Richard Brown: Four attempts were made to set up an appointment. First was with the owner/operator. Told to message back with details. I did, twice. Last attempt I called and left another message. Still no response. If a company can’t be bothered to do the work that’s one thing but if you can’t even get a response that just shows laziness and unprofessionalism. Will steer any future recommendations from friends, family and coworkers from this business.

Joel Coltharp: Terry and his guys are absolutely fantastic. The first time we had to call them, the power in half of our house went out during a storm late in the evening on a Friday. Terry responded to our message promptly, came right over, and had us up and running in no time. When another issue materialized soon thereafter, they were able to solve that just as thoroughly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, Terry was extremely friendly and did a great job showing/explaining everything he needed to do. Oh, and their rates are quite reasonable.I can't recommend Powerhouse Electric strongly enough.

They weren't able to get here when they originally estimated, but called to explain the holdup and said they'd be back "after lunch."That was about 9 days ago. I've called several times since and left messages, and never heard back. I'm confused as to why - if you don't want to or can't do the job, just let me know, no big deal.

Tina: I requested the services of this gentleman for a noisy ceiling fan, in need of repair (which he lists in his services that he's knowledgeable in) & when he came to our house, he barely got past the entryway & tells us that we should replace it because he wasn't hearing the noise & called the wobbling it had "normal." He told us that we would need a new fan & that when we bought one, to call them to have them install it.He also told us that he "earns all his reviews." Well, he ain't kidding because he certainly earned this one.We got a second opinion & managed to get it fixed with a relative.If I had to describe the service I received, I would call it pretty lazy. Kyle John: Never fails, 9:00 the night before guests were expected the next day, an entire electrical panel failed. No A/C, refrigerators, etc. Rick diagnosed an electrical short in the A/C repairman's switch (which could have caused a major home fire- we could smell the melting wires) and fixed it quickly. Scott Fox: Hands down, these guys were the most affordable, prompt and professional team I’ve worked with in the last decade. I am not being superfluous in this statement either. I had bids for DOUBLE the cost that these guys did. And the bid for the other guys was at least two weeks out. I told Benjamin that it needed to be done quick and Ben had a guy at my lab the next morning. I will use these guys for future projects. I am so tired of contractors blowing me off, over charging, not showing up, complaining about their work etc. Ben and the Vuta team give me hope for the future of small businesses.I had a horrible experience from another father son team where they complained about having to shop all day for the supplies and I felt like I was in trouble the entire time when I requested outlets to be put in. Ben came later that day, gave a free quote (vs the other guys $85 charge) and Ben listened to what I needed and then found out how to make it happen. Absolutely stellar company!

This was later than I wanted but still fit the overall schedule. He arrived with 2 other electricians, they were in and out quickly with the rough in work. Very professional, worked quickly and did everything very neatly. His quick response allowed my project to stay on schedule and ahead of the other trades as planned. He was very responsive in the final work and was able to have the same guys return to finish the job when I needed it done. Everything was reasonably priced, and we got the solution to our problem quickly and he was very efficient and had everything already with him to fix our issue.
Chris: I had a great experience with this company today. I was scheduled for next Tuesday, but they had an opening today, and got everything complete. Gaven was the electrician sent over. He was awesome! Real professional, smart, and represents this company extremely well. He was able to trouble shoot and solve the issue. Rewired 2 light switches and popped in a new outlet. He provided me with tons of information and some other ideas for work that could increase safety. I'll prob call up next year and have that completed. All in all I would highly recommend! I'm so happy to have a hallway light with 2 working switches, and an outlet that wont burn my house down!Shout out to Kathleen too, who took my call initially.
