Scott Fox: Hands down, these guys were the most affordable, prompt and professional team I’ve worked with in the last decade. I am not being superfluous in this statement either. I had bids for DOUBLE the cost that these guys did. And the bid for the other guys was at least two weeks out. I told Benjamin that it needed to be done quick and Ben had a guy at my lab the next morning. I will use these guys for future projects. I am so tired of contractors blowing me off, over charging, not showing up, complaining about their work etc. Ben and the Vuta team give me hope for the future of small businesses.I had a horrible experience from another father son team where they complained about having to shop all day for the supplies and I felt like I was in trouble the entire time when I requested outlets to be put in. Ben came later that day, gave a free quote (vs the other guys $85 charge) and Ben listened to what I needed and then found out how to make it happen. Absolutely stellar company!

Richard Brown: Four attempts were made to set up an appointment. First was with the owner/operator. Told to message back with details. I did, twice. Last attempt I called and left another message. Still no response. If a company can’t be bothered to do the work that’s one thing but if you can’t even get a response that just shows laziness and unprofessionalism. Will steer any future recommendations from friends, family and coworkers from this business.

Terry responded to our message promptly, came right over, and had us up and running in no time. When another issue materialized soon thereafter, they were able to solve that just as thoroughly and efficiently. Throughout the entire process, Terry was extremely friendly and did a great job showing/explaining everything he needed to do. Oh, and their rates are quite reasonable.I can't recommend Powerhouse Electric strongly enough.

Matthew Brooks: When my initial electrical contractor did not show up (after consistent communication for 6 weeks prior to the job starting) Max arrived, reviewed the job and promised to be back at the end of the week. This was later than I wanted but still fit the overall schedule. He arrived with 2 other electricians, they were in and out quickly with the rough in work. Very professional, worked quickly and did everything very neatly. His quick response allowed my project to stay on schedule and ahead of the other trades as planned. He was very responsive in the final work and was able to have the same guys return to finish the job when I needed it done. Having worked with lots of electricians over the years, Amax is at the top of their field and I will be calling them again for our next project. He was awesome! Real professional, smart, and represents this company extremely well. He was able to trouble shoot and solve the issue. Rewired 2 light switches and popped in a new outlet. He provided me with tons of information and some other ideas for work that could increase safety. I'll prob call up next year and have that completed. All in all I would highly recommend! Brandon Harmening: Trinity Electric charged a very fair amount for the work being done. I had a wide range of quotes from several different companies, all the way up to 2 TIMES what Trinity quoted for the exact same work. I did my research ahead of time and knew some of these other companies were trying to gouge me. The owner, Mark, is a nice guy and a straight-shooter. I had several questions and his answers felt so genuine it was like talking to a friend. I say they felt genuine because I had other people quote me who would provide long-winded answers to try and get me to just agree and say OK to everything. Mark was very to the point and factual.Now, Rick (the electrician doing the work) did run into an issue completing some non-essential work, but Mark reached out and again answered my questions and reduced the quote by a fair amount. Rick also helped my wife and mom install a light fixture they were struggling to install (not related to the work he was doing) while he waited on other technicians to arrive. My wife called me just to tell me about it and it was definitely above and beyond service, so thank you, Rick!

I wasn’t even told the potential cost before being told they didn’t have time. Why did they even waste our time coming for an estimate if they didn’t have time to do the work?!
