Keith Housholder: The Student Union has a convenience store called Barre Essentials, Panda Express, Chick-fil-A, Subway and a pasta restaurant on one floor. The cafeteria is on the floor above. There is a small but beautiful auditorium called the PSU theater. The building is modern, clean and efficiently designed.

Amanda McCurry: Really bad customer experience, I couldn’t hear the man behind the counter, so apologized and I asked him if he could speak a little louder because I couldn’t hear him and he just shrugged and didn’t respond. So I said, I didn’t hear anything you just said... is everything okay, do you need anything else from me to ship my package? And he shrugged again, so I said can I get a receipt? Because at this point I was kinda confused on why he didn’t reply back at all, so he printed a receipt, mumbling something about it while scribbling on the receipt with a marker and just left it on the counter and stepped away... I was like ummm okay... have a nice day. And I took the receipt and awkwardly walked out. I can’t read anything he wrote on the receipt... soooo I’m still pretty confused on the whole situation lol.
Harry Appleby: Just visited this fed ex location (2:30 pm) I am handicapped & walk with a cane. There was only one clerk & he was waiting on a lady who was in the wrong shipping store. He spent the next 15 minutes messing with her while I was leaning on my cane, trying to keep my balance. He could have handled my drop off in 30 seconds. Instead he ignored me while helping someone who wasn’t even a customer.
Winola Alley: Immature child working all day on Saturday, March 14th. He was was not helpful, spoke in monotone voice, that was uncaring and showed no interest in being at a job. They closed at 6pm and my package arrived at 6:06pm. Now I'm still waiting for package delivery late!!!

Josh Stephens: I had a 530 appointment with TSA here. I drove an hour and a half from Neosho MO, sat at Mc Donald's next door with wifi for an hour to walk in for my appointment to be told they can't do TSA stuff after 3 and just come back tomorrow... A 3 hour round trip drive and an hour of kill time after a 10 hour work day. I had a scheduled appointment that I called and made. At the very least someone could have called me and told me the appointment had to be cancelled.

I was talking with a customer as they continued to say to me if you want to keep being rude....I simply asked are you calling me rude because I have not done a thing but ask for copies. At this point I hear will you back me up to the manager and so the manager Hayley came over and was so sweet and apologized. I simply don't feel it's acceptable to call a customer rude multiple times then add an expedited fee on to my bill!!! Seriously the worst customer service I've ever had. This will be followed up with the store manager. I was embarrassed and shocked this was acceptable.

I go to use the printer there because mine went down and needing to get something done right away.I get there and followed all the instructions to print by emailing the file in a pdf form. All of this is what the instructions said to do. I hit print to get my documents done and it only printing the cover of my email sent. I talked with the lady behind the counter (lyn) she was no help at all. I wased over a hour driving here and dealing with this.I see why the parking lot is always empty at this store

She took care of everyone as quickly as possible, her computers kept locking up and through it all, she had a terrific attitude, and was very helpful and friendly. Don’t usually shop at Staples, but I will return just because of her great customer service, I was in the store Thurs, Sept. 16th.

Jack West: They have a good selection of office furnishings, the staff was not the most friendly, the interior felt a bit depressing, the prices for things were at least 20% to 30% above what you would pay at other similar fare stores. They do have a few niche items that are reasonably priced. I did buy a desk from them, but used it as a more convenient temporary tv stand as its been hard to find just what I want for an Entertainment center as of yet. If this was the 90s or early 90s then you could get away with the prices and crazy markups...but its not so I would not recommend this store unless they are the only ones in town that have a niche item you need.

Jilli B: I came in 2/16/21 printing flyers for my lost cat, while posting my flyers I realized I had either received less than my order or dropped some along the way & to eliminate retracing my steps I went ahead and made a call to the store where I spiked to Larri, the same woman who helped me, who let me know they didn’t see my extra copies.. I was disappointed and continued to look for my cat, only to receive a call back about 30 minutes later. Larri conspired with their team and management decided that they were able to print me an extra ten copies, for free- just to help me fine my kitten. The next day they called to see if I got my copies and found my cat, This really brightened my day. To be honest, the store was busy with a small staff which didn’t move things the fastest but with such care, perspective really makes this 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you to this staff for being more than just a postal service but a nice part of the community. COVID sure reminded us all fedex really is an ESSENTIAL service- prompt, sterile service is kinda the standard but this one felt a little more warm personal & even in an emergency this act of kindness truly humbled me.
Dave Millsap: I have relied on This Fedex store over the years for projects I needed done right and have not been disappointed. I find it interesting that one review singled out Latriesia for not giving him full attention. Conversely, after working with her over the years, I am always pleased to have her wait on me because she sticks with my needs and solves any problems that crop up. Maybe there were other influences working into their work relationship that go unmentioned that day. As many places are now, they are short staffed but continue to get the job done. I would hope that this unsatisfied customer go back to this Fedex and will hopefully get Latriesia as his counter person. Perhaps he will find the first experience was an outlier and realized this experienced employee has skills that will transfer into jobs well done for each customer.

I am always treated kindly by employees when I need help, and I can use the self service copiers as well (and anytime I’ve had a question or needed help, the employees have been very friendly and helped every time.) thank you!

Melissa Ratliff: I had the Battlefield Road Fedex Office location enlarge and print some pictures for a watercolor class I'm taking. Casey in particular was very helpful. They did a great job, were very quick to get it done, the images were very crisp and just what I needed. Everyone I dealt with was super friendly, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I don't need their services very often, but when I do, they always do a great job. They are always willing to help me with whatever I need, and always polite. Richard Schur: THEY LIED TO US ABOUT WHAT THEY COULD DO. THE PACKAGE GOT RETURNED TO US. FEDEX CUSTOMER SERVICE KEPT CHANGING THEIR STORY. THIS STORE WOULDN’T GIVE OUR MONEY BACK OR SOLVE THE PROBLEM. THEY TOLD US WE NEEDED TO COME BACK WHEN THE MANAGER WAS THERE TO FILE “A Complaint” WITH NO GUARANTEE OF MONEY RETURNED OR DELIVERING OUR PACKAGE.A total disaster!Follow up- fedex never admitted their mistakes or made any effort to remedy things or even reach out. We ultimately went to UPS who charged us less and made the delivery. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE UPS store on National. They were real pros!
Maria Walker Williams: I had such a positive experience visiting FedEx at the Springfield, Missouri store on 303 E. Battlefield on Saturday August 17, 2022.The employees there - Dave, April, & Larri - are so helpful and authentic. Dave, who waited on me, was very patient, although it was nearly closing time.I had a textbook to return to a friend. Dave took the time to re-bind the book, wrap it carefully, and ship it.I also, had 2 pictures of my husband’s cousin’s deceased Mother and Father, from the ~50’s.She is a sharp and lovely, little elderly lady, who is going to be 90 years old next month.She asked me a few weeks ago, if I would re-copy the pictures & send them back to her. I was determined to get this done quickly.Dave wrapped, packed, and shipped the pictures.Our cousin called on Saturday, August 20th, and she was so excited, and so grateful that the pictures of her parents arrived so quickly!It warmed our hearts that all this little nearly 90-year old lady really wanted was to have a re-printed picture of her parents, and that Dave and FedEx, helped her to have that joy.Thank you Dave, and FedEx, for bringing joy into peoples lives. Jessica Whittemore: The staff here are so helpful! The manager, April, does a great job with handling the store. All of the employees are polite and willing to help however they can.
Kara Kim: For how much they charge for passport processing they could have better trained members. No one here knew the process and helped make sure my paperwork was together. It took them 6 times to take my photo and they acted absolutely confused when I had any questions about sending the paperwork off.Hugh really helped make a badsituation better! He listened and did his best to help me I edit my rating higher because of him.
