I wouldn't give stars because I literally never got to have an experience with them so I can't really judge. I guess I had put in an application for the company I was interviewing with prior to talking with ONIN as I forgot cause I had so many resumes submitted at the time I couldn’t keep track of them all cause I was desperate for work. I didn’t get a call back from the company I interviewed with so I reached back out to ONIN to see what my other employment options were. I was told since I didn’t tell them I had previously put a resume in and the company had talked to me about directly hiring me I should have called them and let ONIN know that. So they wouldn’t help me find something else and pretty much told me good luck lol Im not even mad about it just crazy cause I just moved down here and been here 2 weeks and getting work is harder then I thought. Galvin H.: Thought they were really about helping people first. Found out that’s not the case. Offered a job too far to drive regularly, declined the assignment. Go in to look for another job and was told I cannot use them as a resource no more. I was listed as a no call no show for the job I declined. Regardless of how incompetent the employees are, they should have the integrity to at least not lie on someone’s reputation or work ethics. Completely unprofessional, terribly sad to pose like they are tryna help people.

Don’t believe me simply read the reviews. I loved express at first, but lately (2023) they have been a mess. 2 weeks running they have messed up my direct deposit, claimed they fixed it and not done so. I am late on bills again because they failed to do as they said they would. Additionally, I was informed that only half of my work was on the check I still haven’t received. They said they would look into and call back, they didn’t, when I followed up, I was ignored. Further at my last job placement they placed me where I had a disqualifying factor, which they were previously aware of, INTENTIONALLY, which was bad for me and the client. THE TAKE AWAY, IF YOU WANT WORKERS OUTSIDE YOUR CRITERIA OR A JOB THAT WON’T PAY YOU THEN SEARCH NO FURTHER COME TO EXPRESS!ATTENTION EXPRESS: DO BETTER. AFTER ALL IT IS YOUR REPUTATION. NEXT TO CALL THE LOCAL NEWS. WORK WITHOUT PAY HAS A NAME, AND A LAW, I THINK. ;)

First they sent me to a place where a mentally challenged girl who can't even use a square got mad at us every time we did things the way we were trained and told us that it didn't matter that basically we weren't supposed to do our jobs right and nothing we were trained mattered. Then they tried to send me to a job where the hours didn't work for me and i had to have boots but 2 weeks later i still haven't been paid so how am i supposed to get boots Labor max paid me the same day or at the end of the first week no waiting around for a check to be mailed I am done with these people if you're not going to listen to your clients then you don't know how to do your job

Lacey Stokes: The worst! They don't return calls and apparently there is only one person (Jennifer) who can place someone. Andrew Dziedzic: The staff is mostly unprofessional and multiple times, I have waited a long time to get paid. Rarely does anybody answer at the office and when they do, they are often rude and act like you’ve inconvenienced them somehow. I should not have to wait to get paid after working a job, period. Also, I’ve almost never received a promised bonus for showing up at jobs they are desperate to fill. If there were more day labor alternatives in my area, I would definitely be pursuing them, the lack of available jobs coupled with multiple and repeated delays in payment, make me wish I could give less than one star.
Cory Compton: This company is horrid. Great concept but horrible management. To the point they can't keep office workers let alone find enough employees for other companies. I received great ratings on all jobs they've given me over a year. Personally I've dealt with anger outbursts, incorrect hours with an unwillingness to look into their mistakes and I was fired for disputing incorrect hours. If they're understaffed, they'll refuse to give you state regulated breaks or even a meal break. They constantly screw employees over if they don't conform to the unreputable behavior they use. Would not recommend.

Thats a lie i call corporate and they override them if you make enough complaints about they will do something about it

Daniel Williams: I worked there for 3 years as a support staff. I have a few things to say if you have a disabled individual you are considering for long term care:First: Several members of it's board of directors have been indicted for illegally soliciting government representatives for donations and favoritism for it's "non-profit" organization. This is easily found through a cursory Google search and is public information.Second: My experience as a Support Staff: It was terrible. I could work through a lot of smaller providers and get excellent care for my loved one rather than waste the hard earned money as a payee. I've seen drunk/intoxicated employees, countless med-errors, nepotism, and general neglect/ lack of understanding the nature of an individuals disability...all with nothing done. At the time of this transcription they are under review for multiple cases (January, 2018) of abuse and neglect that have the potential to have far reaching effects on (as far as I know it) Missouri DMH inspection standards.Third: It's mismanaged. There's no clear head of anything due to the enduring catch and release metaphor for middle management. They take on clients they have no ability or grasp to handle, this results in neglect/abuse. Getting a lawn mowed took a month. Getting a garbage disposal fixed took over a year. Getting a high functioning client paid from actual paychecks took six months. I had 3 department heads in as many years. Meanwhile the tools were sitting in my vehicle/well within reach and no one did anything until they got approval from an ineffective bureaucracy.In summary, if you want to work here or have a disabled loved one and are considering choosing PFH...DON'T. They're exist possibly hundreds of companies captained by people who understand the nature of the work involved and your money is better off spent or earned.I honestly wish I could rate this place negative stars.

Gary Staggs: They told me they would have a job for me so i came up here at 3am was living in arkansas. Slept in my truck wit my fiance till morning to be told they have nothing. Then i called them a couple days later told be to be there at 8:30 am so i was bit someone walked in 5 mins before my appointment they said they gave the job to the other person. Been in my truck for 3 weeks till i went to a good job they said they would place me at but they dont even mess wit them anymore. The staff are un professional and rude. This for the springfield focus north kansas near lowes
Piccola McCulloch: They are not a good place to work my husband is the one who workedgot hired waited 4 days to actually start kept putting off the start date my husband and another guy got let go after working 2 hrs because they would not run a forklift they were not certified to run and if they would have done that it would have been automatic termination so they refused and got let go then they said they wasnt fast enough bad company would not recommend them to anyone
A G: Going in was super quick friendly and upfront, Charity was super relax, and understanding, honest, and very upbeat attitude. Made finding work a rather enjoyable experience I would recommend going through Focus for work they also are willing to work with you to give you some things needed for certain jobs.
De Anna: So far, our experience with them has been stellar. They found my hubby a great job making really good wages. I don’t know what all the negative neds below are on about. The staff has been incredibly professional with us so far. I will update if there become any changes, but I get the feeling this is a place that if the employee acts with integrity and class, the company will go out of their way to ensure the employees success.

Aaron Woolf: This is the place to go if you are looking for work! Charity and her team are highly dedicated to help you start your next job. They are very responsive and very easy to work with. When I had to end an assignment for a injury I had gotten, they wasted no time finding my next assignment when I was ready for work. They really do their best to help however they can! I highly recommend you give them a visit if you need work. I will always be grateful for the help they have given me.
Kevin Montague: Focus has landed some good jobs . I personally enjoyed the hiring process and the staff was super awesome.The jobs I got were awesome and had very friendly management.As far as focus....I recommend them over any temp agency in the area. I got treated well on the hiring process and had my first job within a couple of days. Charity has kept on top of everything. And if she didn't have an answer she would get one for any issues. Never have I seen a temp service go above and beyond what was needed.If it was possible I'd give them 10 stars.

Applied for a position that had no specific strict skills requirements then they tell me after looking over my application and asking me to call them that it had strict requirements. I would never apply for something I couldn't already do or that hadn't offered training for new said skills. I suggested to them to update their post to add the strict requirements. They took offense to this and got defensive stating who I was speaking with was the one that made them and that the post already had them which was a bold faced lie. When I told them I literally just checked the posts again before calling them they hung up on me. Very unprofessional and they lie.
DaddySmores85: Absolutely the worst phone call I've ever had setting up a phone interview. Abby with force workforce was very short, had no positive energy and it took me a few responses to get her to tell me where to even go. I can see why this company has such horrible reviews. I'll look for a job elsewhere with a much better company from employees who actually value their job. First impressions are a big part of getting people in and this company was the worse.

dio.444: Whatever you do, don''t work for this temp agency. I worked for them for 1 1/2 months, They will tell you one thing about pay and the opposite happens the following friday. In this time every friday I was told my direct deposit would be setup just to have it on their sketchy paycard on payday. Management is lazy and sketchy at best. Heard multiple horror stories of them laying everyone off because money came up missing. If your looking for work and these people call you, RUN.

Alex Portis: I applied for a position as an assistant production associate for a warehouse company, I thought. I sent full Resume, I was contacted and told to bring two forms of ID and a face mask for an interview.I showed up early, found out then that it was a staffing agency and that I did not have an interview. I was told to fill out nearly 30 minutes of paperwork that boiled down to me signing off any rights to sue or file for unemployment. I had to agree to call them once a week whether I was working or not. I finished all the paperwork, waited a little while longer, as others came and went and I heard several phone calls of people having issues with their (jobs?) Assignments? Im not sure.I took the paperwork I filled out and just left after realizing their was no interview, and this was essentially a people mill and the paperwork I signed, including W-2's, just gave up my rights to a company I had never heard of, nor was employed by.The staff also didn't seem to care that their was no interview and it just seemed shady. So I left. I was more dressed for business than anyone in the office and I was wearing jeans and a button up shirt with a sweater.
