Emergency Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?
Kryss Y: I cannot stress enough the level of incompetence we have encountered at this place over the years. One was a cat I told them had a kitten still in her hours after the others were born. I kept telling them I could feel it moving and feel the lump in my cat’s belly. They said they felt nothing but did an X-ray for me to confirm there was nothing. I could CLEARLY see a little spine!!! I let them explain how nothing was in there, then asked what the thing was that looked like a perfect little spine. The answer: “I don’t know what that is but it isn’t a kitten.” Took my $5,000 cat to our vet first thing the next morning, as the mama still was doing horribly, showed them the cell phone pic I took of the X-ray and my vet scoffed and immediately said, “That’s a spine!” They did emergency surgery but by then the kitten was dead. Utter and complete incompetence. That is all I can say. Everyone you talk to has a bad story about this place. I’m only sharing because I want to encourage people to do their homework and make sure their fur babies are getting the best possible care! A friend just lost an animal due to it being misdiagnosed, after spending hundreds of dollars. It died less than 24 hours later. Please be careful!
Allie Ellis: Of course my cat gets hurt on memorial day weekend! I called every vet and no one was taking emergency appointments so I called and talked to the staff at Emergency Veterinary Clinic and though the were SLAMMED they urged me to come in to make sure my baby is ok. Waited along time , no big deal bc my baby needed attention! They WERE FANTASTIC! They were so nice and helpful and reassuring! They helped my baby and I'm beyond thankful to all staff ! You guys were comforting and me and Kenra appreciated all of you !Thanks !Highly recommend! And worth the wait ! They took great care of my baby!
Bethany Moore: They treated my dog, Jolene, with so much kindness and love when she was sick. I was scared and so was Jolene. They gave her an exam, free of charge! Very grateful for this team.
brandon newburn: This place is trash we took are dog in that's been throwing up all day won't eat or drink anything. They didn't even look at him and told us just to monitor him and take him to vet tomorrow. They don't care about your pet since they wouldn't even look at ours. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Catherine Bell: Lied to us and sent us home to take him to the vet the next day and a $400 bill of course. Had a friend tell us they also had a terrible experience here.
Aquarian baby: My weiner dog had emergency surgery at a different vet clinic and transported to the 24 hr clinic for 48hr observation. I was so pleased with the staff. Very courteous and compassionate. I would also receive a call everyday to share with me her progress. Dr. Diehl is fabulous 👌 👏 Thank you all so much💞
Danielle Butts: I live in Arkansas, and my tiny Min Pin/Chi broke her little leg. No vets were open in Arkansas on a Sunday. This was an emergency that we needed to have addressed. I found this clinic via Google and traveled the 2 and a half hours to get my furbaby taken care of as she was in excruciating pain. Upon arrival I was greeted by a staff member and taken directly into exam room. The Vet Came in and took a look at my Blue and confirmed that she thought it looked like a broken leg, she explained everything she was going to do and would send someone with an estimate of how much it cost. So a staff member came in and gave me a estimate and I didn’t have the full amount they were asking, I told her I had the majority but not full, she said she’d talk to the Vet and see if she could work something out for me. After few minutes she came back and said my Blue would be sedated, get pain injection, X-ray, reset bone and put in splint plus meds to take home for the amount I had. I immediately broke down and started crying.. Crying happy tears of course. I’m originally from Philadelphia Pennsylvania and no one there is ever this compassionate and understanding. To the Vet Miss Toner thankyou sooo much for helping my Blue, words cannot express how grateful I am. You have a huge heart❤️ And thankyou to the staff as well. Everyone was so compassionate, understanding and professional. I highly recommend this Clinic and the Vets and staff. Thankyou all again.
ronald kemp jr: Helped to take my son's dog there Sunday evening. Fantastic people and doctor. Good diagnosis, treatment, and follow thru
Keith Dygert: This was the second time we needed life-saving emergency help for one of our pets, and we received that both times. Both times I was also not able to be there, but this last time I was able to be on the phone with the clinic, about a half dozen times, and they were friendly, informed, patient and courteous to walk me through all the details and answer all my questions. The care our animals received was prompt, thorough and fairly priced. We are beyond grateful to have this emergency care available to us. Thank you for the work you do to protect the animals we love so much.
Rachel Riso: They were very prompt and caring. Our tech was helpful and supportive in the decision to put down our chameleon.
Courtney Jenkins: Our cat decide to jump in our washing machine. With the help of the ER team Felix is back to recovering and finally showing signs of himself again and we couldn’t be happier with their service.
Sharon Day: I took my cat there and they said he had an asthma attack! Did bloodwork saying liver and sugar levels high. Had to keep him overnight to relieve his asthma attack! Released him to me the next morning said I needed to take him to my vet or another. I said no I’ll take him home! If he’s going to die he needs to be with us! I started feeding him through a syringe every few hours food and water! 3 days later he’s drinking water and a day later eating on his own! I got charged $1100 during this time to figure out his throat was too dry to eat or drink from the oxygen and treatments! Freddie is doing good now!
Rebeckie Haynes: Don't waste your money our baby girl broke her leg took her in X-Rays and meds over $400.00 and they wanted to remove her leg. We told them we wanted a second opinion they told us to take her to her regular Vet. then on the next business day so basically they doped her up and told us to take her to her regular vet. then. This place is a joke so seriously don't waste your money I wouldn't even call this place a vet clinic. We took Talley to her regular Veterinary and he saved her leg told us to keep it dry and wrapped within about 3 months she was back to herself and now you can't even tell it was ever broke and Chihuahuas have such small bones it is hard to manage but that hospital didn't even want to try and my whole bill the 3 months I took my baby into her vet. didn't even come close to want they charged that night, but it's really not about the money it's the fact they wanted to remove her leg. Thank God we wanted another opinion. I really don't want to even rate them at all. So I really wouldn't even rate them 1 star honestly. But they did help her with pain meds that night she was hurting.
Paris Pena: this place does not care about your pets at all, they only care about how much money you’ll put into there busines. Avoid going here at all costs.
Suzi S: I was a bit apprehensive about coming here after initially seeing their reviews. Like most people who would be checking reviews on Emergency Vet Clinics, I quickly realized that there were no other options so, apprehensive or not, my pup needed a doctor. We drove up at 2:30am coming from Billings. My dog had been super lethargic all day and she was getting progressively worse. We were greeted with compassion at the door and we got right in. It was lucky that there was no wait because I know that they, like any emergency room, have their crazy-busy nights. After they drew blood for a full in-depth panel, they got her on IV fluids because her blood sugar was dangerously low. My pup started to perk up and responded well to the immediate treatment. Had we not gotten her there when we did she would have died, there is no doubt in my mind. Dr. Toner felt it was a very close call. I was happy with the staff, they were kind, the vet was kind and seemed very willing to explain things and answer my many questions without rushing us. I'm sure they see a lot of.... interesting.. people and they probably get a lot of crummy reviews vs good since anger is what often motivates people to leave them. Also, unlike many reviewers (from what I gathered reading them) I went in expecting that the visit would be expensive. Quite frankly, if you were to factor in the equivalent of an ER trip for humans on a ratio with what an ER trip to this veterinary clinic costs, the ER vet clinic would be FAR cheaper compared to what humans pay for uninsured emergency medical treatment. My bill was $635, but you also have to factor in that included a $160 blood panel, IV fluids, antibiotics, steroids, 6 or so hours of observation etc, it's honestly not that much, more than a regular vet visit, but nothing compared to a regular human emergency room visit. As a full time student and single mother, yes, that was a hard and unexpected expense, but, my fur baby simply has 4 legs instead of 2 (though my 14 year old son was with me as well) When push comes to shove, they're family too, so ultimately, if I can pay it and still pay my utilities and put food on the table, then it's a no brainer. I just wanted to give credit where it's due, and to let anyone else facing the same decision I was at 2:00am, the peace of mind knowing that you'll be in good hands. Dr. Bonnie Toner and her staff were kind, compassionate, and efficient.
Alexis Clawson: My 16 year old toy poodle had been suffering with congestive heart failure for awhile. On a Sunday she was having problems breathing. The staff got her in very quickly to be looked at and the Vet who came to tell me that they could not do more for her and that euthanasia was the best option was very kind and empathetic. Everyone in staff there was very kind. They made what was already a terrible time much easier.
Sara Shelton: We live in an area where there is no after hours care for pets and was referred to this clinic. Our girl was very sick and they definitely took her back immediately (it's was 7 pm on a Monday night). They were busy but helped us as soon as they could. Our girl was deemed to sick to go on and long term care may not work. We decided to have her put down. The staff was so kind and gave us time to love on her and gave her dignity every step of the way. They were able to make our bill a bit cheaper as well than first quoted which helped as well. I would recommend this clinic if you are needing care after hours or in an emergency.
Emily Bessey: My cat was throwing up blood and had such bad diarrhea that I decided to call the closest emergency clinic (40 minutes). I was told to come in after explaining what was happening and how long the drive was. The car ride alone was a trek and was NOT fun with a VERY sick cat.. just to be turned away the moment we got there. I explained them the situation and mentioned that I was TOLD by an employee that we should come in. Again, turned away. I would not recommend this Vet. On top of that, the staff was rude.
Kinsey Jones: Called this hospital & gave them all the details of my situation. I asked if it was urgent & if we should come in now. She told us to “go ahead & come in”. We drove an hour & a half just for them to tell us right away that they aren’t taking my cat because it wasn’t urgent enough. The vet tech said she talked to the vet herself & said my cat’s issue wasn’t urgent or deadly enough to be seen tonight. Told us to go to our normal vet in the morning when they open. Why tell us to come in if you’re going to turn us away immediately after arrival?????
Ms Lindy: This vet does not care for animals that are in pain..I was told by a vet to go to this emergency vet..my cats mouth had pus and blood coming out of his mouth...he cries when he eats and his mouth shakes from the pain...after 3 hrs of waiting I asked the receptionist how much longer and was told to take my cat to the vet tomorrow..I am livid.
Hayden Gish: Didn’t even finish telling the vet tech his symptoms before she pulled our cat back to check for a blockage! (Thankfully he did not have one.) They helped assess the situation and didn’t even charge us since he wasn’t seen by a Dr. I appreciated that they took the situation seriously and were ready to take action if it had been needed. Such nice staff, too!!

Animal Health Center Hospital & Clinic: what do users think?
Anna Phillips: My dog needed knee surgery and she is feeling so much better now. Prices were very reasonable and I was happy with the care she received.
Mychelle Omar: I took my boy Dexter at the clinic , he is a 10 year old German Shephard, he was poisoned and as soon as we got to the clinic , Dr. Michael Reid did several testing and started the treatment right away. I am so happy and grateful , because Dr. Michael, Joseph the veterinarian technician and his crew saved my baby and he is home now. I am only taking my babies at the the Animal Health Center and Hospital from now on!
Jessica Bloor: I have been taking my cats and dogs to this clinic for about 2 years (give or take a little). Last night my dog had an emergency situation and Dr. Reid refused to help us even though he was at the office. I have given him the business of helping me with 5 cats and 2 dogs and thought we would have established some sort of good working relationship. Apparently I shouldn’t have been so forgiving of his terrible bedside manner for the last 2 years. I will not be back to his office again.
Lori Bowers: Always available and helpful.
Jennifer Zinn-Jones: I took my sweet 8 year old to a small clinic and got told she was in the end stage of kidney damage.I brought her to Dr. Reid’s clinic, thinking that I was going to have to euthanize her. Instead, we were given a treatment plan and found out she had a urinary tract infection. I am so reassured and hopeful that I’ll get my dog back to feeling normal again and deeply appreciate everything Dr. redid today.
Destiny_ Lentz: We had first gone to this vet when we adopted my dog Lola from someone, they had already paid to have her spayed so we thought why not just try it out, it was a pleasant experience so we went back today with our new Puppy Pepper, we thought she might've had a bad sickness, they took her right in basically, they gave her everything she needed and sent us on our way. They're very nice, at least from our experience and treated our dogs nicely! I 100% recommend
Cherrelle Hitchcock: Dr. Reid and his staff have been helping us with our fur babies for 8 years now and we are so grateful for the consistent, top-quality care they’ve provided for our dogs and cats! This past Thursday, during a winter storm bad enough for schools to close, we noticed our cat, Bezalel, was in immense pain. We called AHC and Dr. Reid got him in quickly despite the terrible weather. We are so thankful he did because Bezalel had crystals in his bladder, painfully blocking urine flow. He would not have made it without quick intervention. Bezalel needed to stay 3 nights which meant he would need attention through the holiday weekend. We are so thankful that they took the time and care from their special weekend plans to help our cat!AHC has been a blessing all around! Highly recommend them!
Keitha Hokanson: Animal Health Center was very opening when I was referred for a CT scan of my dogs head. Doc showed me all images of the Scan and helped me make informed decisions of my dogs future. Doc was also able to send off slides to MU for diagnosis. Friendly, Informative, and personable! Also the only vet in the area that had a CT machine!!
Kevin Nally: We needed an emergency C-section done on our French Bulldog. The staff and veterinarian were very kind to not only me but might dog as well. We were well taken care of and because of their hard work we were able to save 3 puppies with momma doing great! I highly recommend this place, they are very down to earth and have reasonable prices!
Kahlan Sullivan: If I could give it a 0 star, I would. Dr. Reid was completely hateful to us when we went to put our dog to sleep. No compassion was shown because we didn’t take an alternate route to his liking. Had quite a few snarky comments as we were grieving the loss of our pet. The vet techs were kind, just not Reid.
Jacqueline Ellis: I want to start by saying this is the most disrespectful vet clinic I’ve ever been to. I brought my chihuahua in because he had been hurt rather badly around 2pm on 7/25, I thought maybe it had been caused by him trying to go under my fence in the back yard. It turned out he had been attacked by a hawk, I brought him into Animal health center at 9:15am (soonest they could get me in) on 7/26 the vet who saw my dog insinuated I was lying about the age of the wound and said “this looks like it’s 2-3 days old” which I then stated it’s not and that it had just happened yesterday. Also stating I had pictures I had taken of him at 8am that were time stamped and pictures of the incident which was the same day. After seeing the vet they kept him for surgery, when I came back to get my dog after he was done in surgery one of the desk ladies said “oh we had to put a tube in him since the wound was so old” instead of them actually listening to my concerns about my dog they wanted to insinuate I was neglecting my dog. I will absolutely never return here and I’ve already scheduled a follow up and tube removal at HIS vet. This place deserves a zero star for the utter disrespect towards people
ralay. Hicks: Every time my dogs needs a vet, I can't get in. So I drive a hour away because Dr. Reed always gets my dog in and has so far save my dog's life 3 times . DR. Reed is the best veterinarian around. And he doesn't charge you and arm and a leg to treat my dog. Dr. Reed has been in Springfield doing veterinary services for over 40 years and is very experienced at his job. And his staff is so nice and helpful. The office is clean and roomy. If you need a veterinarian you really need to pay them a visit.
Mary Ann Cardona: Our little shih tzu developed pretty bad glaucoma in her left eye. So we brought her to the Animal Health Center Hospital & Clinic. The Doc tested the pressure in her eyes and let us know right then and there that the eye would need to be removed. I was weary about the whole thing, but new that our little jamie was not moving around like she used to. She was just laying around in a lethargic state, lost interest in everything. She just wasn't doing anything anymore. We also did not want her to be in pain. So ultimately, we decided to have the Doc do the surgery. Today our dog is back to her normal self. I was shocked, she's back to running in the backyard and paying attention to everything going on. She is doing 100% better than she was with the glaucoma in her eye. It is amazing. She is back to her old self with just one eye. The eye also looks incredible they did an amazing job with the surgery and keeping in touch with everything going on. It's healing really well and it's one of the best decisions we have made with our puppy. I can't emphasize how much this surgery helped and what an amazing job the Doc did with it all. I believe we paid 450.00, but not 100% sure. I will post pictures on Saturday as she is finally able to be groomed.I can't recommend this clinic and doc and staff enough. They are great at their job. I did not have to pay a thousand or even a couple of thousand to have my dog's surgery.
Regina Reynolds: VERY highly recommend!! Would give 10 stars if I could. The vet I have always used for my 15 year old female cat told me I needed to put her down because of her age, wouldn't even let me tell them what the problem was. THIS vet and office staff was so friendly, professional, and wanting to find out what was going on they did a complete bloodwork on her and found out overall she's in good health just liver numbers a bit off. The vet even took time to go over all the test results and answer all my questions without making me feel rushed or stupid. Gave me some supplements for her and she is doing great!!! It's wonderful to know a vet that cares enough to find out what the problem is and treat it instead of thinking they've lived long enough and need to die regardless of overall health. I will definitely bring my fur babies to this vet for the rest of their lives.
Kyla Wells: Our young male cat became very sick suddenly. He was diagnosed with Feline leukemia and he was barely holding on to life. It was so so sad to see our baby like that. Everything you read and every other vet you talk to will tell you that it’s an incurable disease and they just wait for your fur baby to pass or euthanize them. Dr. Reid told us he had a treatment though, so we gave it a shot. Our baby boy is so much better now! He took a cat that probably had 2 days left to live max. And he saved him from a Disease that EVERY other vet said there was no treatment for. My family will never use another vet. Dr Reid is literally a miracle worker! And his assistants are the nicest girls on the planet. I can promise, you won’t find a vet of his compassion and knowledge!
Ellen Libke: I had been seeing this vet for about 3/4 years with my cat Hitch. I had to make the decision to put my cat down because I was having surgery on my hip and couldn't take care of him and he had also developed behavior issues. The day of euthanasia was such a mess its still hard to talk about. They shave his neck to administer the first shot, that's when it all went south. They didn't wait for the shot to take effect instead giving him a second shot...after it was all said & done they gave my baby 5 shots. I have never witnessed such inhumane treatment from a vet in all my life and I've had lots of cats. Truly this man should not be licensed to be a veterinarian.
Scott & Linda Reynolds: Dr. Reid is an awesome vet! They got us in today for an urgent visit and the service and care by Dr. Reid and his staff was fantastic….thank you!
Ginny Potter: Dr Reid is the best vet we could ever ask forHe has treated all of our dogs with compassionAnd is very professional, he won't beat around theBush he will tell you like it is but he will also take time to answer your questions my opinion is thisIf you are going to be a Karen and put someoneDown who knows more about veterinarianmedicine than you do than go somewhereElse thankyou Dr Reid for taking care of ourPets. The pottersBanski ,max , Marley and the ones who are noLonger with us Bandit and katie
Susan Cargill: I was scared that my dog had dislocated his hip which can be an emergency and needs to be treated right away. It was today, the day after Thanksgiving and my regular vet was closed along with many others. The ones I called that were open were totally booked and couldn't see him. I was getting very stressed and worried when I finally called Animal Health Center and Dr. Reid himself answered the phone. They were closed too, but he said to bring him right in! As it turns out it is only a muscle strain and his hip is not dislocated. I am so grateful to and appreciative of Dr. Reid for seeing him today. After a through exam, x-rays and a laser treatment, my dog and I are both feeling so much better now! I highly recommend. 😊
sara davis: Our dog ran into a sharp corner of our boat trailer and absolutely ripped open her shoulder. It was the evening and they still took her in. They sewed her up, kept her over night, and she healed famously with the drainage tube and other orders we were given. Dr. Reid and his team were so kind and helped us avoid an insane bill from an emergency vet clinic. They talked us through every part of the services we would receive and verified prices before anything was done. So professional and very personal service. Highly recommend!!!
margery switzer: I am so pleased with Doctor Reid and his staff. I had an emergency with my little girl. They got her in that morning and took care of her. It was a very stressful situation and all is well. I just cannt recommend these folks enough! ♥️

Deerfield Veterinary Hospital: what do users think?
Steven Pounds: We absolutely love Deerfield! The doctors and staff are all professional, friendly, and they take great care of our dog. We live in Republic, MO, approximately 20 miles from Deerfield, yet we still choose to to make the drive because of the service they provide.
Khendra: They take good care of my cats Mallory, Royal, and Cricket!
Abby W.: I have been using Deerfield for years. We are always able to get in quickly when the need is urgent. Each doctor we’ve been seen by really loves my dogs and wants the best for them. Every time there’s been a medical issue, the doctors give me great information so I can make an informed decision. Any time I have questions I can get quick answers from a vet tech or doctor. We love our vet!
Jo Ann Runner: I appreciate the way you dealt with my sweet girl, Frannie. Thank you!
Rae Johnson: Best vets ever! And the staff are so nice too.
Amy Viets-Cooper: I’ve used Deerfield since it opened 31 year ago. Dr Denise is very attentive to Maggie, her needs and my concerns. Assistants are also professional, friendly, and sensitive to calming Maggie.I really appreciate that I can pay in exam room rather than loading up and risking waiting in line.
Ginger Cromwell: Everyone was wonderful! They took us in with no appointment when my Bella was injured. Took great care with us both 😊 She’s feeling much better!
Karlie Beckett: I love love love Deerfield! They have been taking care of my babies for several years now and always go above & beyond. My dog had a couple really bad seizures at one point and they were so thorough in caring for him and making sure that I understood what was going on, the possible cause and the treatment. I have another dog who is very shy and they let us come in for a visit where we just focused on letting her warm up, get comfortable and build her confidence at the vet. Dr. Ned & Dr. Denise are both so kind and knowledgeable. Amanda is one of our favorites and loves on our babies so well, as do all the staff! I absolutely recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Hailey Bourgeois: All staff members were so kind and you could tell they genuinely care about your pet! Dr. Denise is so patient with all questions. The tech, I believe her name was Victoria, was again just so kind and helpful! I could not recommend them more!
Susan Kirkland: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,ResponsivenessI so appreciate Dr. Caldwell taking the time to thoroughly discuss my two cats’ issues. He didn’t seem rushed or like I needed to hurry with my questions. He genuinely cares about my pets. I love this clinic.
missi joplin: The BEST vet clinic in Springfield! We have been taken our dogs and cats there for 25 years and have always had positive experiences, even on the hardest days. The staff and vets are attentive and caring, and always give 110%! I wouldn't change a thing, and would HIGHLY recommend Deerfield to anyone looking for a vet clinic.
Lauren Pitts: Every time I go into the clinic I am more amazed by the kindness that is shown by this staff. Whether it be a routine visit for my Great Dane that is too scared to get on the scale, that the nurse who is almost the same size as him has to help me lift him onto it. Or something like tonight where Dr. Roche spent an hour with my dachshund and I due to a back injury answering all of my questions feeding her plenty of treats along the way. I am pretty sure Dr. Roche was late to her own dinner table taking care of our needs. Thank you for everything you do and the kindness you show. It definitely does not go unnoticed.
Katherine M.: This review is long overdue! They are just the absolute best, I really cannot recommend Deerfield enough. Everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. I take both my dog and cats here and have had nothing but wonderful experiences. I recently had a dental for my senior cat, which I was really nervous about, but I’m so glad I did. She is like a whole new cat, so much happier and comfortable! It seriously feels like a miracle given how much of an improvement it has been for her. I really can’t be more appreciative for the wonderful work they do here!
Gayle Cornella: Deerfield is always very friendly and accommodating to pet parents and very sweet with their patients!
Morgan: Everyone was so kind and welcoming! We are new cat parents and Dr. Sims answered all of our questions and was super helpful. We’ve heard nothing but wonderful things about Deerfield, so I feel like we are in good hands.
M D: We appreciated the super friendly staff, relaxed but very clean atmosphere, and good clear info. Thank you!
Emily Young: Everyone was so sweet to us and made us feel so welcome! They gave our pup, Guacamole, a lot of love and took great care of him.
Christian Provence-Harmon: I couldn’t be happier with the care my dog received. I speak for the both of us when I say we’ve never felt more cared for or more relaxed at a vet appointment before. I’m so happy we’re with Deerfield!
Michele Huntley: Deerfield Animal Hospital is the only place we trust to lovingly care for our furry family members!
Kayla Rykbos: DO NOT GO THERE!!!!I dont even want to give one star! My mother took our dog here to get an ultrasound for possible cancer. After having the ultrasound she was told that she had most likely an aggressive form of cancer on her spleen. She took her and scheduled her for surgery right away to come to find out it wasn't even cancer and her spleen was fine. Our dog ended up passing way from the surgery!!! They robbed us of our dog.
Candy Colwell: Deerfield has been our "home" for our fur babies for over 20 years. The staff is always so friendly and professional. Dr. Denise is fantastic...as are all of the doctors there. We just got established with her from the beginning and love her dearly. We have always received wonderful care there for our pets; both dogs and cats. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for wonderful, reliable veterinarian care with a staff who really does care about your pet.

Angel Animal Hospital: what do users think?
Jason Mayberry: I would highly recommend Angel Animal Hospital to anyone in the Springfield area looking for a vet. Dr. Flathers and the staff I interacted with there have a wonderful and gentle bedside manner, showing great compassion and kindness to both the pet and the human.
Rebecca Keepper: We highly recommend Angel Animal Hospital. We love Dr. Flathers. Thank you for taking great care over the years, of Mr. Parker; the love of our lives, we miss him! Though we are blessed to have two new doggies we adopted in the last four months, and we are taking them to Angel Animal Hospital. Thank you
Anna Cast: The only vet that would see my boy this week! And it’s a holiday weekend. Great service
Shannon Priest: Dr. Flathers and staff are amazing. They always seem to have to bring my babies in unannounced and they always see them and take good care of them. I'm thankful for them.
Killian T: Dr. Flathers has always been wonderful to me and my fur babies. I enjoy bringing my pets to her and trust her with all of my animals. She is good about explaining everything that may be of concern as well as her recommendations for treatment.
Chris: Thank you! Seriously. From the bottom of my heart, thank you! You guys have made my wife feel so welcomed and at ease when she brings in one of our many furry family members. Extremely impressed with everything she has told me about guys. If you are looking for a non judgemental, compassionate and refreshing experience check this place out.
James CASTLEBERRY: They always take amazing care of our dogs and we love the staff and they love our dogs. Can't recommend these guys enough.
Amy Hankins: My little terrier dude, Porkchop, was acting funny and limping, shaking and was just not himself. A day later he could barely move. His back end seemed to be “going out.” I called AAH and they said bring him right in. He got X-rays and it ended up being some ruptured discs. It’s now about 2 months later. He’s been going to therapy, Dr. Nie and associates have been great. Choppie is doing so great, the therapy seems to really be working and all the staff here are the bomb-dot-com! They answer questions, explain things ver thoroughly, and really do care about your pet. Keep up the great work and thanks for helping my little buddy!
Abbie Alger: We found Angel Animal Hospital a few years ago and so glad we did! Both doctors are incredibly compassionate and caring, as well as all of the staff. I greatly appreciate the range of services offered, from conventional to holistic. Dr. Nie’s examination and evaluation of my dog’s issues were incredibly detailed and precise. Coming from a nurse, I have rarely seen as thorough of a workup on a person, let alone a dog. Very competent, in my opinion. In recent times, my budget has required to only get the basic care, which Dr. Flathers provides very well and is just as detail oriented. My first impression of them was great and it still is! Wonderful place to go!
Noelle Cox: We love the entire team at this office. They are all so amazing & treat your fur-babies and your family with kindness.
A. Sch.: Angel (of death) Animal HospitalWhen you're sitting at the Emergency Vet Hospital at 3 a.m. with your best friend of 11 years dying needlessly because of misdiagnosis and inappropriate meds, you realize how important it was to choose a competent, ethical, honest vet, one you and your pet can trust.Your pet's life depends on it and he deserves better. You don't get a 2nd chance to make the right choice for him. There are many great vets in Springfield who don't put making $$ ahead of your pet's welfare, who are honest and professional who won't lie to you to cover their tracks after the fact....Please don't take your precious pet to this place.I am so sorry, Buddy.12-11-20 Response:When you say I overdosed him with medications, I did give Buddy a whole pain pill rather than ½ on the very first day. I called the office immediately to tell Dr. Flathers and I offered to bring him in for evaluation. She said I should just skip the next dose and that I didn’t need to bring him in. She obviously wasn’t too concerned about it. ½ pain pill did not contribute to his death 6 days later. I’m sorry for your callous, unprofessional attempt to blame someone else for your incompetence. Only a guilty person concocts lies to cover his actions.I stand by the opinions of the two very competent vets who examined Buddy before he died. CHF! They both said Congestive Heart Failure. Your twisting the facts and misrepresenting events in an attempt to distort the truth doesn’t change reality and it shows your insensitive, unprofessional behavior. You misdiagnosed his condition, you gave him inappropriate meds for something he didn’t have and you failed to treat him for what he did have. You wanted to set him up for your scam pseudo-science services of massage, acupuncture, moonbeam therapy, etc. Its all about money with you, not about caring for the pet and giving him the best care. I've talked to groomers, other customers, and vets and they all say, 'Oh, don't go there!' I only hope other pet owners avoid this fate.I tell Buddy every day, ‘I am so sorry for taking you to that horrible place.’ If I could only undo it he would be alive today.
A Klatte: Let me first start by saying, I have been taking my fur babies to Dr. Falthers at AAH for nearly a decade and I have had nothing but stellar experiences here. I was in college at the time I discovered AAH and had no money. No one would see my Hazel unless I had the money upfront. I was distraught by the time I called. I spoke with Debbie that day and she suggested CareCredit. She even told me how to apply and had me do it while I was on the phone with her so I could let her know if I was approved or not. I was approved so she told me to bring Hazel in immediately. Other vets in our area accept CareCredit, but not one suggested it to me. Hazel was either bit or stung by something and her entire face was swollen. They gave her a treatment and she was better within the day. Everyone at the hospital was SO overly kind, sweet and caring. Every one on their staff has a kind warm personality and speak almost like you would expect an angel to, softly and with compassion. They truly care about their patients. Our Honey passed away in January after a potential diagnosis of cancer. We were not able to afford any further testing to confirm the diagnosis, although it really wasn’t that much. Dr. Flathers was so supportive of our decisions and checked up on us more than just the one time after the initial visit. She continued to check on us frequently throughout her illness. When she passed we called and left a message. They returned a call to us to let us know they received our message and gave their condolences. Later that week we received a very sweet card, signed by everyone in the office. AAH has never turned us away when we’ve called crazed after a scary and expensive night at the Emergency Vet Clinic or when something scary just happens like it does with fur babies. They have always been more than kind and helpful. Linda sets a tone in the office. She is the sweetest and kindest soul I have ever met. This hospital does everything with compassion. Everyone I have referred has said the same things. If we can’t afford something they do not make us feel bad for it, they always provide best case options and alternative options if we can’t afford the suggested option. I will never take my fur babies anywhere else. Cory, Astrid, Hazel and Olive love Dr. Flathers and the staff (and Honey did too). I’ve never seen animals EXCITED to go to the vet. If we say “Dr. Flathers” they get crazy excited! Thank you AAH for setting the bar so high! It’s no wonder you all are always busy!
Hilary Pennarts: This clinic is an example of what all animal clinics should be! I am a crazy dog mom and they treat me with respect; but most of all they understand my emotional dependence with my fur child . No questions I ask or the many appointments I make; give me any feeling that they treat me like I am over doing it or “unbalanced” . They love helping me and are very conversational!! I love this clinic and the amazing “ DR. FLATHERS”. She honestly gets me and try’s to help me not overreact. I am very blessed to have found a clinic I feel safe to take my fur child to! Thank you for all you do for me and my family fur kids!!
Mary Simphaly: Positive:Professionalism,Quality,Reliability,Responsiveness,ValueAngel Animal Hospital and staff are great! They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and treat your pets like their own! I wouldn't take my pet anywhere else!
Vicki Wood: Dr. Flathers is an amazing vet and so caring. Our little dog had a broken leg. It was hard finding someone to take a chance on her without major surgery which was very expensive. The good doctor took a chance on her and she has recovered with great results. So thankful for this wonderful woman and her amazing abilities. And to make things even better she called to check on our Willow several times to make sure she was doing okay. The staff were super sweet as well. Feeling so blessed and so very thankful!
Zach T: Ive Never had to visit a vet before So I wasn’t sure what I needed or what questions to ask, I called and spoke to a very very kind, passionate and knowledgeable lady who was able to address all my concerns
Laura Lee: The name really does say it all! My dog had a broken arm & I'm disabled on a fixed income. They helped me work with the Killuminati Foundation to get just enough help with my bill that it was manageable. They even helped with medication until I could get her prescription. They were the only veterinarian's office in town that offered any assistance to me & I can't thank them enough for that! Very highly recommended!
Cat Thulhu: I love this place. My cat is diabetic, she was in bad shape when I took her. They were extremely caring and did everything possible. My cat is doing 100% better now she is on proper medication. Amazing staff all around.
Hayden B: DO NOT GO TO THIS SCAM OF A CLINIC! Dr. Nie is nothing but a scam artist!!!! Had a bad experience here so I started asking around other vets/groomers. This man is here to take your money. When it comes to helping your pet — kiss that hope goodbye.Seriously, go anywhere else but here. The holistic ideas that he preaches do not work. He recommended me buy HIS essential oil blend & HIS marked up CBD oil.... NEWSFLASH: none of it works & now you are out thousands of dollars. This Dr has an ‘X-ray’ of my dog on his computer but she has never had an X-ray that is capable of being transmitted to a computer. The only X-ray she had, I HAVE, & it has to be held up to the light. What a freakin joke. 😂
Deanna Haworth: I took my Dottie to Angel hospital today and was very happy with the care received today such kind staff and one thing stood out to me they had no trouble whatsoever trimming her nails every other place always had trouble so it told me Dottie trusted them that meant alot to me and very reasonable cost
Stacy: Before we found Dr. Nie my fur baby Noah was in bad shape. We had gone to four different vet's in town and the surrounding area and had not gotten any answers. Dr Nie promptly diagnosed Noah with cancer 😕 and proceeded with his treatment plan. We are now in our 8th week of treatment and Noah is doing better than ever! We have switched over to answers detailed turkey, goats milk kefir, CBD oil, vitamin d, and essential oils. Noah has had so much more energy to play, his hair is growing back, and the little warts that he had all over his lil body have begun to disappear!! Thank you Dr Nie, Ashley, and Courtney from the bottom of my heart.... y'all rock!! I'm so grateful to have been given so much more time with my baby thanks to you. 🐾💜🐾💜🐾💜🐾💜🐾

Hometown Veterinary Hospital: what do users think?
Michael Sparks: Well let's start....Dr Hilton, jennifer,karissa,everyone...such a great team! Moving back from Alaska felt like moving back to family...they care so much for my dogs and cat, they are a blessing that we found them!
Jennifer H: I’ve been taking my furbabies to Dr. Mease for several years and have been consistently impressed with the offices’ professionalism. After losing a kitty of 16 years, Dr. Mease took the time to personally and privately hand me his remains. Going the extra step meant the world. Whole heartedly endorse Hometown Vet.
Flick Freaks: Very clean & modern building. It is open & inviting. The staff great you with a friendly face & a smile. They are also very knowledgeable & I always felt me & my pets were in good hands.
Eric J Waltz: Yesterday was a tough day. I am not a regular patient of this place, but I had to bring my German Shepherd here yesterday due to some emergency circumstances. These folks are so caring, empathetic and had so much compassion during a difficult time. I was all alone, but the staff here stayed with me and my boy until the end. I just want to make sure they know how much I appreciated them.
Wolfram Alpha: Take very good care of our pets.
Southern Green: The staff members and the doctor are very caring, kind, professional and knowledgeable they will take great care of your fur baby and would highly recommend them.
Ben: Look elsewhere for vet services. Especially for stuff that is a common need. This place will overcharge you by hundreds of dollars for routine stuff like shots and spay operations.
Kate Webb: Will be bringing my pooch back! Friendliest staff and treat my dogs very well. Highly recommend
Roger Stroede: This is a wonderful veterinarian, Great with the animals and very caring!
Lonny Peryer: Dr. Julie is by far the best vet.
Natalie Roadster: Had just moved here from Arizona. Maybe 3 weeks in Town. My 50lb Female Goldendoodle decided to get into trash for some Chinese Genral Taos Chicken leftovers. Bad bad deal. Immediately became ill and upchucked. Next 2 days slowly declined.Asked a friend where to go. Hometown she says. They are WONDERFUL. Read the reviews. Called that afternoon. Got in at 9 am. By now my girl is definitely not doing well. The minute I walked thru those door? Front desk gals welcomed me and Shiloh and knew of what was going on. Immediately put us in a room. Intake by Dr Seals assistant was detailed, very professional, kind and informative. Dr Seal? A Guardian Angel. She spent time with me explaining what they were going to do to diagnose and what tests they would do first. I really appreciated this and how it wasn't some aggressive bunch of tests, labs, etc as all the Vets back in Arizona. An hour or so later, I walked out 3 Rx, Food and detailed directions. They called next day to check on us. I'm telling ya...Hometown IS 5 star...10 if I could do that. So grateful for Hometown.
Sam Spirn: Simply the best vet I have ever been too. I came here extremely frantic with my pup that had an obstruction in his stomach and after the emergency vet closed we needed to find a place to transport him too. Hometown vet accepted him with arms wide open and he has had nothing but the best treatment here since. All the doctors and staff are so knowledgeable and on the top of their game. They even text you so with updates as the day goes along. If you are looking for a place where you know your pup is in good hands come here.
Robert Hall: We went to see the rehab section of this facility. It was impressive. If you have an animal in pain I would recommend a consult here.
Kaitlyn Sharon: Expensive
Darian Erwin: Had to change vets after moving and our cat seemed to have something up with her ears and a few other things going on. Called here and the staff was so sweet and Dr. Julie took care to test and research for everything that could be wrong, being thorough so as not to treat the wrong illness and make the exsiting situation worse. She cared about our Jazzy and didn't just assume. It was comforting to know there was proper care taken all the while explaining everything to us. Would recommend!
Stacey Adamiak: We travel full time and pass through Springfield a few times a year. The professionalism and care exhibited by Dr. Seal and the staff is exceptional! Feeling so lucky that we have access Hometown Vet for our pets.
Kris Daniels: Got my Shar Pei in and they are a difficult breed. He has an ear infection and horrible experiences with past vets in town. They did a great job comforting my baby. Haven’t been able to get in his ear yet but prescribed him some calming medicine for our next visit so guess we will see. I really appreciate them being so patient with us and look forward to making them our permanent vet for him and our other 2 dogs!
Aaron Pfeiffer: My first in person here was a horrible day for our family. We had to put our beloved family dog down due to cancer and heart failure. It was a hard day for us since he was the same age as our daughter and was our first family pet. Hometown veterinary hospital went above and beyond to help us through it. We had our two young boys with us and they obviously didn't know what was going on but we felt like we needed to say goodbye and weren't sure how we were going to be able to with two young boys in tow. Hometown volunteered to help watch our boys for us so my wife daughter and I could have our time. When it was time to let him go they helped us comfort him and he was able to pass quietly and very gently. We decided to have him cremated and his ashes were returned to us in a very nice solid wood box with his name engraved in it. We had felt bad because we had forgotten to ask for a footprint before we left and they had provided one to us without us ever asking. Later in the mail we received a heartfelt personal card from Hometown expressing their sympathy. We couldn't have asked for a better experience on a hard day like that. They treated us like we were friends or family and that's all you can hope for from someone who is taking care of your family member.
Judy Meyer: Very caring staff. I totally feel my dog is cared for by medical professionals. Thanks
Jackie Gonzales: I really like DrLaurie
Lynda Reed: Being new to the state/town it's very scary trying to find the right Vet for our fur babies! But we found an amazing place with Hometown! Have taken 2 of our 4 babies here, and everytime it's been amazing! The front end staff is sweet and willing to answer questions. Your in a room right away. The techs and Dr's are very quick to come in and talk with you about your baby and their issue. They are all very kind and loving with the animals! Even when I call to make an appointment or have questions they are all right on the ball! They are a bit high pricing wise - but to me it's worth it to find a caring vet.

Lizabeth: I really liked this clinic. Everybody were polite and nice. I especially want to mention Dr. Clem and her assistant, they are great professionals.I’m going to move to another country and I need an international health certificate for my dog.Dr. Clem helped me with everything today to make the trip comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you want a good clinic for your pet.
Jesse Moorefield: Everyone I met was extremely nice, helpful, and very complementary of the way I'd handled adopting a malnourished kitten. Special shout out to Chesney (spelling 😬) who might be the nicest person on earth.
Lisa Barnett: Lovely new facility, friendly staff and knowledgeable Drs.
christine hames: They took amazing care of my girl. I would go back there anytime. They are caring, compassionate. They helped me deal with an issue with my previous vet. Can't say enough praise
Jessica West: Great staff and doctors. We saw Ellie today and she is wonderful. Highly recommend! And their new office is beautiful!
Jane Terry: I highly recommend Grant Ave Pet Hospital. The techs were friendly, warm, animal-loving, and helpful; Dr. Tiffany Brite was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and wonderful with my dog. I was happy with the staff and the care they gave to my dog, so I am very pleased with Dr. Brite and Grant Avenue Pet Hospital.Update: I took my dog again to Grant Ave. Pet Hospital and we had a new vet, Dr. Ellie Carlson. She and the vet tech were both wonderful with my dog: caring, gentle, knowledgeable, friendly - a very positive experience! So far I have been pleased with everyone and the service at Grant Ave. and I highly recommend them for the care of your pets.
jackiep1111: The staff here, all of them, are soo Amazing! Last yr we lost all 3 of our elderly dogs. Riley ( a larger Chihuahua) was 18, we had him his entire life…Rosco ( a Min-Pin) was 13ish, we had him for 9+ years, and my Beautiful Nella (a yellow Lab) was around 14yrs old, we were blessed with her for about 7 years. 1st Riley went, then a week 1/2 later Rosco followed him,, Nella followed a few weeks later. Our hearts were Broke! They were Beyond kind & thoughtful, did exactly what we needed as a family! We didn’t think we were ready but,,,what do we know lolWe were given a Very Handsome Long haired miniature Dachshund puppy for my husband’s birthday & he is a special lil monster that is in No Way spoiled at all!!! 😂 but they once again have taken that extra step & went above what was expected to give the best care possible & Always make things comfortable,, for him,,no matter what kind of ruckus he’s creating for them 😵‍💫😍And He does a GRT job at it😇🤷‍♀️Very long story short,,,,I Can not recommend them enough 💯‼️
Nicole Robinson: Great experience and expert treatment!!
Will Oser Jr: The staff was caring and professional with great respect for customers and their furry family members…. Best vet experience ever
Dallas Bozman: If I could give a negative star I would. They put my dog down in April and have given me some story about the cremation place being too busy and there is nothing they can do to speed it up. Well I called the cremation place and they informed me they have not been busy and they would call the vet and find out what's going on. I get a call back from the crematorium that my baby girl has been in their freezer for over a month!? This is absolutely unforgivable and I will never step foot in grant ave again. I hope no one does. They jacked their prices up and forgot compassion when they moved to their new building.
Nancy Brungard: Grant Avenue Pet Hospital is where I've taken all my cats, including the newest two which are 4-week old kittens. The staff is friendly, the vets are knowledgeable and, most important of all, they are gentle with all my cats. My cat Cheese broke his leg about 8 years ago, and Grant Avenue stayed open later just so I could bring him in. I highly recommend them!
Mallory Camerer: I have never had anything but great experiences with Grant Avenue! The staff is so friendly, helpful, and overall amazing, all of the Vet’s are super knowledgeable, companionate, and genuinely care about each pet. Plus, their new facility is top notch!! Can’t recommend them enough!!
Steven Yaxley: Good staff. Pricing to get just vaccines is a little much. Try to get them done at the same time. We found out the hard way that even when they say "come back in a couple months for the other vaccines" they're gonna charge you another visit. Otherwise they have been pretty great.
alexandra eaks: Grant Avenue Pet Hospital is awesome. Dr Clem, Dr Ellie and all the techs have been so caring and listen to my concerns. I trust them to take good care of my kitties!
Zachary Mefford: Great and friendly staff
Sheila Robinson: While traveling with our two Aussies, we realized their vaccinations were past due. Called several vets in Springfield and Grant was able to get us in the next day. The people there are super helpful and friendly, and the vet was able to take care of all of our boys vaccines. Loved our experience with Grant! Thanks to all of you for your responsiveness and kindness.

Healing Paws Veterinary Clinic: what do users think?
Amy Konwinski: We've visited Healing Paws twice. The staff has been courteous to me and kind to my dogs. I felt like they listened to my concerns they did thier best to accommodate my limited budget. I appreciate their professionalism, consideration, and caring!
Vanesa Velasquez: The staff at Healing Paws is AMAZING. They are so kind and patient with our reactive dog. They always find solutions around her reactivity and give her the best care. We are incredibly grateful for all the vet techs and Dr. McFarland for all that they do for us!
tom baldwin: We have always felt that Healing Paws has our pups best interest each time they see them. We really appreciate their care and concern. A++++
Jen Lyn Dunlap: Our family has been using Healing Paws for about 5 years. I have had many good experiences with the Doctors and staff over this time. Every time I walk into this clinic the staff is always welcoming and caring.Over this last month we have become a familiar face to all the staff at Healing Paws. I have had Guinea Pigs for about a year now. I have never knew how much I would enjoy them. I thought I got them for my kids, but they soon were just my little babies. One became sick with some bowel issues. I took him in and Dr Wantuck examined him to find a mass and some other issues. We scheduled surgery to perform three different things. The surgery went well and he came out eating and drinking. The office was so kind and kept me super informed throughout the day while he was there at the office. Unfortunately, about a week later he got a super bad infection and became severely sick. This was due to my failure to check his wound and keep it clean. Dr Wantuck recommended a second surgery to remove the infection. The decision to put him through another surgery was super hard for me. Dr Wantuck and the staff were so supportive in whatever I decided. Very informative about everything during the whole process. We decided to move forward with the surgery. I am extremely proud to say our piggie (Skunk) is well and doing amazing. He is such a sweet snuggly piggie and we are so happy to have him still. Dr Wantuck made excellent medical decisions and saved Skunk’s life. I highly recommend Dr Wantuck and all the Healing Paws staff.
Susie Robertson: Was
Kim Miller: Everyone was very nice from the moment we got there. Glad we found this place.
Debi Coleman: My dachshund has IVDD they were caring and helpful with treatment
Karina Smeltz (M): I wanted to find a good vet for My dog that got good reviews, after reading the good reviews of this place I do recommend it. This is a very good place to take your dog. I took my dog Oakley to the vet today for her paws 🐾 and they helped her and cared about our concerns!! It’s a welll clean environment and friendly people, thank you Healing paws! 🐾she loved getting the treats !!!
Sydney Nichols: Top notch Veterinary Clinic. Very skilled doctors and caring staff.
Julie Whitten: They got my dog in the same day for an urgent appointment. Staff was all very friendly with us and very good with my dog, who gets very anxious at vet appointments. They were very patient and skilled at working with him.
Gloria Meller: They are so thorough and do their very best to take care of your beloved pet as if she or he was their own!
Robyn Batross: This is a group of people that have come together in order to provide top-notch care for both the pets and the owners. They do not price gouge, charge/ recommend services that are not needed, and they are all extremely honest with everyone they speak with.I recommend this veterinarian group for quality and loving care for your pets/fur family members!!!
Erika: My senior cat was attacked by stray dogs and they broke her back. The emergency vet clinic was closed and I ended up calling seven vets for help… the only clinic who would see her was Healing Paws. They didn’t even ask if she was a patient. Just told me to head their way.The techs met me in the parking lot and took her in. Unfortunately, her injuries were too great (which I assumed) and the vet immediately suggested euthanasia. I spent a short time with her then I said goodbye to my sweet girl for the last time.I was beyond distraught after seeing the attack, driving around while calling clinics with my cat barely conscious and in severe pain in my lap for nearly an hour, then having to put her down in the end. Despite the traumatic experience, Healing Paws was sincere, sensitive, and willing to help without even thinking twice.I was offered cremation services which I accepted. I received a beautiful box, an ornament with her paw print and name stamped into it, a little glass vial of her fur, and a sympathy card completely full of kind words from the staff. Here’s the best part; my cat was a former patient of Healing Paws. We had moved out of state several years ago so they had not seen her for some time. But that didn’t matter to this clinic. They still accepted our plea for help before they even knew they had seen her in the past.I will forever be grateful for Healing Paws. Though they couldn’t actually heal my cat, they have already started to heal my heart.Thank you ♥️
Kaylee Albrecht: LOVE healing paws and everybody who works there! They’ve always gotten my babies in at last minute and urgency. Saved stella’s life as she was really sick. i picked her up and she looked like a whole other cat. she’s never scared to go to healings paws. i can trust them. my recent cat tyson got sick and he was diagnosed with kidney failure. Dr. beatty talked everything through with me and never made me feel bad about calling them a million times a day. they never make you feel stupid for asking questions, they’re always very reassuring when it comes to my babies. i cannot thank everybody there enough for everything. thank you from Tyson, Stella & I for the wonderful care you do. 🧡
Brendon Fox: They take good care of our
Kim Hoerl: Most caring staff.
Lisa Payne: Great place! Efficient, caring and reasonably priced. We will definitely return!
Roxanne Ellis: Healing Paws has been a great veterinarian hospital for my pets. At times it’s a struggle in the front office but Clinton is the best. Dr Beatty is amazing, she truly cares about my Delilah. She is 14 has heart issues but needed surgery. Dr Beatty was wonderful to bring my baby home and she acts like 4 year old rather than a 14 year old. Right after surgery Dr called because she knew I was having a hard time. They do care. Thank you for being my vet hospital!!
Lisa Crim: Very good about explaining things.
Code Enforcement State of Missouri Region D: Clean friendly professional and caring
Amanda Clark: Great experience each time. They remembered our dogs history.
