steven ritter: Not sure who is running this organization. I dealt with Michael Kanowsky who is their Sales Director. He got some numbers from the pre-owned manager for a trade on my car for one they had in stock. At the last minute after receiving a written offer sheet they changed their mind and said they could not give me what they had promised on the trade. They were also going to try and get the new car certified at a local Porsche dealer, but this was too complex for them to handle either. Obvioulsy another offer came in and they accepted it. Very slimy. Stay clear of this organization. I think Michael had good intentions, and should leave this organization as quickly as he can to work with more ethical folks.

Magdiel G.: Most unethical dealership I've ever dealt with. I made an agreement on price of the car and while I was in process of finalizing loan they sell the car. So my credit was run 3 times, I get approval and when I contact them to let them know, they tell me the car was sold. Their excuse was I didn't sign the purchase agreement instantly, in other words they sent purchase agreement to me at 12:26pm while I was in a lunch meeting and at 3pm they said the car was sold even though I had told them I was getting approved and even offered a deposit on the car.I would never do business with these people again, no integrity and their word means nothing. If they find someone to buy the car at a higher price while your in the middle of paperwork with the bank which only took me two hours to get approved you are basically out of luck. If could give -5 stars I would.

Anything we discussed and agreed upon or anything I had questions about he always responded in a timely manner. I was pleasantly surprised how respectful he was during the negotiation as well as making the arrangements to forward me the funds and pick up the vehicle. The whole deal went extremely smooth and would do business with Motorcars International and especially with Collin again in the future. Do not hesitate one bit purchasing from them.I purchased a 20 year old 911 that had low miles from a listing they had on pcar. This is a car I didn’t see in person and I had some concerns over some last minute details that came up at the end of the auction but I’m so glad I stuck with it. I had to have some faith in the dealer but I fully expected to have to fix some things being a 20 year old car even if it only had 37k miles. But I didn’t have to do one thing to it! They did an amazing job detailing it and fixing some of the interior bits. It was fully serviced and ready to cross country if needed. They even helped me with delivery! Everything they described the car to be it was and they were very upfront about some of the very minor scratches. I have purchased a few cars from auctions and dealers sight unseen and there’s always been some things they “forgot” to mention and they all had the same response of sorry but you bought it as is which I did but not one of them offered to help fix the issues. Usually dealers tend to not answer your calls or emails after the sale but Nic and the owner himself always helped out after the fact, for me this was a new experience.For a used car I can honestly say it was a better service than I would even get at a Porsche dealer or any other high end dealer for that fact. Being the holidays they also sent a little gift with the car, it was better than the gift my buddy got from buying a 140k 911. They treated it like a new and even did an alignment after the auction was already won because they said it will probably need one soon. Any issue I found they offered to fix within reason of course.This will be the first place I look when I’m ready to buy something else because I know I will get an amazing car and they won’t nickle and dime me. They have some amazing cars that are out of range at the moment but hopefully soon. Even though a lot of the cars they sell are worth more than mine they still treated it like a supercar.It’s a great team they have there.

Jacob Speaks: I recently bought a car from this dealer, prior to buying the car I made the 6 hour trip and viewed the car. I told them that I would most likely be buying the car and traveled back home. A price was agreed on and I informed that I was driving down the night before actually buying the car. I had a U-haul reservation at 10 am (when they opened) to get the trailer which I needed to tow the car home with. That morning I got a text saying the car was moved to the owner of the dealerships house and I would need to pick up the car there and that I had to pick up the car before 10:30 am because the salesman who moved the car to his house had a customer to meet with at the dealer. I asked why the car was moved to his house and a response was not given until after I picked up the car. I asked if the salesman could just bring the car back to the dealer for me to pick it up there so I would have a larger time window but was told that was not an option. I was also told he would just put the car that I was buying outside with the keys on the floorboard. Which does not sound like a safe option to me. I could not understand why this salesman was so eager to go meet another customer which might of not lead to a sale when I had already arranged to buy a car and get it. I would not recommend this dealer.

I don't want you to take that wrong, they have GREAT cars, but all out of my price range at the moment. I was there to look st a trade in that was gone by the tine I got there. At least a salesperson from another dealer was kind enough to offer me a $25 Visa gift card to come test drive in Joplin, knowing I would spend gas even if I couldn't find something right away. This place won't see me again, and they won't miss me. That isn't from the way they treated me, its just a fact.

I bought my car from a dealer out of state, which was unable to install a specific part on my vehicle due to lack of supply. I was lucky to talk to Michael McCormack (Service Manager), which he treated me as one of his own, even though I had never been there before. He put me ahead of the line and was able to get me in and out in a timely manner. The GM Drew Anna was also a big help in this debacle. He is very fortunate to have such an amazing team. Drew Anna, Michael McCormack and the rest of the Porsche team are top notch! I highly recommend!
