Brandon Keene: As someone who has shopped at this store for my wife a few times, I have to say that the staff is truly awesome. They're always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell, which makes for a really great shopping experience. 👍However, one thing that really bugs me is the constant barrage of marketing emails and phone calls. Even after I unsubscribed from their emails, I'm still getting calls from them trying to sell me stuff. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of spam, especially since no one wants to buy a purse 2 or 3 times a year as a gift. 😑Overall, while the staff is great, the marketing tactics leave something to be desired. I wish they would respect their customers' privacy a bit more and tone down the sales pitches. That being said, I still appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the products they sell.

John Snow: The staff here always takes care of my wife they have repaired or replaced items no questions asked. And the staff remembers us when we come in. I used to say id never pay for designer purses for my wife but ive probably saved money due to the quality of products instead of buying cheap products over the years. The wife even talked me into a wallet last time we were there and im happy with it.

Alexis McCann: I’ve never had a negative experience like I have at this store. I went in with 2 of my friends and while looking through things a blonde worker literally shoulder checked us with a ton of clothes in her hands. From what I can assume, the manager immediately was like ?? To her but then started laughing with the worker. I grabbed a couple things from the shelf and went to check out and as soon as I did everyone fled from the counters. I dropped what I was holding and walked out. On my way out I overheard a group of workers mimicking another employee and customer. Everyone working had an incredibly bad attitude and I almost can’t believe I experienced service like this.
