Sheryl Barton-Young: I love the welcoming environment starting at the front door! The colors and furnishings are warm and inviting. The pickleball court and golf area will be great for hanging out with friends and family! The staff is wonderful and always so accommodating.

Michelle Romero: I had the privilege of getting to tour these absolutely beautiful apartments. From the moment you walk in your are welcomed with a modern and inviting foyer.The apartments have so much room with nice appliances and did I mention the master closet is HUGE!They have put so much thought into every single detail.The theater room even has a private locker for you personal items.My husbands favorite room is the Golf room it has a golf simulator.My Favorite room the the community party room fit with a gorgeous kitchen.The units even have a garage and not a small garage either. If you are 55+ and want to live the luxury life style these apartments in Springfield MO are for you!You need to definitely get a tour and get your name on the list!

Tracy Porter: I’ve been searching for a place for my Mom just like this! I wish there was availability so we can settle her in somewhere she feels safe and at home. Mom was impressed when we were shown a Villa this week. They are a beautifully laid out design, with granite countertops, and all the amenities that she wants! It’s worth the wait.

Trash is provided, the group will help take your trash to the curb if you need help.They have complimentary concierge service. The staff is very helpful and can be very flexible if you ask.Mailboxes are upfront by the office. Key required.The community room is nicely furnished and plenty of activities are hosted for the community residents.The group tries to make everyone feel like they belong. The residents are friendly.Great place to reside for a 55+ community.Close to shopping and gas stations.
