you a useless "warranty" which won't cover any of the issues that inevitably break because they do a slapshod job in fixing up the car just to sell it.

Being that I live in Los Angeles, Jim has been very responsive and even FaceTime'd me to show me the vehicle and showed me any imperfections of the car, which made me feel instantly comfortable as he was not trying to hide anything. steven ritter: Not sure who is running this organization. I dealt with Michael Kanowsky who is their Sales Director. He got some numbers from the pre-owned manager for a trade on my car for one they had in stock. At the last minute after receiving a written offer sheet they changed their mind and said they could not give me what they had promised on the trade. They were also going to try and get the new car certified at a local Porsche dealer, but this was too complex for them to handle either. Obvioulsy another offer came in and they accepted it. Very slimy. Stay clear of this organization. I think Michael had good intentions, and should leave this organization as quickly as he can to work with more ethical folks.

Michael was extremely prompt and professional, and knowledgeable about my specific car, despite having so many different cars in the inventory.Transaction, documentation, etc was seamless. Magdiel G.: Most unethical dealership I've ever dealt with. I made an agreement on price of the car and while I was in process of finalizing loan they sell the car. So my credit was run 3 times, I get approval and when I contact them to let them know, they tell me the car was sold. Their excuse was I didn't sign the purchase agreement instantly, in other words they sent purchase agreement to me at 12:26pm while I was in a lunch meeting and at 3pm they said the car was sold even though I had told them I was getting approved and even offered a deposit on the car.I would never do business with these people again, no integrity and their word means nothing. If they find someone to buy the car at a higher price while your in the middle of paperwork with the bank which only took me two hours to get approved you are basically out of luck. If could give -5 stars I would.
Joe Basil: I recently owned a LOTUS I was interested in selling, so I contacted Motorcars International and spoke with Collin Strickland. He was an absolute gentleman from our first conversation. Anything we discussed and agreed upon or anything I had questions about he always responded in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised how respectful he was during the negotiation as well as making the arrangements to forward me the funds and pick up the vehicle. The whole deal went extremely smooth and would do business with Motorcars International and especially with Collin again in the future. Deryk Schudy: Warning: Long PostIn the end, the guy was oddly disrespectful to me.Yesterday, he was very helpful. I talked to him on the phone. He was transparent with me and said he had to replace the transmission. He faxed me over the car history he had available and even the info on the transmission installation. I talked to someone else later that highly recommended him so I felt good about it all.This morning, I met him outside, shook his hand and introduced myself. I said I'd like to look at the convertible and test drive it if I could. He grabbed the keys without hesitation and asked for my driver's license. Throughout the next 5 minutes, he struggled with getting the copy he's after. We small talked about some golf clubs in his office and everything seemed cordial.He said he didn't want it out too long because he thought the transmission was blown from a guy that test drove it for 4 hours. I told him I was just going to go down Glenstone, show it to a friend and I'd be right back. He says his insurance doesn't like it to be gone more than 15 minutes, but that he doesn't always adhere to that. He's obviously just giving me a feel for his expectations. So I'm in compliance so far. He says, "Now, don't be hot-rodding it." I tried to assure him that I'm not interested in it for that, and I'm not going to take it to the highway or anything. I said, take my number and if you get nervous, call me and I'll come back immediately. He finally gets the copy he needs and gets my phone number. Before I walk out the door he says, "now, if you don't think you can have it back in 15 minutes, I'd rather not send it out." I said I'll bring it right back. (by now, I'm not even planning on going more than a couple blocks). As I opened the car door, he came out to the porch and said he'd rather just go with me, and I said ok without any hesitation.I got in and start looking around while he locked up the office. I couldn't figure out how to get the top down. I released the latch, but then the button didn't seem to engage any motor at all. He finally gets in with me and I told him I was trying to figure out the top. He said, "Oh no, I don't want the top down." I said, "well I wasn't going to drive like that. I just wanted to see if it worked." He's been a little rude, but NOW IT GETS WEIRD. He said, "if you end up buying it, we'll make sure it works then." I replied, "so it doesn't work now?" He says it definitely works and he's had it down several times.Then his tone gets hostile, "everyone wants to come drive it, but nobody has the money to buy it." (it's $10,000, I don't know what kind of clientele he keeps, but that's a strange thing to say for a $10000 car. That's not expensive) "Do you have the money to buy this today?" I said, "you mean like, cash?" "Yeah" I said, "no, I was going to get a loan." "Well, do you have the loan now. Can you buy it today?" I said, "no, I'm in conversation with a couple banks to get the lowest interest rate." His face drops and I'm already wanting to leave anyway, but then he says he might be walking away from a sale, but he doesn't feel comfortable sending it out. "Do you have another car besides that one?" I drive a car worth less than $1000.I said no, I rolled the windows up, gave him the key, got out and shut the door. I said have a nice day and he said, "sorry." Of course, as I'm driving off, I realize he never gave me my license back, so we have to awkwardly meet on the porch for him to give it to me.I have no problem with a business turning away customers. There are plenty of times I want to do that, and I believe I should have the right to do that. He was strange though. We were friendly at first, and as you can see, he just kept putting more and more restrictions on my test drive without any sort of push back from me. I don't know if this was suppose to be a sales technique, but I found it rude and disrespectful. This was my first experience of this kind as a consumer. I'll never buy from him for sure, and I regret he's got my info now.
Anna Wallen: Just because he's a sweater-wearing, friendly-looking grandpa of an old man doesn't make him any less of a completely untruthful shyster....yeah he's been doing this for a While. Don't believe the mileage on anything there. Don't believe any of his "forgetful old man stories". Just don't buy a car from him, or you will regret it. The car I looked at today actually had at least a 100,000 more miles than the "Actual Mileage" he had listed on his website. Annnnd he tried to make me feel stupid because I'm a woman. Yeah right, bud. Time to retire.
