Laurel Browning: In 2014, I visited Tracy Maxfield and his In Balance Neuromuscular Therapy office in Springfield, Missouri, for the first time. At that time, due to recurring, chronic lower back pain (and a recent athletic injury), I had to lift my own legs and feet into and out of my car in order to make the drive to his office. I was not certain, at the time, whether or not Tracy could help me, but he had been highly recommended by one of our local dance instructors. I had determined that if Tracy's treatment could not help me, having no other options to relieve my pain, I would pursue the possibility of contacting an orthopedic surgeon.While there for that first 2014 visit, the gentleman client before me (a total stranger to me) had assured me on the way out of Tracy's office that "whomever I was, and for whatever reason I was sitting in the waiting room, that I was in the right place and that Tracy could help me with whatever my problems were that had brought me into his (Tracy's) office that day". That gentleman client went so far as to tell me this AFTER he had exited the office, sticking his head back inside the door to mention this, AND THE FACT that he himself was a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon (!) who visits Tracy on a regular basis in order for Tracy to keep his back in shape! Needless to say, I had immediate confidence that I was in the right place!I experienced immediate pain relief and results from that first visit, and returned later in the week only to assure myself that the treatment I had received would "stay." Jammi Glenn: I went in to see Dr. Baca a couple weeks ago with terrible low back pain to the point that I was having difficulty making most any type of movement. Dr. Baca was very thorough in his exam and very professional, he explained to me the things that he thought could be the issue and exactly how Loehr works and treats their patients. Dr. Baca was able to adjust my hip that was causing the pain, and then set me up with other therapies to assist in the start of healing. When I returned the next day he shared the findings of the exams he had performed the prior day and explained what I would need to be able to get closer to my normal movements. Since my initial visit I have had 4 or more appointments and every time I go in Dr. Baca as well as al the staff at Loehr have treated me with great kindness and the environment when you walk in is very welcoming. Markie U: I have never been to Loehr Health Clinic, but was a client with Family Birth and Wellness before and after is was sold to Dr Loehr. Before it was sold, Family Birth and Wellness was my second home. I had my prenatal and postpartum care with my first two babies with the staff there, and they were like family to me. After Loehr bought the clinic, things went downhill fast. I started there with my 3rd pregnancy in October of 22, and staff tried to provide the same loving care, but there were obvious limitations out of their control. All the original midwives but one were gone by the time December of last year came.I can't tell you how heartbroken and crushed my husband and I were when I got the call at the beginning of February that the birth center would be closing. The stress of trying to find a new midwife (halfway through my pregnancy!) plus a new pediatrician for my children has been so difficult. We are still trying to get established with a new clinic for pediatric care.We have not been reimbursed for what we paid to Loehr Birth and Wellness, and have heard through the grapevine that it's very unlikely any clients will be reimbursed. After seeing first hand how Dr Loehr treated the staff at FBW and being cheated out of our down payment for my pregnancy, I will never ever go near a Loehr Health Clinic. I don't trust Dr Loehr, and have very little faith in his ethical practices.

The amount of stress you have put her under is absolutely ridiculous. These mothers need to get together and stay a class action lawsuit!I know this office is not directly associated with the birthing center that is owned by the same doctor, but since it is the same ownership and all contact for the birthing center has been removed and noone from that center has had the decency to provide any information or details about the refund these women are owed, I'm leaving my review here. I can not believe the horrible position this organization has put multiple expectant mothers in by shutting down the birthing center in the middle of their pregnancy and not immediately refunding money that you collected in full up front for services that you had no intention of delivering. My daughter is one of those mothers, she is due in two months, do you have any idea how overwhelming and stressful it is for a young couple to try to find a new birthing center on top of being expected to once again pay in full up front this late in the pregnancy. You should be ashamed of yourself. If my daughter or grandchild suffer any complications due to the extreme unnecessary stress your company has caused I will be contacting an attorney.

Matt Reiter: Dr. Crawford and Jason Hall are an amazing team and they’ve done amazing work for me! I started seeing them six months ago when I was barely able to move due to a thrown out back. Yesterday I finished my first 15k…twice a week for six months and I was able to accomplish a major goal that seemed out of reach. Their dedication and hard work got me through a number of unaddressed but deeply detrimental injuries causing both pain and immobility. In six months they addressed my: low back, core, left hip, neck, shoulder, mid-back, shin splints, stiff ankles, and weakness in my feet. They’ve done a wonderful job treating my symptoms while improving my knowledge of the body and how the systems work together. I cannot say enough kind words about the quality of their care. I had fallen and broken my right ankle in three places, had three surgeries and been in a wheelchair for over three months non weight bearing. I had also messed up my back. Dr Cleous was absolutely awesome. He worked with me for months. He is very professional and cares about his patients. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants to get better. He was able to get all the scar tissue broken down and loosened my ankle joint so I can walk normally now. Thank you Dr Cleous!!

And they primarily, if not only, use machines (which is what they consider to be "new school" opposed to being more hands-on, which they consider "old school.")I'm not sure in what universe $88/day is considered "affordable."Not only that, but his neck was all that was treated & the pain was still there $88 later.I told him we'll find a new chiropractor & we did. My husband is already feeling relief after his one & only visit."Old school" works. 😉

I am a new mother and had a death in the family so I had to cancel my weekly appointments for awhile. I did it appropriately in the app and gave them enough notice. I called today to start them back up again with Aimee, who is wonderful, but Kelly shamed me for canceling. Giving me such attitude as if I am not worth their time. Made me feel so unwelcome there and that I would be shamed again if I were to come in. I almost cried at the end of our call. I had my partner call back and cancel because I deserve better. You are a health center, you provide (my son) Chiropractic care... it's not THAT serious to make someone feel that way for canceling a few appointments. I hope Kelly doesn't continue to make people feel this way - beyond this job - but in life. I'll be taking my business to Breath of Life Chiropractic.

Cassandra Dodson: Very displeased with Grove Spa. I had received a gift card for my birthday last October and finally was able to use it as a first time guest. While waiting to be taken back, one of the girls was chatting with the front desk about how one of the employees decided to not come in even though she was in the parking lot, and her guest who was booked at that time had to come in and rebook. Just unprofessional to begin with. However the gentleman who provided my service was kind, he lacked any ability to massage. Honestly it was as if I had someone gently rubbing lotion in my skin for an hour. At most times while using one hand, he was barely moving my skin, and would stop and then move my skin again, and stop for a while and then repeat the process..it was more annoying than anything because at that point I’d just rather him not if he’s quite literally not applying any pressure at all. I wish I was exaggerating..there was zero pressure and I had talked to him about my shoulders and neck hurting which was what I was there for..I honestly felt like if I had looked up he would have been texting or drifting off. It was just strange. I’ve had massages is the past elsewhere so I feel as if I understand what it’s supposed to be like, however I could have put oil on my body in my own bathroom. I was saddened as it was my gift to start my 30s out relaxing and it was more effort to not get up and just say never mind to the service as it was such a waste of $90 and an hour of my time.. I just wanted to feel some type of massage/pressure on my body but he was barely able to halfway seem like he was interested in his professional at all. Hoping for a great experience and it was less than such. I had high standards and am saddened to not want to go back again..
