kevin mayberry: All I can say is wow. A few years ago I ordered a BakFlip for my Toyota Tacoma and upon receiving the cover discovered it was well made and very durable. The fit and finish was more than I was expecting. A few years later I had an issue with the cover with a couple of the panels and contacted support. They were quick to respond and after gathering some information came back and offered to send me a brand new cover replacement. The fact that they replaced the cover under warranty was not a big surprise though. The big surprise was they replaced it even though it was just past the warranty expiration. This company has great products and they stand behind their products 100% and their customer support shows it. I will defiantly order more from them when the time comes. Totally recommend BAK Industries to anyone looking for a bed cover.

We use it all the time in all kinds of conditions and when we eventually had a little issue with it two years later, they were very responsive and solved our problem right away. Hw Sparks: I have a revolver 2 the underside runners came unglued due to the heat. Then the aluminum pieces started to come apart then next the heat caused the vinyl to come apart from the cover now I have a complete worthless cover. I tried to contact the company and no help at all or even an answer. My advice is spend your money elsewhere.
David Henderson: I wish I could say I loved my BAKflip G2 cover. I've had 3 of them now and I really like the sleek look & protection they should provide. Unfortunately it's impossible to put anything inside that you need to stay dry because it's impossible for that to happen.Couple that with it becoming waterlogged within 18 months and almost impossible to lift, the BAKflip G2 just isn't worth the $900 you need to shell out for it.I can't even tell you the time I've spent on the rails to make sure I'm not missing anything but the installation is right.

Steve McLean: I've had a nightmare experience purchasing my BakFlip CS through a 3rd party. I was sent the wrong rails, and could not get a direct response as to a remedy for this problem. After reading some of the reviews on Bak, I thought for sure I was never going to get the proper rails. Boy was I wrong. Bak was very prompt and extremely helpful at fulfilling my order to the correct parts without any further questions or hassles. I'm not sure where the mix up happened, but as far as Bak Industries customer service goes, I am extremely satisfied.
Rob Smoot: I ordered my MX4 3 weeks ago now. It arrive with a damaged corner block and support arm bracket. I called "customer support" the next day and crickets. Someone from a completely different company name just email to ask about my needs, after the phone agent asked for details and photos, and if I needed any additional support.Apparently customer service post-purchase is a dying concept.I guess a $1,000 of my hard earned money doesn't mean much after the fact.

Shawn B.: I've owned two covers by this company. First was the Bakflip. I owned it almost two years, but it was trashed in a hail storm and replaced via insurance. The only complaint about the Bakflip was that it was beginning to fade very badly. Even though I'd kept protectant on it regularly, the main panels were fading and all the rubber was turning white. I didn't have a problem with the cover taking the hail damage it did, since that product never claimed to be hail proof.The replacement cover I bought was the RollX. It was a new product when I bought it and via the assembly number it looked like I got number 207 off the line. Oddly enough, the RollX was replaced pretty quickly with a new product, the RevolverX2. This should have been my first sign. The cover was junk. The cloth straps on top to hold the cover fell apart in just 5 months. Bak gladly sold me an plastic strap upgrade kit, at full price! Eventually the cover just started coming apart. The rubbers were all cracking, retention springs for the locking rails broke, the felt track underneath came unglued, and the end was becoming increasingly difficult to latch. The kicker was when the vinyl cover began cracking and splitting. I contacted Bak and they said they'd be happy to help me if I had the original receipt. I didn't, but told them that I'd ordered online so they should have a copy. Turns out the Bakflip website I purchased through is using Bak's name only. Of course they only kept receipts for 6 months! After tracking all this down I went back to Bak, their stance was just sorry, we can't do anything at all for you.Sorry, but I can not support a company that doesn't stand behind their products or acknowledges customer loyalty. I removed the RollX, threw it in a dumpster and sent them a picture of what I thought of their products. No response, but I can't say I'm surprised. After all, they've already got my money.

Kyle Formella: I purchased the VP cover 2 and a half years ago. It looked fantastic. After a year I noticed a little wear and tear, but after two years the vinyl top and foam was disintegrating and coming apart. I was quite disappointed as the product only had a one year warranty, but contacting customer support was painless (I did have to call to follow up after my email) and they ended up sending me a new G2 cover. The Vo had been discontinued, a third party vendor said they had many issues with the vinyl coming up. I think it was a glue problem. The g2 is nearly identical and my truck looks good and is dry inside.
Jaspion Gyodai: Very bad experience. I purchased a Revolver cover for my 2019 RAM 1500 and the thing is out of specs. Terrible. After spending 2 hours on the phone with the warranty person, we realized that I had the correct part number, but the thing just didn't fit. Over sized rails and the cover itself, was not big enough to fit in the rails. They told me to use washers to bring the rails more to the center and I had to use washers enough to bring each rail about 1/2". After this the seal was messed up and it did not protect against rain. Really?????!!! $1000 cover and i had to use a bunch of washers???!!!??? Ridiculous.... I finally asked for them to send me the MX4 and that I wanted to return the Revolver. I received the MX4 yesterday and everything fits perfectly. Now, I am still fighting with them to get the cash back for the difference between prices. The MX4 is about $80 cheaper than the Revolver.
Chip English: I Purchased a roll top cover for my F150 in January, 2017. The gasket that connects the back of the roll top and tailgate came separated. I called in for warranty repair on this item and was told that they don’t support the product because it’s not in production anymore.But the warranty is for two years and I am 18 months into a 24 month warranty. They told me that was my problem and I could buy it elsewhere. Furthermore the person that answered the phone was arrogant and said, why should we buy the part for you?Now, this roll top is a fine product, American made etc. Just like going to a great restaurant having a bad server. I can’t hold the company responsible for the actions of one individual on the phone with poor training. But I will certainly never buy from this company again because of my bad experience and feelings of deception and abandonment.

May Thompson: I am livid. I spent 1,400 on a refrigerator that arrived(Tuesday) damaged, so I refused delivery. Wednesday I canceled the replacement and requested a refund. I was told 3 days. Well we are well into the next week and still no refund. I would like to thank Kirk and Betty who are trying to help me actually get my refund but Home Depot needs to do something to change the way they do damaged appliance returns. The customer should be able to go into the store and get their refund the same day if not the next they should Not still be out $1,400 a week later.

I realize good help is hard to find, and I try to support local businesses, but amazon had it to me next day on my porch. Have experienced this more than once.

Dillon Brewer: ***Update*** it’s been over a week since I cancelled the order and I still have not received a refund….. I had a terrible experience with Home Depot's delivery. Despite placing an order online and providing my contact information, they never called to schedule a delivery window. I figured the first time was just a glitch in their system, however when I rescheduled for the next available date and set the four hour window for 7:30-11:30am they scheduled me the day of for a 12:00-4:00pm delivery. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my problem. I had to take time off work to wait for the delivery that never arrived. I will not be using Home Depot's delivery service again and would caution others to consider alternative options.
