Paige Lee: We used to go here all the time, but after our last visit, I don’t think we will be back.I ordered one of the most expensive items on the menu that was like a sampler. Nothing was said to me when I ordered it. When the food came out, it was missing 2 of the 5 items. When I asked about it they told me there were out of the other two items. I asked if the price would be adjusted and was told I just received extra of the 3 things I got, even though I didn’t. When I pulled up the menu because they wouldn’t bring one so I could show them, the manager was very hateful and said in a nasty tone “well what do you want me to do about it?” At this point I have been trying to talk to them about it for 20 minutes and my food was completely cold. The manager spent the entire time trying to gaslight me when I had the menu pulled up on my phone.By the time we got it resolved so that I wasn’t paying for food I didn’t get, everyone else was done eating, so I left my own birthday dinner without even eating.This was far from the only problem we experienced. Our waiter just kept disappearing and not getting drinks or bringing out our food when it was ready so all 6 meals we got were cold and they completely disregarded what we told them when we notified them that someone had an allergy so they had an allergic reaction. We had eaten here many times and never had a problem with accommodating this particular allergy.Vegetarian options: It is apparently not a big deal if meat products end up in a vegan dish, that is listed as vegan and they will still charge for a dish that can’t be eaten.Dietary restrictions: Disregarded allergies they were told about multiple times in person and on the reservation.

Sara Slayton: My sister and I tried to go there a few days ago for her birthday dinner. We were one of three groups in the restaurant and they sat us at the only table sitting directly in the sun. There were tables on either side of us, so we got up and moved to the table that was right next to ours. The server was right behind us, and we mentioned that the sun was in our eyes, and he seemed fine with us moving. He gave us waters and said the server would be right with us.We sat for close to 30 minutes with no service. Servers kept passing us, making eye contact, and continuing to walk by. I completely understand that we should have asked to move before doing so. However, to be refused service because of something so miniscule is despicable.

Dom: I got the vegan India pancake (curry themed). So I will give you credit for the curry taste, but it needed more of a kick. Look up Blue Mountain Jamaican curry as a reference.I was impressed with the pancake and serving size.Yes, they have vegan options. Just tell the waiter you’re vegan.5/5 for cleanliness. Sonya Trantham: We made a reservation for 930am. We got there on time and was seated. 11 minutes later our waiter came to the table. By then we ordered our drinks and food because we had plenty of time to look at the menu. We got our drinks 15 minutes later. At 10:45 we finally got are food. The food was cold and not edible. It had to have sat in the window for at least 15 minutes before he brought it to us. We asked for a manager, 10 minutes later we explained what happened. We paid for our drinks and left. We will never go back.

Jalyn: Awesome, quiet bar downtown. It is never too crowded, and the drinks are to die for! There's a small, interior setup for cornhole, and they have indoor and outdoor seating. Great place to spend time with friends and chat.

The Fried Chicken sandwich had Korean Chili Aoli and Kimchi Slaw that provided a nice tangy edge to counter the richness of the fried chicken, and the crispy brussel sprouts were just that - wonderfully crisp with a brown sugar/maple glaze. I could have a meal off of those alone!We saw other things on the menu that we want to try next time (buffalo cauliflower wings and the loaded fries with gochujang) but I might just have to get 3-4 orders of the brussel sprouts - I'd be a happy man!!Give them a try next evening you find yourself downtown!

Dawn Napier: First stop on our trip to Missouri. Googled they had food until 1 AM. We got there, nice decor. Several people were engaged in a game of corn hole in the Corn Hole Pit. We asked a server for a menu. She brought us a menu and took our drink order. She brought our drinks and we were wanting to order. Same server stated we stopped serving food at 8 PM. We were extremely frustrated. We could not understand how she could bring us a menu but they don’t serve food at that time. There were no specialty drinks on the menu.

Springfield Resident: Service here is freaking slow and incompetent. The entertainment is good this evening. I have no idea how good the food is, as I've been waiting for it for nearly an hour. 😡

Gary Wright: Not a big fan of the Aldi model, to be honest. Though prices are good, and quality of merchandise is usually just fine, brands or products available can be very inconsistent. If I go to Aldi looking for a particular brand name (or even a brand I have previously purchased) I am more likely than not going to leave disappointed.

Kayla Sterling: Sucks there is no bags. I'd shop here Alot more if there were bags and if I didn't have to do self checkout now, no employees ever have the line open, it's hard for me to keep my kids rounded up and scan my groceries and find a way to get them all in boxes at the same time

Mary Cunningham: I buy lunch snacks and produce at Aldi's. They are a hit and miss store - the produce is keeped to cold so fruit and lettuce spoil fast - so do the onions and potatoes. Now I just get snacks and some creamers. Fruit only what can be eaten in a day or two - prices are higher

We notice a lot less of the European goodies came in this year. Another loss to the pandemic. But the basics are great and there are still wonderful surprises.Time passes and Aldi is still a major part of our food plan. We shop for our house and my mother's. I am mostly vegan and everyone else loves the meat section. Still very few special goodies from Europe but that may just be the customer base. Also I noticed lately they have less and less Vegan food items. Mainly it's tofu and one or two veggie burgers. So I am learning how to produce my own options. Again, might just be customer demand. All in all still really like Aldi.These three paragraphs each represent about one to two years spacing.
