Krishn Prasad: Charged me $5 for picking up at a SHIP TO UPS OFFICE option, and it was SAME DAY PICK UP, why did you unlawfully charge me for a WHOLE DAY?- ups is using deceptive practices or, non-marketing - aka no notification with associated sellers offering "FREE" shipping to UPS office - scheme to unethically coerce $5 from unsuspecting persons who have shipped orders to a nearby office for pick up, otherwise UPS will hold their package as ransom. UPS contact me asap to solve this, you charged for for a service that you 1 - did not make clearly known in any way, shape or form, about this fee even through your partner sellers, and 2 - I picked the package up within 5 hours of the same day of it being delivered. In NONE of the EMAILS that your worthless company sent to me about my package, nor anywhere on your asinine website do you mention anything about this egregious fee, nor have any of your seller partners been updated with this strict notification. I shouldn't have to pay for your company's incompetence. Contact me asap
Siro Herkenrath: So for my business I had to overnight a package and the plane was delayed no big deal I get it. Ups customer service said they’d refund me/the business. I’ve been waiting over a month now and the manager keeps telling me she is going to call and call me back but never does. I’ve been calling and even went in a few times and am still waiting on my refund writing this review is my last effort to get this matter done and over with

Eden Jenkins: Terrible experience! Go to FedEx or somewhere else! The employees have no idea what they are doing and what they are supposed to tell guests using the services, which leads to poor management and training! The management is rude and most of the time refuses to talk to anyone to fix an issue they will hang up on you or leave you on hold till you hang up yourself! I sent something overnight and paid a lot of money to have the item sent just for it to not get there when it was supposed to in fact it got there 3 days later! If I wanted it to get there 3 days later I would of paid the less amount of money to have it sent in 3 days not overnight! It should not take 3 days for something that was supposed to be overnighted to get from Springfield Mo to Charlotte NC! My husband is a truck driver and not in one spot for very long! All I got was a bunch of excuses and unnecessary I’m sorry’s! No refund or anything was given and I will never ever use these services again! This store should be shut down there are plenty of others in Springfield to use! The manager needs to be replaced if you want to save this business!

Jay Anderson: Shipped a package UPS. Apparently UPS lost it, and this store told me there was nothing they could do to eve reprint my receipt so that we could effectively track the package and confirm what nay have happened. It is evident that once this store has your package and your money, they simply can't be bothered to try and help. Very disappointed.

Hilarie Osier: Service was pretty good and quick but when your returning something, they try and tell u that it costs $1 for a label or if u have a label on ur phone and it says "customer packed" below the QR code, u have to provide ur own box or it costs $1.50 to buy one of theirs. Not much, but to some may be a lot
Raelin Derevencha: The staff at this location today were amazing. A nasty "Karen" came in just after me, saw a long line (maybe 4 people ahead of me) and started taking photos of the customers and the staff. I was uncomfortable as I had my daughter with me, and thankfully one of the staff (I unfortunately didn't get her name) told her politely yet very firmly to stop and to delete the photos from her phone. The Karen argued but the staff was firm and told her she would be calling the police if she didn't delete the photos. I, as a customer lacking a stick up my rear, was so relieved and felt protected in this store today. Amanda helped me at the desk a mere 5 minutes later after swiftly helping the rest of the people in front of me, and although the Karen had harassed her specifically for making copies (which she was doing for a customer) she handled everything with poise and with polite customer service.
Cassie McAlister: Dropped off a shipment to be mailed on 10/20/22. Never shipped. Called spoke to Alaina- had to call back as she never came back on the line after 5 min.- she had no idea why my package was still there. No apology, very short with her words. Asked for a refund of shipping- she said no and she was the manager.I asked her for her manager she said she was at another location- Alaina didn’t know her title or position but her name is Tammy at Sunshine.Don’t drop your packages off here as you cannot be sure they will even be shipped. When they make a mistake, no apology, no reimbursement on shipping, nothing. Just unacceptable customer service.
Jerry: This review is for ups and the UPS Store they didn't deliver my package on time they shipped it all around so I couldn't go pick it up and they told me it was at the UPS store and it wasn't so I don't know how to deal with that
Stephanie Clark: Rudest employees I have seen at any of the local stores. Many of my packages have not made it to the amazon returns center. Hmmmm.
Jamie Barke: You really need employees with better attitudes. Without even asking what my name is, the woman behind the counter on 9/3 when you first opened was really rude and hateful with me. Didn't even greet me then said I had to come back. I couldn't go back because the ride I had couldn't bring me back. The woman just needs a better attitude when dealing with people.
Sopheap Takahashi: We brought an Amazon package in, to be returned to Amazon. And found that it was never shipped from the store or someone has definitely been dishonest about our package and have stolen it or have lost it. I would not trust this UPS store. Tried calling to work things out and have not responded.
