Nancy Wethy: If I could give them a negative experience I would. Drove over 2 hours to get glasses. Was told I could get them that day. At a few minutes after 4 I had a pair picked and they informed me that it 4pm was the deadline to be able to get them the same day. So I had to drive 2 hours back home and then another 2 back the next day to pick them up. The glasses started having issues after just a few months. They never emailed me my prescription like they were supposed to and when I called to get it they said policy changed and now they can no longer email the prescription’s. Horrible experience with cheaply made glasses. Wouldn’t recommend for anyone!!

Michael Meyers: They ignore people who walk in the store when they are busy with other customers and if they make a mistake on an order for contacts, it is “your fault” and they do nothing to help you with a solution to getting contact replacements when you are out. Just loved how the lady spoke to us, “ that is our final word on the matter” and “ like I said twice now” are great examples of some A+ customer service you get here.Glad that LensCrafters would take us and assist us with any problems we have.

Placing my order took over an hour on the phone. I was told they would be ready in two weeks. I called back two weeks later, and the order was never placed. I was told to wait another two weeks. I called back and was told the first order was actually placed, but had an extended backorder with an unknown ETA. I cancelled my order and bought my contacts elsewhere. I will not be returning or recommending VisionWorks to anyone.

Ekaterina Coleman: So ungodly incompetent. I was waiting for 30 minutes while one lady was assisting 1 customer all this time. Only two employees were available. When it was my turn that lady called me to sit next to her while still processing this customer. I spent another 20 minutes in her chair while people who came after me received faster service. I don't understand how incompetent you should be to have 0 perception of your efficiency and time you need to finish your paperwork.

Robin Parison: I went in for my appointment to get new glasses and contacts. Dr. Susan Rice was who they put me with . I was so upset by the time I left that I swore I would never go back and a year later when I think about the way that appointment went still angers me. The doctor started throwing out all these acronyms and proceeded to tell me don’t worry about what I’m telling my assistant as long as I know what it is everything. OK. That did not sit well with me. I want to know what you’re calling all the stuff that I’ve never heard before. She changed everything on my glasses and contacts that my prior optometrist had done at the eye exam. she changed the prescription on my glasses and where I had one side for reading the other side for distance which was working out perfectly, she told me that we need to get my glasses back on the right track, and when she did that it messed up how I can see and read. Just a terrible experience. I wouldn’t go back if they offered me a free exam and free glasses. My husband went the same day wasn’t happy with the Doctor he went to go see. So I guess it’s gonna be a matter of opinion if you decide to make an appointment. But be careful.

She has since purchased new glasses but she still wears her repaired ones most of the time because of the frames. The frames Dick miraculously saved.

Loren: The ladies who work out front are so kind, funny, and helpful. The prices are reasonable (even without insurance). However, they have a new doctor now and I was not impressed with him. He called me by the wrong name and blew it off when he realized it. Was very short and not personal at all with me. When he got my new contacts out he just tossed them my way. I've been going to Walmart for vision for 10+ years and that may have just caused me to go elsewhere next time.

Jina Zarifis: I had the glasses remade 3 times before telling them to just use my old prescription. I had the lenses replaced under insurance from damage and they got it wrong again. They are now refusing to redo them and acting like I am just making this up. So I wasted money on an exam I never used and haven't had my glasses for more than a year before they have become useless now. Worst experience with anything like this and I will never come back to this Wal-Mart or any Wal-Mart because of this.
Lowko Hombre: Went in with broken frames but the lenses were still in good condition and the gentleman there took amazing care of me I walked out with some new frames for 9.99 this really saved my life because I'm unable to drive or function really without my glasses. Talk about above and beyond the call of duty! Best service I've had in a long long time. I'd recommend this vision clinic over any I've been too and I've been to a lot I've worn glasses since I was 5 years old and now I'm 32 and the service her bar none is the best I've ever experienced. Mr drew is the man!!!

Gloria Turner: Absolutely love Dr.Foss! However, after being told they would be open until 8pm on Saturday December 31st I arrived at 6pm to find they were closed. Their sign said they closed at 7 on Saturdays but there were no signs stating they were closing early for the holiday. They didn't say anything about the day before when I got my eye exam. I lost my vision benefit because they closed at 5pm that day. When I called them to see what could be done they suggested using this year's benefit for new glasses. No thanks!

Tim Wilson: Dr. Foss was excellent, very thorough, patient and kind. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Dottie (one of the techs) was wonderful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an eye doctor.
