Not only was the therapist extremely disrespectful towards my child and snapped at him, but there was also a lack of acknowledgment and professionalism throughout our visit. One of the primary concerns we encountered was the disrespectful behavior displayed by the therapist. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, the therapist seemed dismissive and disinterested in our presence.Adding to our disappointment, the session was extremely uncomfortable. We did not receive the necessary information about what kind of person would be doing the massage. The therapist also didn’t focus on massaging the area where was needed most, but spent about 5 minutes on it. To add to the overall disappointment, we asked for a 90 minute massage but we only received a 60 minute massage. We paid for the 90 minute and got a 60 minute.We will not be returning to Uplift Massage in the future nor do we recommend it to anyone.

The treatment rooms are comfortable and the ambiance is relaxing and grounding. The reception staff are friendly and professional. Overall, this is by far the best spa I have been to in Springfield.

Although we paid $100 for 60 minutes we got only 45... the emails said nothing about arriving early for paperwork so when we arrived we had to fill out paperwork and by the time the massage started it was only 45 minutes. We paid $25 to fill out our own paperwork... all my experiences from differents spas is that you pay for an hour and your get an hour active massage. Just beware they do make you pay for paperwork.... so write fast if you decide to go..

marceline gilliam-anderson: Went to Uplift for sciatic pain. Was given Brittany as my masseuse. I had been in such pain it was affecting my walking. It took a couple of appointments and I will be honest, it was painful for the first few. But she worked on me until I was freed from the pain. Now I go once a month, and fall asleep on the table! Great location. Great ambience. Great job, Brittany. My mother in law saw the change in me. She is booking an appointment for her sciatica pain.

Pedicure was to last 1 hour, but lasted less than 45 minutes. We certainly did not receive a “spa” quality pedicure. Very, very disappointed with the experience. Will never return.

MaDi M: I'm a little late getting this posted. I visited Dharma on March 12.INCREDIBLE service. I felt right at home and totally comfortable with the women working at the spa. Being a larger woman always comes with a little anxiety about being massage tables and what not, but it was not a problem at all. My table was comfortable and my masseuse was wonderful. She made me feel so comfortable and my anxiety just went away. I did the girlfriends sanctuary with my family and we spent the whole day laughing with staff and just having a wonderful time. The Sanctuary package will get you a facial, massage, pedicure, and manicure. It's well worth the money. I am so glad I heard about this spa through my "friend at the circus." :p sending lots of love to you ladies if you read this! Can't wait to come back!

Nora Jolley: Keep in mind my nails in this photo are about a week old, but I had an amazing time at this spa. My sister in law took me here as a surprise! All of the ladies I interacted with were very kind and very welcoming. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with my nails, and asked for a suggestion using fall like colors, and she came up with this cute theme! During my facial I got a lot of good advice on how to keep up with skincare, which was really nice because I didn’t know a lot about that. 10/10 great experience. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Wendy always does a great job. Today I cancelled my pedicure so my daughter could get her nails done too with no issues on the scheduling. I love that Wendy donates her tips to the local animal rescue. Having 6 pets myself, that's just so amazing and something most people would never do.

It was for her 29th birthday and they did their thing and gave her all the attention she absolutely deserved. Tonya J did her facial! Kati C did her massage which I'm pretty sure is who had her smiling like never before lol And Roxanne C did both of our pedicures and manicures! She was really fast and did a great job!I had Tammy, my face was nice and soft and moisturized! Then Mitzi G, did my massage and let me tell you something, I've been getting massages for years and I'm 23 now and Mitzi did techniques and added extra things that I've never had done or had before on me and it was amazing. Even the set up of her massage bed was different, I've never seen it like that before! Thankfully I'm only an hour away, so I have to go back to her, and there's more people If not myself I plan on bringing here!They also ordered us some papa John's pizza! So thank you for that and offered us wine.We both had eyebrow waxes too!Very pleasant and extremely welcoming experience! the staff went above and beyond and I plan on, if I can getting the same people we had, but I'm going to bring another person. I’m sure all of their therapists are wonderful, I’ve just only had sessions with her so far so I’ll talk about that! She is attentive and personable. She seems to know exactly where my pain is and how to help me. She has amazing strength and consistent pressure! She has an extremely intuitive touch. It’s so cool to walk in feeling sore, tired, and not so great, and leave feeling ready to take on the world and be the best I can be! :) Also, let’s talk about this space, it’s so relaxing. Low & warm-lighting, adorable decor, friendly staff, a real polished feel! I also wanted to note that I had a spray tan done here as well, I was so nervous and Tonya Jackson was so good at making me feel comfortable and it was quick and easy! I had a great tan for 2-3 weeks after! Very realistic looking and did not stain my clothes! If you want the full package, definitely book a spa day here!

Annette Laterra: All the times I have scheduled services here whether that be a massage or facial etc they have been fantastic. There are only two things that are keeping me from giving 5 stars. One is scheduling . Almost every time I call to schedule no one picks up. That being said they are normally quick and diligent to call back. This being 2023 though, I really wish they had a better answering service or better yet the ability to book your own appointment through an app!! My other comment is more of a PSA for others … I had a facial done not long ago and while that service was being done the aesthetician mentioned something that needed an extra service on my face (like a removal) and that I could get it done for an extra charge. Normally I would have probably said yes but being that I was seeing my dermatologist the next week I figured I’d wait and see if they would treat it. My dermatologist ended up telling me it was something else, not what they aesthetician said it was … and the removal process was different. I’m not upset at all that this happened but just thought it’d be worth mentioning in case someone else lands in my position during a treatment (FYI)

Tass Grisham: I just got a skin pen session done today with Joann and while I have had several sessions done at other facilities, I have NEVER had one this good. I have VERY deep scarring from acne and I asked her if she could be extra aggressive on those areas and she delivered to say the least! I 110% got my money’s worth and it wasn’t painful at all, like other places I have been. Not to mention she was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I absolutely will be back and I look forward to seeing my results long term!!
Claire Tuck: Jaydra at Acacia Spa is absolutely phenomenal! Truly, the best massage I have had. In previous massages I’ve had with other masseuses, I usually ask to work primarily on my neck and back for tense areas and then not be given that much time in the massage to fully work on those areas. I felt fully listened to when Jaydra asked me and she put ample time in trying to massage those more tense areas. Definitely will be booking another massage with Jaydra in the future!
Jennifer Pratt: It is a lovely spa in a pretty area of town. A bit pricier than some others, but you get more amenities. I do wish the relaxation room was a bit larger. I like how they have simplified the retail space, much less crowded. The massage technicians I have seen have all been very good.I would give 4.5 stars if I could.
Stephanie Fahringer: This was my second visit to acacia spa. My first visit I was very satisfied with. I actually loved it. I got 50 units of Dysport and it gave me the look I wanted. So I made my second visit to do the same. I had to wait over an hour after my appt time and when i finally went back they told me they didn’t use dysport anymore. (Again after I sat there for over an hour) so the manager came and talked to me . (She seemed very professional) she told me that they can do Botox. She also said that if you used 50 units of dysport you will probably need 25 units of Botox. (You have to use about twice as much dysport to get the same effect. Well the nurse that was doing my Botox told me I’d probably need about 42 units of Botox. (I have been getting Botox for 8 years) I told the nurse that I never have had more than 20 units of Botox . She said “I can do that, but you won’t like it” I thought maybe she knew what she was talking about so I said ok. She also told me not to even call back for 7 days so I could see full benifits of the Botox” I’ve had Botox for so long, I can tell in 3 days what it’s going to look like, but I waited for day 7. I called and talked to a receptionist who was very polite. The middle of my forehead was flat but on both sides of the middle of my forehead were terrible wrinkles. It was hideous. The ladies at work noticed right away. Even my husband who never noticed when I got Botox said what’s wrong with your head?? So the receptionist told me she was going to have the manager call me. That was over a week ago. I spent 420.00 to look like this! I will not be returning here everService:BOTOX treatments

Kaylie Allison: I have been to acaica a few times now. My first experience was great, but yesterday I felt VERY INSULTED by my facial tech -Glenda. I went in yesterday for a facial and massage. My facial was good, but while she stepped out for me to get my robe on and grab me a glass of water I arrived at the hallway first. I overheard her talking to another worker about “how it was so gross because I had so much bacteria on my face.” I find that very rude and unprofessional, especially because it was not a cheap facial. Teresa Wilson: I can not say enough about Grey at the front desk. So kind & sets a calm & relaxing atmosphere for your appointment. I had to call & do some rescheduling & found Grey to be very accommodating, without making me feel like I was being an inconvenience.
Brylea Gibson: Best massage I have ever had, and I’ve gone to various places in many states! Kenny was AMAZING, I’d suggest him to anyone! The staff is also just as wonderful.
Jeremy Watson: Absolutely one of the worst experiences I've ever had! Bought couples massage for Valentines Day and was told they had an experienced guy named John that was good for people with nerve pain. Called to schedule the appointment and was told John no longer worked there, and was gone before I bought the massage. Also when I called to schedule they said bc I didn't have my gift card with me, they needed a debit card to hold the massage even though the massage was already paid for! Never again! Go somewhere else as this place is declined!

Cassandra Dodson: Very displeased with Grove Spa. I had received a gift card for my birthday last October and finally was able to use it as a first time guest. While waiting to be taken back, one of the girls was chatting with the front desk about how one of the employees decided to not come in even though she was in the parking lot, and her guest who was booked at that time had to come in and rebook. Just unprofessional to begin with. However the gentleman who provided my service was kind, he lacked any ability to massage. Honestly it was as if I had someone gently rubbing lotion in my skin for an hour. At most times while using one hand, he was barely moving my skin, and would stop and then move my skin again, and stop for a while and then repeat the process..it was more annoying than anything because at that point I’d just rather him not if he’s quite literally not applying any pressure at all. I wish I was exaggerating..there was zero pressure and I had talked to him about my shoulders and neck hurting which was what I was there for..I honestly felt like if I had looked up he would have been texting or drifting off. It was just strange. I’ve had massages is the past elsewhere so I feel as if I understand what it’s supposed to be like, however I could have put oil on my body in my own bathroom. I was saddened as it was my gift to start my 30s out relaxing and it was more effort to not get up and just say never mind to the service as it was such a waste of $90 and an hour of my time.. I just wanted to feel some type of massage/pressure on my body but he was barely able to halfway seem like he was interested in his professional at all. Hoping for a great experience and it was less than such. I had high standards and am saddened to not want to go back again..
Rachel Campbell: Love this spa and their services. I wish their rewards program was easier to earn discounts or services with. Otherwise, I really enjoy the atmosphere and the quality of services. Massage and facial were both great. They even accommodated my pregnancy with a prenatal massage and made sure I was comfortable.
Ashley: Mr. Jeff gave me the best massage I've ever had-deep tissue. He worked hard and was attentive and thoughtful. I have had other message therapists there and they are all great. Their pricing is good for their value.
Chase & Glory Bradfield: Called to get a couples massage for THIS afternoon. Instead of scheduling it for today, The person on the phone mysteriously scheduled it for a day two months from now. When we arrived today excited to get the massage today(because thats what we asked for), they informed us that our appointment is for two months from now, and not today. The lady at the front counter was a bit rude as well. Overall, poor customer service.

Went to see chiropractor who recommended going to a massage therapist. I decided to try different places in town and landed on this one. I tried hot stones and deep tissue relaxation massage, which was AMAZING. I went 2nd time to get soft, gentle, and relaxing massage by Q. Very budget friendly price. Also, nice clean place. Highly recommended. Will come again.
