Michael Romero: The grocery side of the store is well stocked and the clerks are helpful and friendly. The bistro salad bar is fresh but , on the three separate times that I've bought from the deli , the food was stale and clearly had been under the heat lamps all day.Worse , when I pointed it out to the deli cashier , she shrugged and said " yeah , it happens. "The bistro's apathy is disconcerting and is not in keeping with the balance of the store's high level of customer service .Update May 2023 -The Deli has greatly improved their fare and more importantly ; their attitude.Friendly , helpful , and solicitous, quite the welcome change .

Oh and they make fresh connolis in the bakery... Very good grocery store all around... But they don't have a Starbucks though.

There's a clerl in the dellie that is very rude. When you ask for meat. It you tell her two items she will respond with "slow down I'm only one person*..she has said that twice.. The customer service in tge entire store is not good!The Store is not very clean.

Larry Attwood: Of course this grocery and Betesto is very good, amazing florist, we go there quite often, Just wish they had a pharmacy, like Joplin, John Evans ran a tight ship, The other Pricecutter was closed down on Kansas Expressway and Grand. Like all stores room for improvement, The entrance way needs work, Carts are not easy to get to ,needs organized.we know security is always an issue, However last time I was there a shoplifter took off with whatever, but seems every dept came running leaving their area, actually scaring the customers that was shopping.I give it a 7 on a scale of 1-10. Have a blessed day. PS the Batesto does a great good on the fried chicken, change out of the pans on line to make the food more desirable.
Linda Gerken: Two stalls in the ladies restroom. The handicapped stall had no toilet paper and the toilet was nasty. The other stall and toilet paper but s*** on the toilet seat there was Kate dirt on the floor and garbage on the floor the trash can was overflowing

John S: Bought the 5 for $30 multiple meat deal on memorial day. Got it home a discovered one package, shave ham, had expired at the beginning of the month and the other, bratwurst, had no use by date at all. Meat department could use some serious oversight.Cashier was very nice and friendly.

Billy f: This store has the same décor that Dillon's (kroger owned) Used to have inside their stores. It has good theming and honestly id say is the best Price Cutter in town. They also have Coupons for a local Restaurant on the back of their receipts and is quite generous with them. The only bad thing is the produce area, the mist things next to the lettuce and so forth was leaking. There was also an annoying person targeting people over real estate in the front next to Starbucks. I just want a shopping cart lady. Price cutter if you are reading this KEEP THIS STORE THE WAY IT IS!

My husband and I put many items back on the shelf and went down the street to Walmart and got many of these items for 3-4 bucks. Got the Mt Dew for 3.88! I would rather support a locally owned company but in this day in age we cannot afford your prices when everything has also gone up. I think you’re taking advantage of your costumers.

Nick Collins: Good selection of goods. Store is always clean and in order. Price cutter does seem to be a little more expensive than other stores. Not sure why that is. Also a decent company to work for. Although their wages are not the best. All around a good store where you will most likely find whatever you need.
Connor Wilson: No shade to the employees but the self checkout is so frustratingly terrible with constant "please return to bagging area, unknown item in bagging area, wait for assistance" I genuinely might never come back. What's the point of even having it if somebody has to be there to click ignore every 5 seconds.

Will W: My last time at a price cutter. The prices have soared to where they are no longer competitive with other stores, which I can accept if you receive better service, but not at the west republic road store. One open register and the poor girl working it has to also help the self checkout leaving the already rediculously long line, and the only open register to get longer. The killer for me, the self checkout doesn't accept cash, so the only way to get two lemons and some tomatoes is to wait for the only cashier in the store to go through the entirely to long line and leave her station to help the self checkout. Left price cutter and went to Aldi's. Price or service. You have to provide at least one and this store fails at both.
M N: The worst customer service. Very very bad attitudes. The people in the deli, as well as the cashier's. Just awful.
Bob Mitchell: The worse vegetables in any store in Springfield. I have laid out rotten vegetables to the side, rotten side up and the person in charge has tucked them back in for sale. I told him about it and he laughs and walks away. He must make commision off of what they sell. Maybe that what employee owned means. My wife likes to shop here or I would never go back.
