Sean Lee: The manager is great but the product is horrible. I bought what is the firmest bed they have and had to send it back twice. I'm needing them to fix the problem because in less than 3 weeks it has deep dips in the mattress and causing muscoskeletal issues and the factory boss hasn't been cooperative with the store manager for almost two months. No money back so I'm just out what I spent and in a lot of constant pain from my neck, arms, hands, hips, legs and feet.

My husband waited around all morning (putting him behind at work) just to find out that this was false advertising. The guy tried to get my husband to purchase an expensive mattress and when my husband said that he just wanted what was agreed on, the guy showed him a tiny foam pad that was not even a mattress or anything close to the picture. The guy was extremely rude and told my husband that people do things like this all the time to get people in the store. Please don’t waste your time and energy like we did.

Unbelievable.

We previously went to a big chain mattress store and had a terrible experience, basically being told if we didn't want to at least drop a couple thousand dollars then there was no point even buying one. Angie was quick to respond to schedule us a same day appointment. Shawn helped us find a super comfortable mattress in our price point, and we were in and out in 15 minutes with a new mattress to take home the same night! We will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Stephanie McPhetridge: My elderly mother bought 2 mattress, coils came through ( not a heavy woman), bought first one, after 2 months coils thru, went back and paid more for a better one and now 6/23/20 coils popping up. The manager or owner used the f... bomb and was rude about the whole thing. Suggested mother was fat perhaps that's why coils came thru. Today we are mattress shopping again. Money wasted, entire experience horrible. I suggest anyone give serious consideration buying here. Oh and there is hardly any choices in this very tiny shop. When we called to discuss the owner was full of excuses and offered no help. Nasty shop with big dogs also.

dixie dill: We needed a twin foam mattress for a cot we bought for guests. I called several places and they tried to talk me into more expensive mattresses. I called the woman at the outlet and she said she had one, along with price and time she closed. The price was far below others in the area.

Fadilah Gambrell: We have had the class C Black for less then 2 weeks. Very comfortable(only reason for the 2 star) but already has sagging both sides and hump in the middle you can see thru a thick comfortor. Called store and was told to go online to fill out warranty issue section! Seriously I've spent thousands on a high end mattress and this us what I get! So disappointed.Wow I called back Monday to talk to manager Brian regarding sagging in 1st 9 days and he said all pillowtops will do that.. in 9 days!!! Not true as this would be 3rd pillowtop I've purchased, most do it after several years),he was very rude saying if it's comfortable I should just keep it and even though I'm in 60day sleep trial period they want to charge me to switch it out. I told him the sagging in less then 2 weeeks feature was not mentioned in their sales pitch and his response was " well did you ask that question " seriously?Horrible service. I've left a message for owner. Let's see if they really stand behind their products.****Tuesday I heard back from my original salesman Gregg- he was great! Same as day I bought mattress and he is helping me resolve the issue with a new mattress & a plan if issue persists, this is what I expected the 1st time I called. Problem solving & solutions. Appreciate your level of service Gregg and standing behind your products as promised, that's what makes repeat customers. Increasing my rating from 1 to 4 stars. Will be a 5 if next mattress holds up-fingers crossed.

In case of warranty issues, do you want a business to go to bat for you instead of having to do it yourself? Skip the rest and go to the best! Gregg Wilson didn't have to plug my information into a tablet to recommend mattresses for me to try. He knows his products! He listened to my concerns, learned about my sleep habits, and based on my particular situation, recommended mattresses accordingly. When I laid on the mattress I ultimately purchased, I could tell an immediate difference in it from the rest and felt it was the one. And if not? They have a satisfactory return policy.I chose an adjustable base. Gregg didn't try to upsell me a base that had more features than I needed or wanted. But get this. When he found out that I would have to wait a few weeks for the base to come in, he said, "I don't want you to have to wait on your mattress. I'm going to upgrade you to a base that we have in stock." And an upgrade it was! Talk about stellar customer service!!! The next day, I had a couple of questions. Even though Gregg wasn't there that day, Nick was equally helpful. I couldn't be more pleased with my sales experience, and Gregg is to be commended.I bought my mattress/base on a Wednesday. Delivery was scheduled for Monday between 4-8pm. (Very nice for people who work.) Talk about a seamless experience. The delivery men called before they arrived, they had on masks (which was a nice courtesy, since masks are optional now), it was pouring rain, but they wiped their shoes thoroughly and when I handed them towels, they dried themselves off and everything they could on the mattress packaging. Talk about mannerly! "Yes, ma'am; yes, sir." They had to go around several tight corners to get to the bedroom. They were extremely careful in bringing the mattress in and positioning it--not one doorframe or piece of furniture was hit by them or the mattress. I was very impressed by that. Heck, I was impressed with this whole experience--if only every purchase could be this easy and perfect! I looked on my paperwork to see if the delivery men's names were listed, but they weren't. I do hope management or the owners will look up my information and recognize the delivery men in some way.I am enjoying my new mattress, and Beautyrest Sleep Gallery has earned a customer for life. Thank you!
