The M @ 414: what do users think?
Jacob Clark: Great apartments and setup. Close to the university with a fair price point. Helpful and respectful management also!
Raylen Sharpe: Very quiet place. Love everything about the setup and the price is perfect. Short distance from the university.
Auna Rodman: The apartments are so nice and quiet! The management is amazing and everything is so convenient and safe!
Brianna Stone: I have had a hard time finding a property manager that has listened and made me feel comfortable with signing my lease. Tracy was so helpful and answered all my questions without making me feel like it was too many or that I was bothersome. When I went to view the property I fell in love and even though I was really late on getting back to her with my interest in the property, she found a way to accommodate and still get me in last minute! Whether it's the M@414 (which I highly recommend), or any Magers Properties, make sure to speak with Tracy because she definitely is one of a kind!
violet hart: The apartment is a decent value for the money, but vehicle break ins are just too rampant for anyone to feel safe. There have been literally 6 break ins in the span of a month, just that I’ve known about from seeing the glass. I don’t believe the security cameras actually work because the cars are always right in front of them and yet it still keeps happening. It’s sad because I liked living here at first as the apartment is spacious and well furnished for the price, but unfortunately this must be the downside to the value. Neighbors are generally quiet and it’s a convenient location downtown, but this apartment is just not safe for you if you have a car.
Isaac Goes: Moved in recently, and am loving it so far. Management and neighbors both have been nice, and it’s been a quiet and comfortable stay.

Greenway Studios: what do users think?
Maddyson Burris: They never respond ever, they could care less about you. You can definitely find something better. Please do not rent here. My car was hit in run in their parking lot. Someone’s Else’s car got something stolen out of it. It’s a horrible apartment they do not care about your safety. We contacted them about maybe them giving us some time off our lease because of our car being stolen and hit and run, they said no. They really do not care about their renters at all. I do not recommend this apartment at all! PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE PLEASE!
Alexis Armstrong: If I could give this negative stars, I would. Absolutely one of the WORST experiences I have ever had with a property. DO NOT LIVE HERE. Don’t expect anyone to answer any phone calls or texts. Be prepared for aggressive dogs, your apartment smelling like weed constantly, there is no true “security” company, the gates are never actually locked, meaning the people who sleep at the park just come in and out. People dumpster diving. The police being at the property a few days for hours and absolutely no comment from management regarding what was going on at all. I mean the list honestly could go on for miles, my best suggestion would be to stay far far away and many others would agree.
Meep: They charge way to much for room and their maintenance is lacking in efficiency even with internet included the rent should have never been raised pass 500
Karthik Kailash: Absolutely horrendous office and maintenance staff. I have never been able to get a hold of the office during office hours even after trying multiple times during the day and maintenance seems to take close to 3 days to even respond.Icing on cake was maintenance cancelling my maintenance order with no reasoning why. I didn't mind the wait initially but having to wait all day just for them to cancel without the minimum courtesy of giving an explanation is ridiculous. And I will never know since no one ever answers the phone at the office.
Derek Drefke: My car was stolen out of their parking lot by dumpster divers and they were unwilling to hand over footage of the incident. Terrible human beings, studios are cramped, rent is atrocious.
Kiley Hawkins: Horrible communication and zero help. Unable to reach and take weeks for any response. Confirmation process is unclear and poorly constructed. Do not recommend any of the apartments under this company.
Jack Aiolos: This is an update to me living at Greenway Studios they have a change in management and had finally installed cameras in the parking lot to prevent beak-ins in the vehicles so there has not been any so far. The only drawback is that the management has changed internet services and it seems that they switched to a less proficient internet service. The internet would cut off often for a few seconds or more so if you're streaming your favorite shows due expect some pauses to it. But other than that, if you don't always stream or play online than probably won't be the best place for you but it is still manageable.
Parker Rogers: The apartments are super nice and are perfect for me with the stage of life I’m in! The application process was super simple and I always had a lot of help from someone if I had any questions!
Jennifer W: Caitlyn was quick to respond to my text when I need information related to some changes on our services at Greenway Studios. Being prompt is very important to me as a resident of this apartment complex and greatly appreciated. Thank you, Cailyn !!
Terressa Mcgrath: This place looks lovely but there is no security. People WILL break into your apartment. There is violence in the parking lot. Terrible experience!!!! Low life living only.
Ali Marie: RENT ISSUES: Rent is due on the first of the month. My bill never comes until the third or fourth day, which means I have to pay online, but there's a "convenience fee" for paying online. It's an additional $7. I really don't like being jipped because I CAN'T pay on time. It sounds small, but on a budget, it adds up.Otherwise, the place is clean, the appliances are good, the neighborhood feels safe, and the neighbors are typically quiet. Having internet is a big bonus, too. I chose to pay $8 for a long ethernet cord instead of shelling out for a router. Never had any problems with it!
Erik Gonzalez: Good luck getting them to call back for anything. Could care less that we are in the middle of a pandemic. The are going to get that money. Very overpriced for what you get. Better off going somewhere elseUpdateSo after the past three weeks of me trying to resolve an issue with no call back and my father trying to get an email response with no avail. Rather than trying to resolve the issue they let the late fees rise to over a 1000 bucks , forcing my father to pay the grossly over due payment which we tried to take care of it three weeks earlier that would have been lot cheaper than 1200 bucks. Through shady Business practices I highly recommend you stay away from these people. Wondering if my last name was not of Mexican descent that we would have just gotten a phone call back.
Steven McCarty: Appartment is nice. The security gates don't always close and one of the hand rails have been lose for a year.
Eran Reed: Huge apartment complex! But from what I saw, they're clean and well organized. No elevators so you do have to walk up 4 flights of stairs if you live in the 4th floor. I didn't see a week chair accessibility though.
Brian Hale: Renting at Greenway was great, there are normal disadvantages with every specific place you will rent at, but as long as you are respectful of property you wont have any problems, sure there is the occasional problem, but i personally think Mike does his job great and especially good at solving any problems that arise and i never had any problems getting ahold of him, and if you ever have any financial issues on your account as long as you take it to Mike they will be fixed.
Erin Freeman: The apartments themselves are actually really nice. Internet is included and the design is clean and modern. However, good luck literally ever getting a hold of management for anything. Ever.Someone left an entire package of rotting meat in the middle of the breezeway for like a week, and no one was around to take care of it. They make mistakes on bills, and good luck getting those extra charges figured out! You’ll be out of sleep for a week. They’ll be quick on the phone when you’re trying to get an apartment, but once you sign a lease, you’ll never hear from management again. They stop answering your calls, no matter how badly you need to get in touch with them. You’ll have to take time off work just to hound them.God forbid you need to verify your residency so you can buy a house. My bank and I have been hounding them for two or three weeks now and they refuse to even make a phone call.If you’re considering living here, consider somewhere else. You will regret it, just because of the management.
God'sGal: My car was broken into (window smashed) in the parking lot and backpack was stolen. My "6-month" lease (which I paid 100% of upfront) required 60 days notice so they squeezed an extra 60 days out of me. My "final bill" said the room required painting and cleaning, although my mother and I cleaned it perfect. The security gates were propped open or a broom was nearby on a regular basis so this security feature was bypassed.
Sunshine Cloudyday: Lovely!
Grace Gaia: If there were an option to give a zero rating, that's the rating I would give. I moved into one of the Greenway Studios. I had challenges from the beginning. First, I was promised a particular unit but the day I moved in I was told it was not ready. I had no choice but to take the available unit. Even the unit I had to take was not ready. I was told they would come in to do paint touch ups but it never happened. On my move in day, I requested a copy of the lease to review. I did not receive a copy because I was told their copier was not working. After several requests for a copy of the lease with my signature, I finally received it and it was incorrect. The main reason I moved to this property was for a short term lease for which I would pay extra. Although the additional charge was added to my monthly rental amount, the lease was for an entire year. The manager at the time did refund the additional rent charges but left me in a year's lease. Next, I needed a copy of my move in checklist which I never received. My rental unit was located near the metal security gates near the main entrances. These metal gates would slam everytime people would enter...Quite noisy. If you move there, you also can expect that the majority of tenants will not pick up after their dogs in spite of the multiple dog waste stations on the property. The dog waste stations frequently were overflowing and not emptied when full. The property was littered constantly with trash that was never picked up. When I had to move out due to work before the year's lease was over, the prior manager who wrote my lease incorrectly did release me from the lease early. By the time I moved out, there had been 3 different managers. The company had switched from a brick and mortar office to a mobile office that I was told would be there two days a week. However, that didn't last long. One of the most frustrating situations was how long it took for anyone to respond to requests to speak with anyone. Staff rarely answered the phone or reply to voice messages. When I needed to speak with someone about terminating my lease, it took them over a week to respond. This meant that I had to stay longer and was charged for the extra days. They also charged me late fees. The third manager, Mike, was the worst manager. He was so difficult to reach. Even after we finally spoke and I sent him photos I took upon move in to prove that I had not damaged the apartment, he failed to respond. After several requests that Mike communicate with me, most often to no avail, I lost patience with his incompetence. He acted as if something were wrong with me for getting irritated by his lack of response. Finally, I never smoked in the apartment but was told it smelled of smoke. While I was there, I even helped one handicapped resident pick up her cigarette butts that were thrown all over the green space at the building entrance. After a final, frustrating conversation with Mike, I found out that not only were they keeping my deposit of $625 but I now owe them money. This felt like retaliation when I expressed my dissatisfaction with Mike's lack of professionalism. I sent a request by email, because of course it was so difficult to reach anyone by phone, to speak with Mike's supervisor. I never received a reply. Previously, I had leased at the Chesterfield Lofts, an upscale apartment located in the Chesterfield Village. I had no issues getting my deposit refunded and management there was fantastic. I never had my deposit kept from anywhere else I lived. If you move here, expect poor customer service, incompetent management, noise, trash, dog waste in all green spaces, and that they will make up excuses to keep your deposit. I never would rent from any property this management company manages. All you need to do is read the reviews here. The majority are very low ratings. I hope this review helps others before signing a lease at this property with this management company. BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY AND MANAGEMENT COMPANY!!
Michele Walworth: Cute apartments with locked gate entry
Sydney DiLeo: Most of the time I’ve been there it’s been 5 stars. It’s very clean, nice hardwood floor, granite countertops, right next to a park and trail! The thing that really makes me mad is it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone from management anymore. When I need help changing a lightbulb or my shower drain needs maintenance, no one ever calls me back and the work orders seem like they aren’t even there. I have to call a billion times. I liked it much better when the office was actually at the complex and I could just go downstairs and ask something. Right now my air coneitioner is beeping for some reason and I don’t even know where the new office is. Ridiculous.

Boomer Town Studios: what do users think?
Lindsey Webb: I wish there was a way to give negative stars. I loved here for maybe 8 months and from the day I moved in it was trouble. I had zero water pressure, dribbles of water would come out of my kitchen sink. Then there was sewage issues. Sewage from OTHER people was coming up out of my shower. What was I told to do?? Plunge it. Absolutely disgusting and should have immediately put me in another room. Instead I was told to solve it myself. Worse apartment experience of my life. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Chance Bradshaw: Apartment has no heat, it's 18F. They put in a space heater that doesn't heat enough. Had to open the electric oven and run bake at 400F lol should have put some cookies in as well.
Grace Hanchett: I used to really enjoy living in this complex, the location was great but since ending my lease with them my treatment has been awful. They never came and fixed my air conditioner after I informed them multiple times that it wasn’t working during the 100° heat. After moving out they charged me upwards of $500 for things like cleaning which I was never informed I needed to do before moving out. On top of that, I won’t be getting my security deposit back, so they essentially charged me $700 for minor paint touch ups and cleaning. Do not live here. It’s over priced and there is literally no parking or accountability on the landlords end.
Thomas Worthy: Boomertown was decent until the lack of communication with the property manager became apparent. The security isn't great and the parking can be horrid. The coffee shop and the amount of reserved spots for an extra 30 a month are the reason for the horrible parking space. If you want to shell out another 30 for it then you will be fine. They will take as much as they need from your deposit even if the damage is wear and tear. But if you're a college student just looking for a place to live for the semester it will probably work. Just go to Greenway studios, the property Manger there will take better care of you.
MARY: Management is absolutely awful. We lived here for two years and their customer service could use some help!
Victoria Videos: This place is awesome, I love the space and it is so close to campus and easy to get anywhere!
Rachel Skidmore: Really great experience! When I needed to get off the lease, they were able to quickly re-rent my unit! I would recommend!
James Harvey: Communication is quite horrendous. There are more residents than there are parking spaces. Their"solution" to this to have reserved parking spaces for $30 per month. This monthly fee is an addition to the $80 fee for obtaining a parking decal. If you lose the dice roll of finding a parking space after returning home during the midday or the late-night, your options are slim because the surrounding streets require unique parking permits. The approach to monthly fees is similar to the tactics some airlines employ. There is a seemingly reasonable low cost to attract your attention, but you'll soon learn that each checked bag will cost an amount that will surely make it your last time using this airline.
Jane Stumpf: Boomertown has cared for our college student like their own family. They've always been very quick to respond and have great communication.
Rachel Evans: The management at this property is horrendous. First off, the parking situation is abhorrent. There is no space for occupants to park because of the coffee shop and salon. When asking management about this they informed me that there were no more reserved spaces available. There is more tenants than spots! I honestly felt unsafe at points because there was no parking at night and therefore I had to circle and sometimes park offsite! I also had my apartment AC broken for a week before they processed my request and fixed it. Upon move out I was charged $325 for excessive dirtiness, wall scratches, and 50$ a tree per nonadhesive REUSABLE decal on the wall. There is a picture attached of the decals I left in the apartment because they were so cute. They took 3 minutes to take down because I moved them several times myself without any damage to the wall. The "excessive dirtiness" is an absolute joke as you can tell in the pictures. This dirtiness meant some weird orange goo coming out of the seam of the shower AFTER I moved out and couldn't possible have put there. I thought it was fair to leave half of my deposit for them but instead they wanted to charge me 4x that amount.Due to the coronavirus pandemic I had to leave 6 weeks early and in a hurry but I made sure to clean the apartment. I have never had trouble moving out of any of my previous apartments. Honestly, this seems like the management trying to take advantage of a pandemic. I would never recommend this property and it was absolutely the worst apartment experience of my life.Edit: I have contacted boomer town like they requested and have heard nothing for months. They are liars!
Montana Miller: I am adjusting my previous 5-star review to reflect my recent experiences with Boomer Town Studios. When I first became a resident, I was very pleased with the accommodations. However, in more recent months things have become progressively worse. Among my concerns...1. For several months now, the gates have not functioned properly. This should be a priority item for repair to help keep the complex safe and secure.2. As others have addressed in the reviews, the parking situation is particularly problematic. It wasn't as much of an issue when I first moved in, but when Entrust opened their office in the building, they reserved 5 spots that were formerly available to the tenants. This is in addition to the other spots reserved for the coffee shop and salon. Consequently, I've had to circle the block for 15 to 30 minutes on several occasions waiting for a place to park. Bear in mind, there is a monthly parking fee, but that does not guarantee you a spot. If you want a reserved spot, you'll have to pay double. When I did inquire about reserved parking, the management had to check if there were any reserved spaces left; and I never heard back. Perhaps a viable solution to the parking issue would be to require all tenants to have reserved parking -- none of this two-tiered approach.3. Lastly, as others have discussed, I am experiencing issues with my heating/AC unit. I've heard others have had similar issues with these wall units. I submitted a maintenance request, but it hasn't been fulfilled. While I don't expect immediate service, I do think they should touch base and acknowledge that the maintenance request has been received and that they're working towards a resolution. There is certainly potential here, but these are a few things that really need to be addressed.
Sean Bates: **DO NOT LEASE FROM BOOMER TOWN OR ANY ENTRUST PROPERTY**What a disappointing experience we’ve had. We needed a short term lease for my daughter to finish out her last semester of college. We thought we found the right fit, but little did we know of the issues we would have. Here is a quick breakdown:1) Quoted a monthly rate, but when we received the contract it was $75 a month higher. They also had to resubmit the contract to us 3 times.2) Their air conditioners leak down the wall. This is a common issue with several of the units. My daughter had to wipe mold off the wall and floor from the buildup.3) Security is an issue. My daughter had a maintenance worker just walk into her apartment. The keyless entry allows them to enter at their will. Also, Boomer Town claims locked gates to gain access to the units, but 80% of the time they don’t lock.4) Parking! You need to purchase a spot or you will not have a place to park.5) MANAGEMENT!!! Where do I begin? They will not pick up the phone and call you. I’ve left several messages, but they won’t return a call. They charged me for 2 months of insurance when I provided them proof of coverage. They refused to refund the charges and told me they will start charging late fees if it wasn’t paid. When I asked to speak with management I was told they will call me. I asked for Entrusts Corp number, but they refused to provide it. I was then hung up on.Please stay away from this property and management company. They will leave you with nothing but a headache!!!
Chase Stockton: Parking is a horrible set up
Olivia Hill: I LOVE living here!!!!! Best apartment ever
Alexia Bridges: I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. The management here is HORRIBLE!! They are extremely rude, and not helpful. They ignore phone calls, emails, etc. The apartments themselves are not very nice, and parking is awful.
Amanda Moody: I do not recommend living here. The apartment itself is nice and convenient for MSU students. However, dealing with the property management and maintenance is absolutely ridiculous. They are incredibly hard to get a hold of for anything. When I moved in, there had apparently been a change in management and I was told I couldn't move in on my scheduled move in date and time, after driving 4 hours with all of my belongings to be there that morning. On top of that, the air was not working in my apartment for the first several days that I lived there (in mid August heat). And in winter, my heat wouldn't work. My smoke detector also died and was continuously beeping and maintenance basically told me that I had to deal with it myself or listen to it all weekend because they couldn't come replace the battery on a weekend. It took maintenance several days to get any major thing even looked at. The gates to the apartment don't work half of the time and you have to fight for parking with the businesses in the building. The management makes the apartment not worth it. Don't live here.
Moretingz: ok boomer
Jenna King: Absolutely stunning place to call home! Entrust has amazing staff that takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns! So close to college and downtown scene
DEBRA MOSS: No one answers the phone, my daughter woke up to a man leaning over her to look at the air conditioner Yes very unsafe place, plus she got locked out of her apartment for a day because there is no emergency maintenance and that's after lots of phone calls, DO NOT rent here !!! maintenance men come and go with just one knock and then they enter your apartment!
Daijah Wroten: I didn’t have a chance to have a full experience with Boomertown. I wanted to take a tour but I had to call seven times before I had to look for another number, got in contact with someone and they had to put me in contact with management of Boomertown. Once the lady I actually got in contact with gave Boomertowns management a call, I decided to give a call of my own and leave a message. It’s four months later & I still haven’t heard a word back. They are hard to get in contact with and seem to not care about business.

Beacon Springfield: what do users think?
Darien Gideon: Would Not Recommend. I would give zero stars if I could. I called multiple times today to try to speak with someone. The phones just rang through to the answering machine. Heather sent me a text message saying she’d be happy to answer my questions. I asked about pricing and never made it further than that. I asked about pricing for all of their four bedroom unit options, they have 4 types. She would only give me two of the pricing options. I reiterated multiple times that I would like to know the pricing options for all of them. She finally told me a third, but said she wouldn’t tell me the fourth because there were not Male rooms available in the fourth unit if he type. I am not a male, nor did she even ask my gender. When I said I was not male and I would still be interested in having that information, I stopped getting a response. I tried emailing as well to get further information and was not able to get any response. Due to the lack of communication I decided to go into the office for assistance. The manager Danielle was there and said she could help me. I inquired about pricing and she told me it was between $660 and $675 a month. I asked if this was the pricing between each type of 4 bedroom unit, and she said she wouldn’t get into details like that because I was didn’t have an exact move in time frame to give her. I asked about parking they have numbered parking spots, but she said it was free parking, which I think she was referring to the parking behind the office building. They advertise bike storage which is just bike racks, like anywhere else. Overall they wanted to talk in circles without providing actual information. The pricing from the manager Danielle and the leasing agent Heather were completely different ranges.. They were not welcoming, they were rude, spoke with a tone as if they were talking to someone beneath them, and very unfriendly. I wouldn’t rent with them! I can’t imagine how they treat their residents if this is how they treat people interested in renting from them.
Hà Anh Cao: Not recommended!!!!My friend got insulted by the management team. She was being told to shut up and cut off my friend when she tried to explain the problem and have to pay the damage that she didnt make. The management team is racist as well eventhough there are a lot of POC living there! And guess what the managers are siblings so my friend cannot even say anything! If the management team can read this comment, dont even dare to delete it. I'll make sure I'll post everywhere about this and tell everyone about this racist place!!
Shannon Easterling: Heather was extremely helpful from the initial phone call all the way to the lease signing process. Looking forward to August and moving in to the apartment.
Justin Warren: Within my short time dealing with Beacon, I have been very impressed with my experience so far. The staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive, making the move-in process very easy and if any questions arise they are always will to help out. The apartment itself is spacious and the location is convenient and with in walking distance of campus. I highly recommend Beacon for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.
D Lang.: Very nice apartments, super close to campus, wonderful staff!
Joel De Jong: I am moving in this month. Heather has been very helpful with the administrative process. She answered any questions that I had clearly and promptly, making sure that I understood. The facility itself is very well kept. Individual leases and all-inclusive utilities make monthly payments simple. The largest appeal to me was that the location is walking distance to my classes. If the high quality of service continues after moving in, I can see the Beacon being where I stay during all my years of education.
Colin King: Customer service was very nice while on site giving a tour, as well as over the phone, keeping in contact and answering any questions me and my roommates had.
Madelyn Lindeman: I haven’t moved in yet, but Heather has been so helpful throughout the process! I can’t wait to move in :))
Nicholas Luebbering: I moved to Beacon for college, and I was very worried about so many things, but the staff and residents here are the nicest and friendliest people ever. They made me feel at home so fast. The staff made moving in/out super easy and smooth. There are also many community amenities such as a gym, computer lab (free printing), a lounge, and many more. I find myself utilizing them every day!
Tegan Monnig: I LOVE HEATHER ❤️
Mattix: Great place with friendly staff and reasonable pricing !
Matthew Abeyta: Great customer service and answered all my questions in great detail.
Alex Easterling: I recently ran into a problem of needed to find a place to live, and find it fast. Beacon was super helpful in not only assisting me with finding tons of places in the area, but also helping me with anything I might have needed. The staff was very friendly and supportive and you truly feel like they want you to stay at Beacon Suites. I’ll be moving in during August and can’t wait for that day!
Caitlyn Sellers: Beacon is a great place to live if you don’t want good wifi.. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and every time they come to fix our Wi-Fi it gets worse. Other than the horrible Wi-Fi everything else is good but it’s just very annoying when everything is online and I don’t always want to have to leave my house to have Wi-Fi.
Taemin Park: Heather was very friendly and helpful! Very safe and nice apartment for students.
Blaine Swinford: excellent place to live. lovely staff & heather is the bomb dot com
Daniel Wong: Great location and atmosphere, it's close to campus! Access to study rooms, gym, and computer lab with free printing service.
zelun he: Really good place to live at. I had problems with my lease and the staff helped me straighten things out to avoid extra cost. Staff are really nice and they remember my name.
barcley graham: Living here has been extremely enjoyable. The office staff are some of the nicest people I've ever met and know the residents by name. The apartments are reasonably priced and located within a 5 minute walk to campus. Management is always extremely quick to respond whether it be maintenance or general questions.
Andrew Davis: Great apartments with private bedrooms and bathrooms, amazing office staff who remember everyone by name (quite an impressive feat), a maintenance team that has saved my keister many times over, a snazzy coffee maker, and distances so close to campus you can walk there. I have lived here for nigh on two years and would happily do so again!
Mark Meads: I’ve lived at Beacon for over two years and it has been an incredible experience! The staff is incredibly attentive, responsive, and helpful at all hours. There are always several available parking spots which is luxury I never knew I would value. Most importantly, the buildings are in a great location, which becomes invaluable during the cold walks to MSU’s campus during the winter. I could go on and on about all of the positives! At the end of the day, living at Beacon was one of the best choices I could make!!

Holland Edge Micro Units: what do users think?
Shelby Carter: I am a travel nurse and had the opportunity to stay here for about a year. I was worried it would be too loud because it was more meant for college students however, that was not the case at all! It was a nice, quiet, beautiful apartment to stay and and I would do it again! 10/10 absolutely recommend!
Maison King: I currently live here and I love it! The amenities are so nice to have, especially the washer and dryer! I also love living so close to campus. Everything was very clean on move in day and everyone has been super nice and helpful when I have any questions! I would highly recommend living in Holland’s edge!
Mason Huff: Great atmosphere and very nice apartments. Management is very easy to get along with. They’re also in a great location for students.
Kathryn Lepper: Great first apartment, so glad that all the amenities are included. As a music student I needed something close to campus yet with my own space without the confinements of the dorms. Maintenance is quick and super friendly, something my old apartment lacked. Will be recommending to others.
Fred Fife: I have lived at the Hollands Edge Micro Units for 2 years now, and it has been great. Even though it is small, I'm surprised to say I really don't need anything larger....and it's great not having to pay electric bills, mow yards, pay internet, water, etc...it's all conveniently a part of your lease. It is very clean, high quality, and the location is perfect...close to university, down town, but on a low traffic street. I would highly recommend!
Lauren Dearing: i think this was a perfect place for a first apartment! i loved it a lot and have recommended it to a lot of people. :)
Cameron Bevens: It took me forever to fine a place like this. Affordable, modern, new, clean, and very private. I love living here and would recommend to anyone looking for a place to come take a tour!
Caleb Gussner: Excellent place to live if you are wanting to be close to campus and have down town amenities close by! Management is great and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quiet, clean, and well managed studio by a great management company.
Lynchboy35: Great Apartment, easy payment options, very nice to interact with!
Philip Sheppard: Great place to live. I love the friendly neighbors and short drive to anywhere.
Karly Ott: Hollands Edge is the perfect place to live if you go to MSU and want a nice, private place to live. The studios are super modern and provide a functional and stylish way of living . All the included furniture is great and the closet and bathroom are a great size. The management is great and it is overall nice and convenient!
Ross McMurdo: Great clean apartments great for students!
Maylee Yaeger: Highly recommend. Close to campus and downtown. Quiet and clean. Maintenance always prompt
Shannon F: Great location right next to Missouri State campus. Everything is brand new, fully furnished and has good management.
Thomas Reardon: Has been a great place to live and a very easy commute to campus. Micro unit is jam packed with everything that you need. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
