Doc Holiday: DO NOT GO THERE!! I can not attest to the quality of the work done here, because I was run off before I could even inquire about my project. Please read if you intend to do business with these people. After some research Gordons was on my short list for a rather large project I am currently working on. I pulled in, having never been there before, and went to turn around to park. The drive appears to go around the building, and so I proceeded to go around. There is a rather nice backdrop so I got oit to take a few pics of my Tahoe I am putting up for sale before going in to inquire about my project. Now keep in mind I had stopped for 3 or less minutes, I heard squealing tires and a blaring horn. No one asked of they could help me, just peeled up behind me blaring a horn. I got in my Tahoe and went to go around, but ot was a dead end. So I turned around and the truck peeled out behind me blaring the horn and squealing tires. There was a lady in the truck I can only assume was "Karen" mouthing me and frantically waving her arms for me to.leave. Well, so I left, along with my check book. Oh now dont think that was all. I got pulled over and questioned about my business there. I explained that I no longer had any intention of doing business there and exactly what had happened, along with a video of what had happened to back up my story. I was informed that there had been issues with them in the past, similar issues. So if you intend on doing business there keep in mind the type of people you are going to be in contact with, and good luck.

Joe Sainz: I originally rated the pick up service a one star nine months ago. I decided to use them again because the prices are hard to beat with the 11% discount. I have to say they have stepped up their game and as a small business owner I will continue to use them for the great prices and service. Susie Rea: Bought a self propelled Troy Bulit mower from Menards and it was to slow for me. I am 6ft tall so I walk fast want a fast self propelled mower. Called and spoke to the manager at the Eastgate location and he informed me that once I put gas in it, it's mines no return or exchange for a faster one. Sold it at a loss and went to HOME DEPOT asked about their return policy on mowers and was told if it didn't work for me I could bring it back no problem. WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM MENARDS. They do not stand behind the products they sell..

Bryan Snow: Friendly enough employees. Hard to find any if you need assistance though. Checking the website/app is useless because half the stuff they say they have isn't on the shelf so you have to hunt down an employee to help you, and they tell you it's 'upstairs' and except you to know what that means (it's basically 'in the back' and they would have to go get it).
David Fraley: Do NOT buy anything that says SPECIAL ORDER! They will charge you a 25% restocking fee if you have to return it for any reason. LOWES and HOME DEPOT has never done that to me. I would give them zero stars if I could. And this after I spent over an hour completing the return process. Outrageous. Will not do business with them again!
