cherish Allen: Yesterday I went to get a haircut, three days prior to my appointment I called and asked if anyone knew how to do an edgy type mullet haircut on me, and the lady on the phone told me yes. I came in yesterday extremely nervous because I haven’t had that much length cut off in a long time, she barely looked at the three reference pictures I had and did a terrible job, she didn’t give me what I wanted at all and now my hair is botched and I have to pay someone else who knows what they’re doing with that type of hairstyle to fix my hair. Her name was Leah. She wasn’t professional and when I told her after the fact that I didn’t really like it, she kind of laughed it off and said “well that’s what you asked for”. If you say you can do a hairstyle and then in the middle of chopping my hair off say you’ve never done something like this maybe you should’ve stated that before attempting to cut my hair. Amber Taillon: My daughter and I have had a difficult time with finding a hair stylist that we leave loving our haircuts. To the point we haven’t gotten our hair cut in over a year. Bad experience after bad experience. I scheduled here because they were the first place that had a same day appointment available on a Saturday. Lauren did an amazing job on my daughters hair! It was truly breathtaking the face framing and long layers she pulled off! That girl can cut some Hollywood type of hair styles! Sarah did mine and did incredible with it. My hair was severely heat damaged and she applied just the right product and did beautiful long layers that saved my length and still got out all that was damaged. I seriously thought there would be no saving it, but got blessed with a miracle! Both of them gave us amazing scalp massages during the wash and we both felt comfortable the entire visit. Needless to say, we are grateful to have found our salon and the stylists that we trust with our hair! This salon is a hidden gem. Jaslyn Johnson: Lauren claims to be an expert in cutting 4c but the cut I received is uneven. I came in as a naive looking for guidance to keep my healthy and lengthy. I never had a haircut before and all I wanted was a trim to even up my hair. Someone who claims to specialize in 4c hair, should also know how to cut 4c hair. There was nothing that could be done besides cut more hair off after the damage was already done. Due to false advertising this is now my hair.I know it’s just hair, but it took me years to grow it out to that length and for her to just take that away from me without any remorse is defeating, the least she could do is make it right by refunding me, but she already got what she wanted, my money, so she refuses.Even with my hair natural and curly, one side is longer than the other and the front & back are not even. I have taken them to another "male oriented" salon and they were not comfortable in the atmosphere that salon provided. However, at Trim, there is a nice balance for both genders. Here, my sons are relaxed and Hunter has a lot to do with that.

Jeanene Hunter: Although the salon was pleasant enough and the receptionist was professional, Vicky, who performed a less than average pedicure was neither. I would not recommend her services. From the start she was adversarial, rude, unaware or uncaring about cues from her client who'd prefer services minus all the passive aggressive chatter. Very quickly Vicky broached the topic of Covid, vaccines, etc when I kindly mentioned that it was okay if she didn't wear her mask. And then she just wouldn't be still. Sara: There is not a word to describe how i felt when I left Details. To better set the stage I'll give a little background.The previous week I had been lifted twice, toned, bleached again, and the a dark boxed dye to try to counteract the shock of being a level 4 all my life and suddenly being a cold toned 7-8 .I was so ashamed of myself and what I had done.My huge gorgeous curly hair suddenly looked like fried rice noodles. Once I realized only a professional could fix this, I began my noble research and it led me here. They had me come right in for a consultation after poor Maddy listened to my long tearful story. Tammy washed me out at no charge and immediately began to evaluate the health of my hair. She assured me it wasnt near as bad as I felt.Then, Tammy and Trish collaborated together, taking bits and pieces of each of their wide array of knowledge to set me on the right path. She had to take roughly 3 inches off my hair and asked if i might like a side bang so i said SURE. What do i have to lose at this point. Ive never been able to wear bangs but I can't even tell you how much I love the cut. It slimed my face and made me look younger..... AND when I woke up this morning my curl pattern looked almost completely reconstructed!!! I could not believe it. I thought I had lost them forever...The mutal collaboration is something I have never witnessed in a salon. It didn't matter who was "right."..... It was "how do we TOGETHER get this hair corrected."They provided me a service thats not listed, and one which is not even taught in cosmetology school.... Compassion and empathy. Sevde Sümeyye ŞAHİN: The hair service I received from Amanda was beyond awful! Worst hair result I've ever had in my life. It was definitely not worth the price I paid. My advice to you is to never use this service. She says it happens a few times, when the result is bad. I'm going to have to dye my hair myself. Definitely do not prefer it, believe me, I could have done the process better myself. I also believed the comments and went there. It is not worth it They didn't even make a hair that could go inside people. They say your hair is still healthy. My hair was already healthy. I couldn't even get the service I wanted. Lorraina: I’ve been a client of Studio 417 since 2018. I started with blonde highlights, then balayage then back to my natural brunette color with some layering. I typically see Michelle, and she has does a fabulous job every single time. She listens to your concerns and executes what you ask. Once in 2021, Michelle was booked out so I saw a lady named Mackenzie and requested a light trim however, she took off about six inches. It was devastating to me, but I continued to be a client here since it was one bad experience out of my several positive ones. I just told myself I wouldn’t book with anyone but Michelle.Fast forward to now, I was overdue for a trim & wanted to add more layering, but with my schedule being so crazy, Michelle was booked out in the time frame I needed. I decided to go ahead and try with another stylist despite my 2021 hair heartbreak, lol. I took an appointment with Neeley and in all honesty, I was super nervous it would be a mistake as my hair is very important to me. From the moment Neeley came out to introduce herself, she was a breath of fresh air. She was so kind and patient, she listened to me, related to me, and went above and beyond to make my experience an 11/10. She finished my hair and I don’t think I’ve ever felt as confident walking out of the salon as I did today. M C: I went over to buy Kerastate Shampoo, more expensive than online purchase. The staffs neglected me, 4 of them were chit chatting at the back of their shampoo and hair color corner, even they saw me walked in and was looking for help, they just turned their head back to continue their chit chat and laughter. When needed someone to checkout my item, I had to walked over to a hair dresser for help, who is in the middle of cutting a hair, then a girl came over with an u happy face, no eye contact, I paid and she handed me the product and walked away! Definitely won’t go back and would not recommend this salon.

anna richey: Taylor did a half and half dye on my hair and the outcome was satisfactory. The colors didn’t seem to match the inspo picture very well but it was a good dye job regardless. I did leave the salon with my hair feeling like it was full of product & just really icky. I had to go home and wash it after I was done. Even the quick blow dry style was low quality and didn’t make my hair look or feel the best. I also wish Taylor spent more time on clients then her assistants, it felt like they did more than half of the job. Andrea Newman: I had never went here before and my stylist went above and beyond what I expected. She did awesome on my hair, and even massaged my scalp for awhile when washing my hair which was unexpected but amazing!!! She definitely has to be the best stylist I’ve went to in a long time. Definitely a 10/10 on everything. The store was extremely clean, decorated so cute, and the atmosphere was just relaxing. I will definitely be coming here to see her from now on!

Sydney Skyles: Unprofessional. I was referred by a friend who goes to Raegan and will be going elsewhere to get what was done corrected. First, my original appointment was pushed 20 minutes late so the salon’s owner could get her haircut. Then, I went from a blonde/brown balayage to a very red brown color (I never wanted it to look red). Raegan did offer to correct it and it came out an almost black/brown color. While I was still there she discussed with the other stylist ways to lighten it to the brown which was originally intended and offered to do it right then, but I didn’t have another 1+ hours. She seemed very questioning with the other stylist as if she wasn’t sure how to fix what she had just done. I then wasn’t able to get rescheduled for almost two weeks and was informed it would be a double-booking and that I was going to have to pay some discounted rate depending on the product used. This is when I gave up. I wasn’t willing to pay more money to someone I didn’t trust, especially when lightening my hair.

My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, the women coloring my hair texted and asked if I could come in 30 minutes later because she was running behind, of course that’s not a problem, but when I arrived at 2 I still waited 30 minutes before she could get to me.After I got in the chair she brought the hair swatch board over so I could pick out my color, I asked her to give me a 4. Later in the session her co worker asked what color she was putting on my hair and she said she was putting on a 5.During my appointment another client came in and started sharing her thoughts on the pandemic and traveling, my stylist then shared her opinion on the matters. I think it’s very unprofessional to share such views in a work place, especially when clients are present.Overall my experience was unprofessional and disappointing.Service:Hair coloring

I had Annabelle, who looked at the photo I showed her of what my hair goals were, and she did a magical job on my hair! Not only did she fix my damaged ends, thinning top and bad highlights, but I left the salon feeling fresh, trendy and so excited for my new bob. Was extremely happy with the results, and the attentive care to detail on what I wanted. Will definitely be returning to Vivo! I felt like new girl when I left.

But I am just completely baffled and stunned and utterly disappointed at my recent experience.I have had many haircuts here at Vivo, with a Master Stylist. I never had any complaints and really enjoyed getting my hair done here.Recently switched stylists due to scheduling conflicts & honestly was a terrible decision.I ask for the same style every time & I bring reference photos. I honestly don’t feel like they listened to what I was asking for, Each time I have left with completely different hair cuts, & they completely ignored my request.When going back in to ask for a simple appointment, to re-do the mistakes that the stylist had done, because I honestly feel like my hair is butchered,They called me back the next day and stated they would be canceling my appointment, on my behalf, without my request at all in doing so. Who does that?
