Still no response. If a company can’t be bothered to do the work that’s one thing but if you can’t even get a response that just shows laziness and unprofessionalism. Terry responded to our message promptly, came right over, and had us up and running in no time. When another issue materialized soon thereafter, they were able to solve that just as thoroughly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, Terry was extremely friendly and did a great job showing/explaining everything he needed to do. Kyle John: Never fails, 9:00 the night before guests were expected the next day, an entire electrical panel failed. No A/C, refrigerators, etc. Rick diagnosed an electrical short in the A/C repairman's switch (which could have caused a major home fire- we could smell the melting wires) and fixed it quickly.
