Pauletta Tester: I used to recommend this place until I had a bad accident. Then I needed a rental. I requested a car due to three broken vertebrae and a traumatic brain injury hematoma so my kidney hematoma it’s on my thigh and hematoma‘s on my head and they give me a truck with no side steps to be able to get in or out of with a broken back. It would’ve been nice to have been able to be comfortable. I had to bring a step stool from home to use to get in and out of the truck. No I will never use them again nor will I never recommend them ever again, thank you enterprise. I am disappointed that you didn’t consider my medical needs or comfort. Thanks for all the inconvenience because I paid out of pocket not my insurance. So thanks for holding a car like I requested.

David Graham: Enterprise costs entirely too much for the problems I faced and continue to face. My first rental stalled twice, both times at gas pumps. I did not trust the car to be reliable so I switched out for a different vehicle. The upgrade was nice, however, I am still being charged for the vehicle I returned almost a week ago and I cannot get a receipt from my rental. I have not received any bonus points, discounts or anything from this terrible experience.

Dawson and Jeana were so amazing. They got me a car the same day I needed it and made sure it was similar to my personal car so I would be comfortable driving it. I ended up needing my rental longer than expected and I didn’t have to do anything. They communicated with my insurance for me and made sure I was taken care of! Those two are truly amazing and deserve a raise!

Michael Typaldos: Terrible service and extremely unprofessional staff. Had a reservation for a specific vehicle that they ultimately did not have when I arrived at the scheduled pick up time. Name calling from the manager was the final straw for me. Then to top it off I was told they wouldn't rent to me (which was almost as comical as the title of manager being assigned to this young gentlemen, considering they didn't have anything to rent to me to begin with). This manager did not give his name but this happened on June 12th, 2023 at 8am.Will not be using enterprise again and after talking to my colleagues, this isn't the first occurrence of aggressive staff behavior at this location. I took my business elsewhere and it went extremely smooth.AVOID Enterprise!!

We reserved it a month in advance and confirmed it the Tuesday before we were leaving on Saturday. Friday night after 5pm we got a call saying they didn’t have a car for us because they extended the rental to the people that had it already. We had 14 hours on a Friday night to try and find a rental car and couldn’t. They really screwed us! The last time we reserved a large SUV we got there and they only had a minivan for us. We won’t go back to enterprise and we travel a lot! This is just bad business!

Got to airport and daytime Manager at Springfield Airport today was nasty and rude and said he couldn’t run a business that way and he rented our car. Had no cars to rent us!! He told us to go to another company and it cost me $400 more. I’m a loyalty member for many years and this is how I was treated. Stranded without a car!! Sucks, will NEVER use Enterprise again! I had my car reserved for weeks!!

Amanda Lopes: Very happy with the rental car I was given to use. Was a very well kept Nissan Sentra. I am slightly disappointed that I prepayed for gas but was not told that they would not adjust the rate as I only used half a tank. Clearly it’s a scam to get more money out of people so I won’t be prepaying for gas in the future if I ever use enterprise again. Also I was charged twice and have called to dispute It with no resolution. I used enterprise because I get a discount through my job but seems to be more hassle honestly. Brian Miller: I have had nothing but good experiences with my rentals through enterprise. Within the past 3 months I have rented two vehicles through this company during business trips. Both vehicles were in excellent condition and were extremely clean. The customer service was excellent. When another rental company messed up my reservation at the airport I was able to get immediate service from enterprise and they did everything they could to quickly get me taken care of.I especially want to mention the employees at the Springfield Airport in Missouri. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Moving forward I will be using enterprise rent a car whenever possible during my travels.
Steve Huddleston (Boomer Sooner): Some initial confusion when picking up car. Confusion was the process of going online to set up the actual reservation then having that information available at the Enterprise location; which was at the Springfield/Branson airport. With that said our service attendants did the "and then some" to help us obtain our rental car. The car we rented was a 2022 Nissan Altima. It was a fantastic ride. Spotless on the inside, clean, and drove very nicely. The return of the car was considerably easier and our Enterprise Attendant's were true professionals.

Elizabeth Nowak: Would leave 0 stars if I could. Complete scammers that set up clients to pay out of pocket expenses on damages on their trucks that were there before renting. Two times they have done this where they claim we left a dent and had to show video proof that we didn’t. Absolutely never doing business through them again and I would encourage anyone else in need of a rental to take your business elsewhere. Justin was the one this time that made the false claim.

Upon Early Return Of My Vehicle I Had To Pay A Huge Charge, Even Though I Paid Ahead For A Monthly Rental. My Uncle Had Passed Away And I Had To Pay Out Of Pocket For Funeral Costs Which Is Why I Had To Return The Truck Early. I Brought It Back Clean, Good Working Condition, No Damages Or Dents And The Vehicle Had A Full Tank Of Diesel. Not only Did I Pay 1800 For The Month, I Had To Pay An Extra $500.00 When I Returned It. When I Asked If They Could Help Me, The Only Answer I Got Was Sorry There is Nothing We Can Do That's Policy. That Was Ridiculous, I Couldn't Pay The Full $500.00 And Was Left With A $250.00 Ballance. A Week Later Without My Permission They Charged My Credit Card For The Remainder. I Disputed It, However It Was Reversed. This Company Is Greedy And Does Not Care Or Look Out For Their Customers, Especially When You Have A Family Emergency. If You Need A Truck To Rent, This Is The Place, However Do Not Expect Them To Work With you Or Be Understanding.

Jesse Thomas: Josh and Cody are the best! So easy to work with and are very compassionate about their jobs! I accidentally left cash in my rental and Cody found it and returned it to me. I had completely forgotten about it at the time. He could have easily kept it to himself. These guys are very honest and upfront about everything! When I was driving down the road in a vehicle I was put in the sunroof shattered completely out of nowhere. Very lucky that nobody was hurt, there was glass all over my car seats and all over the car. There were no vehicles around and nothing that could’ve hit the vehicle to cause this. The company is now charging me over $1000 in repairs. For something that I had absolutely no control over, 100% Not willing to work with me either.

Evan Rohde: This place is horrible. The cars are all damaged with scratches and dents. We’ve used this location 2 times now and they have tried to charge us for nonsense. Every time we go into this location someone is complaining about the service or quality of cars. The car we recently rented had 2 dents the size of a ball point pen and they charged our bank account $700????? For what??!?!? After we already paid $250 for the dents. The people are not helpful, semi disrespectful and it really ruins the experience of trying to travel. We will not be using enterprise anymore.

Fine. Spoke for more than an hour and a half, he repeatedly said his "master mechanic" went over the pickup thoroughly. The pickup ran well during test drive. My husband kept asking questions about the repairs and maintenance and he divulged that they had replaced the guides on the timing chain. Fast forward a drive home to Oklahoma and 1 day of use and a terrible noise is coming from the timing chain area. $2000 later we've taken it to a Ford Certified mechanic who said the timing chain was terrible stretched and damaged and replacing the guides should have never been done, and it is fixed correctly. I know his bread and butter is upgrading/lifting etc new trucks, but just be honest.

He was decent about supplying pictures as I requested them. After making the 10 hour drive on his word however, that vehicle did not meet the standards that were discussed over the phone and in the photos. The photos seemed to be aimed in directions that did not reveal the issues the truck had with rust. The list price led me to believe that the truck was in excellent condition, however, upon arrival I was disappointed. On top of the issues with the truck, communication with John became difficult. Small responses took several hours.This was my first experience with trying to purchase a vehicle out of state, and I will have a hard time doing it again.

(This left my wife and I stranded at Fletcher Dodge/Jeep in Joplin, MO, on our way back to Texas) The dealership wanted $7500 to replace the transmission and the Jeep itself was not worth fixing at that price because that is essentially what I paid for it. The point being is that I believe that JOHNNY WALSWORTH knew in advance that the transmission was going out on the Commander and was willing to take my money and let me drive off completely unaware of the problem. I SAY THIS BECAUSE HIS PARTNER INSISTED ON GETTING THE COMMANDER INSPECTED BEFORE IT WAS SOLD TO ME, MOST LIKELY WITH THE HOPE THAT THE MECHANIC WOULD FIND THE PROBLEM AND FAIL THE INSPECTION. So in hindsight, I will never buy a vehicle from Enterprise Motorsports again, and I would warn anyone who does to take very careful attention to take whatever used vehicle you buy from him to your mechanic for a VERY, VERY, thorough examination of the car before you buy it. Thanks a lot Johnny for selling me a lemon! Now I'm out $8K. Why don't you make this right with me and at least give me the crappy $1K trade in, back, to make up for my disappointment and my loss of the $8k I paid for the Commander. Until then, I now would give my review 0 stars but it won't let me change it. (If Johnny makes this right, I'll change this review.)

Ryan Robb: I bought Colton's personal 2015 F250. It was the truck i was after and had been searching for. This review comes one yar after the purchase and i still love the truck and have a great friendship with Colton from the business deal. The truck had all the aftermarket things i would have bought and then some for way less than the stock trucks i was looking at. He went above and beyond as far as taking care of the smallest of things when i needed something done without ever acting bothered or pushy. This is without a doubt the way all dealerships used to be run and should be run today. It's hard to find a car dealer that actually treats the customer well and as a friend but Enterprise Motor sports does just that. I would not hesitate to purchase all my future vehicles from them and actually have them looking for my daughter a car as we speak. A+ 5 star rating from me.

But this location unlike other rental car locations the employees were really friendly (Angel and Grey, sorry if I misspelled your names) and the Car exchange was really quick and easy. If you ever need a rental car, I would recommend you to get it here. Good location with lots of rental cars.
Ginger Jiang: I give this one star for the lady staff, she is really nice and would like to help when I pick up the car. I rent a suv from 21-24, but I got cold and I was in St.Louis that day, I called the front desk to do a one-day extension. But he told me I need to pay $1,150 just for one day!!! That’s impossible. I checked several times is that $150, but it’s over one thousand usd just for rent a rav4/day. I have to drive a long way back to SPF at midnight even I was sick and really tired.

Uncle Sam: Fabulous first time experience with this Location. I had a 2021 Nissan Rogue which was fuel efficient and comfy as well. Over all check in and check out was super Fast. My car seemed well cleaned and sanitized. I will definitely rent again.

I explained the situation below and she sincerely apologized for my experience exceeded my expectations of "making things right". I'm grateful to her and hope Alamo can use this as a coaching moment to management regarding the employee mentioned below. He was never rude and very friendly, but he was not prepared to handle the night shift by himself. He told me he had only been there a month.THE SITUATION: I traveled to Springfield Airport on Thursday night for a funeral and needed to make a 4 hour drive from the airport to be with family. My flight came in around 10:40pm Thursday 7/26. When I landed, I was already emotionally and physically drained. After grabbing my luggage, I stepped in the rental car line to get my car reservation. I waited in line for almost two hours. There were 42 people in the line ahead of me. Yeah, I know. Once it was my turn, there were no cars left (at least that is what I was told). The employee at the counter (after 20 minutes or so) finally handed me several keys and told me to go outside (after midnight) and look at the cars and pick one. I asked him where they were located and he said he didn't know. I asked him to come with me because it was dark and the parking lot is big, but he said he had some "stuff " to do before closing. I went out by myself and found the first car by repeatedly pressing the lock button in the air while roaming about an unfamiliar parking lot in an unfamiliar city after being awake 21 hours. (Unsafe!) The car was dirty inside and out. It had crumbs and(food) grease in the seats and leftover trash in the passenger and back floor, but I just wanted to leave the airport at that point. I was tired and told the Alamo employee that I would take the car because I was tired and just wanted to get to a nearby hotel and sleep. I told him about the condition of the car and he said he knew it was not cleaned and that it had not been checked in...hmm. Maybe that's why it took another 20 minutes to check me out. He then charged me a $300 deposit even though I was returning the car to the same place. I could keep going with details but I won't. After being handed disinfectant wipes (that I requested), I left the Alamo counter shortly before 1:30 am. And yes, I had to fork out more money for hotel to sleep for the night. Yes, I know. I didn't have the time or energy to deal with it over the weekend, so when I returned the car, I spoke with Katie. See beginning of the review.

The day before picking it up I called to confirm the reservation and was told I can pick the car up any time before closing, since we have the reservation.When I got there we were told they gave the last car in the category we reserved away, so we were being downgrade. The inconsistencies with this company is ridiculous and then we were expect to pay the same amount to be downgraded? Absolutely appalling customer service.The representative was rude and wasn't willing to help until I went to the next counter (a competitor) to see if they could help. Ultimately we took the car from Alamo, because she magically had a more suitable vehicle for us (we didn't want a van or compact car), and she would give us "a discounted rate" for our troubles. The Ford was SO uncomfortable and we still paid a generous bill for the rental.Needless to say, I won't be using Alamo again.
Gloria Heidelberger: Walked right by the Alamo window as there was not a larger sign that is viewable. However customer service within the vicinity is excellent. Do not like having to search the parking lot for my rental in space 30 of the parking lot. Need a curb side pull up service. It was 4 degrees outside that day!

Amy Buettner: We made our reservation through Costco. However, our flight was very delayed and the rental counter closed when we arrived. (Fortunately we had relatives who could pick us up at 1 AM!). The next day we were able to pick up another car but then had to re-negotiate the price which was tricky since we booked through Costco (multiple phone calls). When we finally were able to pick up the car, the only one left was an upgrade (Audi Quatro) but Alamo honored the original price, so no complaints. Just took a lot more unplanned time than needed to get it all straightened out.

Shelby Krider: My reserved size car was not available upon our arrival at the SGF airport. I was given the choice of two large pickup trucks, nothing else was available.We are seniors and it was not easy for my wife to climb into the cab. We had no choice but to take what was left over.We were staying about a hour from the airport. We came back the following day and was able to exchange the truck for the size we had originally reserved. This chewed into our limited vacation time and was not appreciated.Making reservations should ensure better service then what we experienced on this trip. We use Alamo more than any other car rental services and our past experience with Alamo has always be great.
