No problem, I ordered ahead so no card reader needed.-Mobile orders are not accepted, nothing but cash orders placed at the box.-No explanation offered, feels like employees are using this to cut the number of orders and therefore work down.-At least 10 cars pull away just in the time it took me to leave. Lost revenue.-Don’t advertise as open 24 hours if you’re going to arbitrarily close or not accept the majority of orders.-Wonder if GM and Franchise owner are aware of loss of revenue and reputation over the recent past.

The Critic here, just dropping in to to share my recent experience at this establishment.Recently, my family, some friends (14 of us in total), and I were on our way back home when we decided to stop by McDonald's for lunch. Following our usual routine, we used the app to queue up our orders and take advantage of their 20% off coupon, which is perfect for larger groups. It helped alleviate their already steep prices to a more affordable level. However, just moments before reaching the store, the app unexpectedly crashed, logging out everyone in our group. It must have been a server error or something similar. As the app said, "Try reconnecting with servers." However we could all open different applications, and knew this was not our device's malfunction.Naturally, we were frustrated, having lost our all our orders. Nonetheless, we decided to proceed, hoping that since we all had the app on our phones and the mishap was caused by their own system, the staff would still honor our discount. I must mention that similar incidents have occurred at other McDonald's locations, and they have always been more than accommodating in rectifying the situation. Regrettably, when we arrived and explained the issue, presenting the error displayed on our phones, they informed us that they couldn't apply the discount. We even emphasized that it was a McDonald's error and that our orders were ready to place when this happened. However, this had no effect, as they simply stated, "There's nothing we can do. We don't have the option to apply discounts or make adjustments."What truly disappointed me was their lack of concern for prioritizing customer satisfaction. Instead of acknowledging the company policy, they chose to mislead us by claiming they had no ability to assist. I know for a fact, based on previous experiences and my own experience working in fast food with comparable systems, that this was not true. It left me feeling let down and extremely disappointed. If they had honestly said, "We apologize, but our company does not allow us to apply discounts in such cases," I would have been disappointed but understanding. However, they opted to deceive their customers repeatedly, lying to our faces as we asked questions.This incident has left a lasting impression. The manager's disregard for customer service and the unfriendly demeanor of the staff, combined with their blatant dishonesty, were major turn-offs. As a result, we have decided to take our business elsewhere, specifically to Wendy's. Overall, our experience was deeply disappointing. Considering the exorbitant prices at McDonald's and the decline in the quality of their staff, we will likely be avoiding their establishment in the future.

These thieving disappointments had the audacity to charge my credit builder card and try to tell me that it didn't go through. I showed her and her manager that I paid for it and I shouldn't have to give them my other card. I repeatedly showed them that they already charged me and have no right to try to charge me again. SUMMER HEATH-HOUGARDY: WORST LOCATION EVER. Several times I've had issues with employees the worst time being when they made my drink to bring to curbside and they had Dr pepper all over outside of the cup. Because the time b4 it took 25 minutes to bring my order I was finishing my last 2 Nails with acrylic to kill time, they bring my order the drink slips from my hand because of the soda on outside of cup and when it slipped it landed on my glitter acrylic causing it to go all over my vehicle. The lady had no napkins and never brought any our so I went through drive through and nobody cared. I called made a complaint and they called back but I've called back and haven't heard nothing. Guess what I had to pay to replace my acrylic I had to pay to have my car detailed and no apologies still. Boo locationStill worse location and kitchen staff can't read or follow simple instructions

Ken Fennell: Don’t go to the McDonalds on west Battlefield for breakfast within 10 min of change over to lunch. If the car in front of you at the speaker takes 5 min to order and they change over as you pull up to the speaker they will not serve you breakfast. Even when you say you’ve been in line for 10 min and just now changed over they will tell you to leave if you don’t order lunch! It’s only been 30 seconds since change over and they couldn’t honor the fact you’ve been in line for 10 minutes. This is customer service at its worst!!! I live one mile away from this establishment and I will never go there again. There’s another McDonald’s on South Campbell that’s 3 miles away but that will be my new store. I drive over the road and have been in fast food stores all over the country and this is the first time I was refused breakfast when I was in line well before change over. My wife is on chemo for cancer and can’t eat very well. She wanted an egg McMuffin for breakfast. Hardee’s next door is open until 11 am on weekends. I got a Sunrise Croissant for my wife and she loved it and customer service was excellent at Hardees

Jake: The usual staff are very quick and always friendly. I come by once or twice a week for a quick lunch and it's always a good experience, or as good as going through a drive thru can be. Unfortunately I have had a negative experience more than once from Meagan who is just rude and demeaning for no reason at all. Times are tough right now and we aren't asking anyone to put on a fake smile and be nice for the sake of it, but there is no reason to be hateful to the people around us.
