Madilyn McClure: This was my first time visiting this establishment, and I was extremely disappointed. I understand if they were short on menu items, but I came in at 9:30 looking for breakfast and they were basically out of everything I wanted. When I decided to just get a smoothie instead, they ended up forgetting that I ordered it and I had to wait until they asked me if I was waiting on something to remind them I ordered a smoothie. Really unfortunate first time visit, and the staff were really nonchalant about missing almost half the breakfast menu so I will not be returning.

Fine Art Free Agent: It's really a wonderful experience. I would however suggest to Mr. Lyle Foster, that he sit his male staff down and redirect them on customer service etiquette. Great staff, great service, but the last few times, the 2 guys are really acting like they have a major chip on their shoulders. It's not pleasant for us already carrying a a lot for others these Holidays, and are in need of a reset, a break and good vibes, hence why we go to Big Mommas. I am not the only one who says this, literally 3 other merchants on Commercial street told me when I asked them what they thought of Big Momma's. Hope this gets through! We all go through things, but being in customer service and acting like a seasoned professional is part of the performance, if you expect to be taken care of then you take care of others. Have Happy Holidays. You never know what your customers are going through and how far the value of basic kindness in good customer service can go.

Katy Dang: The Drury Lane is the one sandwich I always come back to here. The chicken salad here is phenomenal. I would say Big Momma’s has the best chicken salad in town. You get a nice crunch from the bits of celery. It’s seasoned perfectly without having a strong mayonnaise flavor. The bread is paired well with the chicken salad. It’s very pillowy and soft to chew. This is definitely my go-to sandwich here.

dreamsava: I really love this place and have much respect for the owners, but man, some of the young staff are so shockingly rude that it can just ruin your whole evening. Very depressing and no joke, it’s hurtful to be treated so badly. What is wrong with their manners?? Why? Owners, please hire nicer kids to work there. It’s not just me who has encountered this here. It’s like 50/50. Half the time, the employees are sweet, yet it’s just that other half, so shockingly rude. I avoid going there now because I don’t like to be abused.

Best part is the quirky venue, with window-facing bar seating inside and picnic tables outside. Great place for people-watching, plus I got to pet a friendly dog, which made my day! Definitely want to go back again next time I'm in Springfield.

Addison Wood: One of my favorite coffee shops! Their affogato is absolutely divine, I love that they cycle their ice cream flavors out so you almost always have something new to try! Their snacks are also very good! Their chocolate chip cookies (which I believe are vegan, by the way!) are a must have, especially warmed. I absolutely love the color palette of the decor, and the vibes are always awesome inside. The shirts they sell seem to be thrifted and then have their label printed on the back, which is awesome for two reasons: reducing tactile waste, and you can find some super cute shirts to rep an awesome coffee shop! Staff has always been super friendly to me, especially when my face became recognizable from my regular visits. If you're looking for a unique but lovely coffee experience, Greenhouse is a must visit!

Joseph Caceres: We should have 10 minutes before they close and I guess they break down their drip coffee station early for whatever reason... Asked if they were willing to give us an Americano for the cost of drip since they broke their stuff down before they close, but the redhead young lady was unwilling to accommodate. If you close at 5:00 close at 5:00. If you close at 4:50 put 4:50 on your closing sign. If you're going to change the menu before you close, remove the items from the menu so that we can order what's available. Ridiculous.

Justin Murphy: This cafe has such a great atmosphere and was a great place to study. I’ve also been here many times with my friends, and it’s got a lot of different seating and cool spots to just talk and catch up. The coffee tastes good and I haven’t had any complaints about their food or drinks. If you're looking for a spot to grab coffee and study in the area, this is definitely the place!

Kent Shultz: The only reason Kingdom is not five stars for me is they recently stopped doing pourovers. It's disappointing for a third-wave coffee shop and roaster not to offer this, but they do make a mean cortado. A sign of the times, perhaps; the slow bar is not congenial to their bottom line.Lovely light-filled space, friendly staff, good food (potato and egg burrito, yum), and open later than many coffee shops (6pm, used to be 7pm). I'll occasionally be going to Coffee Ethic for pourovers now, but I will remain a Kingdom regular.

T. Bunting: My daughter and I were visiting Springfield for a couple of days and needed some coffee. We wanted some place local and not a national chain. The coffee here was superb, the baristas did a good job both days we went. My daughter ordered a matcha the first day and she enjoyed it. The next day she ordered a different type of tea but I can't remember what it is was lol but she liked it. I got a mocha cold brew both days. The only thing I would suggest is to offer sugar free syrups for diabetics, I had to compromise for the regular syrup they offer.

Their coffee egg nog was so good, I bought a growler and came back at least 4 times while it was available.Owners are great guys, and staff is friendly.
