Cheryl Dillard: The last year here has been terrible. I've called 4 times for oxygen tank delivery and twice they gave me delivery dates with a no show or phone call. Going on a week and still waiting. Looking for a new company

Jessica West: UPDATE: I sent an email to them as they requested in the reply on this review. Its been a week and I have not received a reply. I received a call back from the person i emailed our insurance information to at the beginning of march. She let me know she just sent over the authorization to insurance and we might get a resupply order next month. Unacceptable.------------------------Can't seem to get a resupply order sent out. Everytime i call to place the order they say something is wrong with my account and i need to talk to the local office. I call the local office, jump through hoops with them and then get told to wait while they process my order for supplies... Or even more frustrating that they dont know when the account will be corrected so i can order supplies.Then when i call back to check the status because there has been bo communication about the status of cpap supplies i get told they dont order them in office that i need to call the main line or order them online. So i call tge main line and try to order my supplies just to be told theres a problem with my account and to call the local office. Then the whole thing starts all over again. Today i was told the local office isnt available to even answer their own calls. And the office i was transferred to read their notes to me over the phone to let me know i need an authorization for my order from the insurance company. She didnt know what that meant but i called my sleep doctor and they said its something rotech would handle. So why hasnt this been handled? Why has it taken me months to get new supplies? No one can answer me. Dont go here. My sleep doctor said they arent sending new patients there and advised me to switch medical suppilers as soon as my cpap is paid off. I guess im stuck paying out of pocket for new supplies so i can use my sleep machine.

P M: I do not recommend. auto response on here as I read through the reviews my wife left a detailed description even that got response email to give more details. If you a company treat customers this way eventually people will not shop here. I've had a cpap machine over a year and I can't get replacement parts at all we get the run around constantly. I'm going to look and see if my insurance is getting billed for these parts as I get tokd there's a delay... there's this or that as soon as we can switch companies we will my cpap won't stay on correctly because of no products replaced some are to be replaced monthly yet I've had 0 if this is not fixed by end of this week I will contact the bbb and many more places since this is obviously not being taken care of by your company

Bryan Irick: At this point I cant give a better rating because I've spoken with them 3 times in 2 weeks and cant get a call back with any information about an approval on my cpap. Mercy sent the order for it on july 27 and today is Aug 15 (noon) and still no word....Edited 8/17. They seem to have all new staff. I was told they've only been there 2 days. And instead of calling the dr to get what they needed (documents) they just left it be. My wife had to go in, see what the deal was and simply make a call to get it done.

Delia Yescas: While being quoted by other places for 4 weeks through 3 months for a CPAP machine, we stumbled across this place. They got us a machine within a week. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything well and answered all questions. They take our insurance and they coordinate with your doctor and insurance for you. I definitely recommend this place.
Joseph Sebastian: Today, January 31st, 2022 at 2:15pm we visited ROTech office in Springfield, MIssouri. The young Lady , Alex is very knowledgeable and good customer friendly person,She demostrated the new CPAP machine function and set up to me and my wife, She was very helpful.Also I would like to bring attention to other people who need of CPAP for their sleep apnea, the best product is ROTech. ROTech has all the spares and accessories for the unit. DO NOT go to other Companies such as Apria and Lincare. they do not have adequate staff or the machines . We tried other companies, we did not get any response for 6 or more weeks. In the meantime we have to call our hospital sleep study department, they referred us to ROTech, The people at ROTech already responded to our call and set up appointment less than a week and gave us the CPAP machine with complete explanation about the machine and how to setup and for ordering parts or tech support they have highlighted those important phone numbers.

Elizabeth Lay: If your insurance will pay for some one else go with the other company. If not good luck. The people on the receiving end of the customer their service is the best it can be, however the ones higher up that make the decisions should he fired. They have poor customer skills entirely. Need a new mask they will order you one you may never get. They tell you the insurance won't pay for the machine if you don't use it enough but how can he use something that doesn't fit and gives him a headache. Also, how can we sleep in the same room when the dang thing whistles all night like a loud train whistle.... They say they will get you a longer hose but when, next year???? My biggest issue is 1300 dollars.....mistakes

Kim Buster: I would strongly recommend NOT using this company for your medical needs. My 76 year old mother was prescribed oxygen. Her doctor felt she needed while sleeping. Lincare brought out her concentrator out and got her set up. 👍Then…her medical condition worsened. She now needs portable oxygen. Her DOCTOR recommended and prescribed portable o2. However, #Lincare has a “policy” in place. The “policy” trumps doctor’s orders and will NOT provide a change to her oxygen for three months! It doesn’t matter that she is missing desperately needed doctor’s appointments and therapy appointments because she CANNOT BREATHE! After-all…it’s their POLICY!You asked that I contact you directly? Oh, I did that… And your manager at your Springfield Missouri office told me repeatedly that this is your policy… You would not be issuing my mother the prescribed oxygen for three months! It is your policy… She stated “I hate for you to hang up angry” yet was not willing to do anything to help my mother out…

Jordin Vieths: This company does NOT DO THEIR JOB, ONLY TAKES YOUR MONEY. We called twice to update our insurance because we were going through another insurance company, they never changed it and we had a payment go through our credit card. When we realized Lincair neglected to update our account we called, and Chelsea (who we spoke to on the phone) was incredibly rude and said that they would not back charge our new insurance even though it was Lincair's mistake. Unbelievably bad customer service. DO NOT use this place.

There was a time when coustomerd were right & even when they were wrong you didn't talk down to them and when company's tried to help . michelle stoops: Most incompetent, lazy and rude company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. I was diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnea in November and have been trying to get a C-PAP machine. It is now December 29 and Lincare has still not sent the order to be authorized through my insurance- even after calling them WITH my insurance agency reps twice and having my insurance agency representative give them exact instructions on what to do and how to even get the authorization expedited. Today, Jennifer hung up on me after not allowing me to speak to her boss and telling me that Mellissa (who is supposed to be working my claim) sent the authorization in on the 18th. I know that is not accurate information, because I called the authorization department of my insurance company this morning and they had no record of the request.When I called the corporate number to report the unresolved issue, Chris decided to defend Melissa and try to tell me that I had called customer service at my insurance company and that was why they didn’t know the authorization had been sent over- unfortunately for Chris, my insurance company is actually on the ball and when I called customer service, they called the authorization department to check and gave me the number to follow up with.Now thanks to the extraordinary incompetence showed by the Springfield Lincare team, not only am I still suffering and unable to get good rest, my bill will likely not hit until the new year and I’ll have to pay out of pocket for it instead of having it hit when I had already paid my out of pocket maximums.

Patrick Williams: This place is an absolute joke. Took them nearly 6 months of messing around to get my CPAP, once I got it the initial training on it was terrible. Now that I've got the machine, nobody will return my phone calls to help answer questions about it. I'm checking with my insurance tomorrow about switching back to the Mercy network due to this fiasco.
Derenda Rosier: I gave one star because you have to give them something to even post. Do not use this company for any home health supplies. I have been trying to get information on a Cpap order and you never speak to a person always get a voice mail. The said voice mail states they will call you back within 24 hours never get called back. They do not keep you updated on your Oder. DO NOT USE these people. If you have to order on line or from another company do so.

I patiently explained each time why a call at 8:30 am is not welcomed.Today was the last straw. This the 3rd day IN A ROW that I was called by their salespeople and awakened at 8:30am.I have blocked the number, and will find another supplier.
Michelle W: I have had horrible experiences with this company. There have been so many people I have spoken to and could not get information. A used CPAP was on hold yet I couldn't get anyone to set up the training. I had to drive there to get help. Then, the machine was registered to someone else. Another employee said Resmed had to fix this. Wrong. Then, I wanted to get my detailed reports. One did send me 2 days of this. However today, a supervisor said no. I can't have these and needed to contact Resmed and have them address this. (I did call and they said I absolutely should be able to be given copies of my detailed reports). I recommend using a different company.
Ben Reeder: Called to see if they had the CPAP supplies I needed, and was told they had plenty in stock. What I wasn’t told was that I needed a prescription for a non-prescription device. "Ours are prescription. You can order them online." No help with local places that sell this part.

Anvil Heart: Extremely poor service!!! I never write a rating but felt compelled to do so. I am traveling and brought my Cpap machine but left my mask at home. I googled medical supply places and found this place. I called and was informed that they needed a medical order from my doctor in order to sell me supplies. I keep my written prescription with me in myCpap bag. No, that’s not good enough. She stated she needed a specific order stating what to sell me. I usually order from Cpap.com and know what she said isn’t accurate. I also order directly off Amazon.It’s a shame that businesses have lost all sight of what we used to call service. It’s no longer about people, it’s about money. What a true disgrace to their profession. Not once did she even suggest contacting my doctor’s office for the information. I didn’t need the machine which would require calibration. I only needed the mask.
Kellie Holley: I have had a TERRIBLE time dealing with their customer service. My doctor sent over an order 2 weeks ago for a CPAP. I missed a call from them and haven’t been able to talk to anyone since. Every time I call I’m given the run around and sent to a different voicemail. I’ve left several messages and no one has called me back.
Sharon Statum: We are on vacation and left the humidair part of my husband’s cpap at home. I can’t say enough good for this company. They went out of their way to be so helpful, even delivering the part to our hotel- at no cost to us!
Bethany Mahner: Delivery service is good with well trained people, BUT if you get cleared to return an item on a Friday and you don't have time to drop it off that same day because they close at five, they force you to pay the weekend rental fee, even though there is physically no way for you to return the item. They are shamelessly lining their pockets for those extra days you have to keep the item.

I have a CPAP mach & trying to find out how long rental agreement is.My insurance company only tells me how much they pay. Called twice, no response at all. Had to drive to the business for some one to answer my question. You can buy the same CPAP machine for 1/2 the price of rental. Keep this in mind before dealing with someone that doesn't want to take care of you anyway.

J.Newman Outdoors: I have been in a wheelchair my whole life. My insurance changed and I have to use Cox Home Support. I had to repair my wheelchair in 2016 and was told that it would take 2 weeks and that over nighting parts wouldn't get the job completed any faster.After the two weeks were over I called to see if my chair was finished because of course CHS can't extend the courteous of calling their customers. I was informed that they had ordered the wrong parts and blamed me for having a wheelchair that they normally don't work on and told me it would be another two weeks.After the end of the next two weeks I called and the technician that was working on my chair was on vacation and nobody knew that status of my chair or when it would be finished. We were now nearing the one month mark and I was still without my "legs".Let me remind everyone I CAN'T WALK, I HAVE A JOB, I GO TO COLLEGE..When I received my bill I was told they didn't bill me for the "extra time" that it took like they were doing me a big favor.In 2017, I again had to have my wheelchair repaired and again I have the identical same issues. This time I was given a loaner chair and due to the poor design I flipped the chair over on my head and spent the night in the hospital with a concussion. CHS called me and filed a report and had no concern for me and blamed me for the accident and laughed at me on the phone and hung up. Again I was blamed for having a chair that they normally don't work on for the long wait in service.CHS is also always quick to turn you over to collections.If you have the chance use NuMotion. They have problems too but, they can almost always get you fixed up in a week.
Mark Anderson: I elected to make this assessment after six years of experience with this firm. Both my spouse and I require CPAP. In the past my spouse has required oxygen. I have purchased a cane, walker, and other equipment as well.First, when you call Cox Home Support you always, Always, ALWAYS have to leave a telephone message. You are instructed to NOT leave multiple messages, but on more than half of our calls we feel compelled to attempt to call back after 72 hours have elapsed. This appears to be a staffing issue, as in there are insufficient respiratory therapists on staff to handle the workload.Second, we have had bills show up for the first time at the 90 days late marker. These bills inform us that if we do not pay by the specified date then Cox Home Health is sending us to collections - not nice to have this be the initial bill. This has happened on more than one purchase.Third, our actual customer service has been uneven. Some of the Respiratory Therapists are first class. Some are harried and rude. Some will attend to the requirement but not call back to let you know the status, so you waste more time in performing due dilligence checks. It is a mixed bag and were it not for the few excellent guys we would rate this even lower.In conclusion the only reason we continue to use them is the ratings for other area firms is even lower ...
Andrea Tunia: Make sure you write down who and when you spoke with someone in terms of equipment pick-up! Cox charged me (and my BCBS insurance) for an entire extra month because they waited a week to get around to picking it up. In essence this is an extremely fraudulent practice to pad their coffers!
