Sondra Allen: I ordered a meal online from this store. I was greeted by one of the rudest young women I’ve met. She didn’t greet me at the speaker so I pulled around to the window. When I got to the window I was ignored and could hear the rude woman cursing which I thought was incredibly unprofessional. After waiting for way too long and being ignored at the window the whole time, I pulled around the store back to the speaker. Amazingly, I was actually greeted this time. When I got back to the window I asked why I had been ignored and was scolded by the server who informed me I needed to wait at the speaker longer for her to greet me. She informed me that if I go to the speaker and don’t get greeted, they cannot help me at the window. What does that mean for this store? If you’re deaf, or have special needs, do not go there because they cannot help you unless you speak to them at the speaker. I know this rule to be fake, by the way, because I spoke with the Taco Bell Manager. Manager offered me a gift card for the horrible treatment but I never received it.Also, they were supposed to be open but still had their doors locked. They kept them locked even after they saw me try and open the doors.

I asked for no lettuce on any of my items, y’all loaded it up with lettuce. Don’t order from here y’all, bad service. Horrible, should be banned from doordash. Awful. Will not be ordering from here again! -10000/10 every time I order from here something is wrong with my order. But since I work 1-10pm at night they’re one of the few places open. I called not asking for a refund because mistakes happen, and I wasn't looking for more food. But just to tell the manager to tell them to be more aware. Tory Brake: Was not busy with one customer in the dining room and two cars in the drive thru when we pulled in.Food and pricing were as expected. Cleanliness was ok, but not great. I can't really rate customer service accurately because there was none. No doubt they're short staffed, or it appeared that way, but someone back in the kitchen yelled out that we were welcome to use the kiosk to order and never offered any kind of direct interaction. Even when presenting our food, out name was called and immediately left with no one asking if we needed anything. What few staff were even fleetly visible were a bit slovenly in demeanor and non-caring in attitude. Definitely the worst "service" I've ever had at any Taco Bell... anywhere.

We pulled up to the drive thru and checked in with our online order as normal, it took 20 minutes to get to the window waiting for 1 car ahead of us. Upon arrival to the window we are told that we have to go to the end of the line because THEY couldn't find our order. And that's "Just how it works" according to the manager. We said no, make our food fresh. Turns out the car in front of us got our order instead. They ordered maybe 2 items so the person in front of us got a huge order for free. Lizzy: I am not the type to leave bad reviews, I worked fast food for a long time but I have been coming to this Taco Bell for about 8 months because it’s super close to my home and as a vegetarian Taco Bell is always a go to choice. I typically order a black bean burrito for myself or a nacho bell grande with sub beans instead of beef, with Mexican rice and spicy ranch added. The past few times I have come they have either messed up my own order or my boyfriend’s. As he is a meat eater he usually will order the grilled cheese burrito double steak or the likes. I usually just go back around and ask for it to be fixed because accidents happen in fast food. When I have had it fixed it’s a toss up on whether it’s good or not. I have had my nacho bell grande doused in onions before making it an unedible mess. Again, I was willing to forget this even though it felt like a slight for me, all because I wanted beans instead of beef. This time however, my boyfriend had to drive back in the rain to fix my food. It was a black bean grilled cheese burrito, they had put beef on it. We were on the phone when the lady in the drive thru accused my boyfriend of lying, saying she watched them make the food. She may have watched them make his double steak burrito but mine obviously had beef, we had the full burrito willing to be returned, everything. Yet she accused him. Her attitude changed when he said it wasn’t his own food messed up but I find this highly unprofessional even for a Taco Bell. Again, I feel bad leaving this kind of review but i feel this needs to be said. We will be driving further away to get food elsewhere if we have to.

Christopher White: I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 soft supreme taco meal with a Baja blast and chips and cheese. Made it all the way home to see that they didn't give me the chips and cheese. This has happened 3 times at this location. For $2.19, I'm gonna go back and get my stuff. I waited inside at the counter for 10 minutes, the only one inside. While the guys just chatted about nothing and hid from the counter. I finally yelled back if anyone was working the counter, and someone lazily came up. These people really have to be the laziest workers on the planet, and I would never hire them myself. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS TACO BELL. Terrible experience every time. These are the people who want a higher minimum wage 🤣🤣🤣 never returning to this location. As expensive as Taco Bell is, I expect to get my food right and not look like pig slop. Such a simple order. Get it together.EDIT: Just tried the chips I went all the way back for, and they're hard as a rock.... literally.👏👏👏

But no I have been to this store 3 times, and all three times I regretted it. I would not have gone the last time, but the fryer was down at my normal taco bell. Emma Busbey: i live down the street from this taco bell so i’m up there all the time. they used to be friendly every time i’m there. most of them are still nice. however, tonight me and my family had a late dinner. we made a mobile order. they were busy so i understood any delays. i tried looking to make sure everything was in the bag but it was a big bag and hard to see. i got home and realized that they forgot one of our tacos, and the 2 taco surpremes were just normal soft tacos. i understood them being busy so i called, just politely letting them know. the woman, Natasha, seemed like she was in a hurry. we quickly told her what was messed up and she immediately said “hmm. i make all the food as the screen says” as if i’m lying about it being wrong. and then immediately asked if i had the receipt and that if i had it, that was the “only way she was refunding me”. i simply just wanted the order to be fixed since it wasn’t a cheap order. i otherwise would’ve let the mess up go. I hope she was just having a stressful night!

Fiesta veggie burrito had barely anything in it at all. Cheesy gordita crunch would've been good if it was fresh. Cashier didn't ask if we wanted sauce and I forgot to ask for it when she handed me the food.Very disappointed overall 😫 Big letdown.

Jackson Winslow: Place has really gone downhill..I’ve been here two years and last year I used to go to this Taco Bell all the time. They were quick, made food hot every time, and respectful. The past 5 times I’ve gone they’ve been downright rude, I’ve had to wait in line for over 20 minutes, and the food arrives no warmer than a freshly wrapped diaper.

Krystian Mason: I understand that customer service is a terrible industry to work in nowadays, but from someone who spent years from bottom to management, it's NOT THAT HARD to look at an order receipt and produce product correctly! Terrible meat like it sat in a hot plate for hours, and request for no sour cream on 2 of 6 items apparently denied and hard shell tacos looked as if packaged with a hammer. Sick of subpar food for people who want paid an hourly wage worth 10 times the effort they give.

Jordan Ball: Not impressed. First time I got cussed at because I forgot to mention my mobile order at the speaker. Then the second time I mentioned it first and they still forgot it. They wanted me to pull back around. 🤣 I've been here over 30 minutes. It's supposed to be FAST food.

Food is still what you expect, and is great for late night cravings.Vegetarian options: They have some great vegetarian options with their customization, and have certain menu items specifically made for vegetarians, like their potato soft taco, black bean crunchwrap, etc.
