Angel Cook: Giving a 1 star because there is no way to contact store associates. I was running late for a pick up order and missed it by 5 minutes because of holiday hours. Went to call the next morning and the 855 phone number doesn't connect to any stores so I couldnt catch it before the employees cancelled it. This is an absolutely terrible customer service policy. Companies like this that make it difficult to connect to an actual human are infuriating to their customer base. Please correct this issue.

Virginia Argo: So I liked this place until I experienced the customer service there. When I was checking out my food my two toddlers were with me and of course they were loud and obnoxious like kids are. The cashier lady kept giving me dirty looks. I was at the self check out and I did not know that they did not take cash they only take card. So when I was asking for assistance to help me with a split payment, she said that it takes only card. Oh I said I apologize I’m sorry I did not realize can you please help me print out a receipt so they can help me where you can help me and she said oh we don’t print out receipts you have to go over here and unload everything all over again. I thought that was pretty odd considering the fact that almost every other grocery store can do this. So I literally put my bags full of food where she can scan everything and then she throws all of my food in the next cart and breaks the eggs that I have purchased. So I had to go up to her and ask her to get me new eggs. It’s just very sad that I feel like I can’t take my kids into a grocery store without getting judged and then frustrated and throwing the food that I purchase because they’re frustrated. Horrible customer service. I really hope that the managers take action to get this behavior corrected.

Wendy Watson: Went to Aldi (which I normally LOVE) and I am super disappointed. Most items were more expensive than Walmart, and it was not a pleasant shopping experience at all. There were so many negatives, and not one positive: they now require you to self checkout but give you ZERO space to do it. Not one price was better than Walmart by any significant amount. The new paper bags are trash and tore while just being loaded... don't try to use the handles!!! They were out of white bread and several other "staples". But i think the most irritating thing today was that the self checkout tells you 500000 times to keep scanning the next item or press something to finish. Every. Five. Seconds......I felt rushed by a stupid machine the entire time I was checking out with $200 worth of food. I normally don't complain, but this was the most frustrating and stressful grocery trip I've made in many years. If nothing else, please shut the register up. Thank you.
MO Green Acres: We've been a customer for over 25 years, and have always been happy at Aldi's. We have had literally NO COMPLAINTS and only good things to say, up until today. That all changed, when they put the self checkouts in. Fine, you want to put self checkouts in, go ahead, but not allowing you to use cash, not even giving the person the option of whether you want to use cash or a card...is wrong. This is just more of heading to a cashless society. Another thing, they have a surveillance camera on the self check out monitoring you the whole time, like you're a common criminal.Someone will say, “Well, just wait and go the checkout where there is a person working.” Which is what we have always done. If they line was too long, Aldi would always have someone come out and open up another register. Which was serving your customers, which was good. Not now, if you stand in line with the real person, and someone has trouble on the self checkout. That cashier, leaves the person they are checking out to go to help the self checkout people. This is bad business. This has happened twice to us now, and I've seen it happen to other people. Guess how many times we've been there since the self checkouts have been in? Twice.There probably won't be a third time. We have a large family and spend at least $800-$1000/month at your store. We'll wait for a response. If we don't get one, we'll be shopping elsewhere.

Joseph Dowler: I was charged for something on my tires I didn't want. Went and talked to them to fix the issue. They never fixed it. Will not go back to Walmart for tires ever again.
Devon Hopper: Tried to bring damaged goods from jewelry to the attention of employees and got trespassed for theft. Even though I had already brought a damaged item from that department to them and let them know there were more I was bringing. Upon going back and pick up the rest of the stainless steep jewelry I was blind sided and accused of theft as there were so many I was placing them in my pocket, which I stated to the manager originally that I would have some in my pockets as well. Well secret shopper wouldn't listen. Said I was stealing even though I would have ZERO reason to take tacky ear rings. Looking at them comments I see this is normal. Loss and prevention people aren't doing their job and harassing anyone who looks homeless or aren't dressed up. Do not come here. This facility needs closed down.

Large appliances and technology usually is not their thing. Here I are some examples of items that I’ve purchased at Walmart for a good price. After how they, a female cart wrangler/greeter in particular, literally just saved me from going under, im leaving another one. about 45 minutes ago i was shopping at WalMart. On the way out the door after i checked out, i stopped to talk to a female employee ive talked to before. Upon doing so, i laid my zipper case wallet in the shopping buggy and wound up walking right out the door. This female employee found it and promptly turned it into the customer service desk. I was 200 yards away from the store before i realized id left it there. In this zipper case was cash, drivers license, social security card, and a debit card with quite a sum of money on it. Health insurance cards. EVERYTHING! After i got it back i asked this lady if shed take a reward. She said, No. But ill take a hug. And a hug she got! Maam, ill give you all the hugs you want til Kingdom Come! Your type of honesty and integrity is rare these days. I WILL relay this great deed youve done to Corporate! I have their contact info and already tried to contact them, but theyre closed today. Idk exactly what else to say, except that if you and this WalMart location ever need me, im there! Ill pay ANY price for yall.
Belinda Knight: Shopping at Walmart was great! I actually found that Walmart had Mark some of their prices down on Staples. What a nice break on pop, can milk, sweetener, coffee. The checkers are the same as always unhappy,pitiful, angry, probably need food, a cigarette and a break. But everywhere you go to shop in town it is said that new fokes are not showing up for work. That is their main excuse anyway.

I get they have a job to do and that's fine, but the level of unprofessional vocabulary and attitude I received instead of an I'm wrong or "lord forbid" an apology, is appalling. We had to pause our busy day to prove her wrong about the issue she presented She then proceeded to make snide and rude comments as we were finishing checking out. How about instead of auditing your customers try hiring more staff for checkout lanes.

Gerald Ashford: The receipt police are strong in this store. Be prepared to have your privacy invaded upon entering.
Brandon Lauthern: It's Walmart. You're just as likely to find a grown woman with no pants and a chicken hat muttering to herself about the politics of sausage dishes as you are to get in and out unscathed. They have comparatively decent prices and they employ over 7% of the American workforce. The store is fairly clean and it's never a dull moment. Employees are scarce these days. I wonder if we would notice if they stopped manning their stores altogether?

Gary Allman: The grocery pickup is not recommended. Veggies on their last legs, we had to throw some away as soon as we got them home. Charged for three items, only one provided. Asked the 'Team member' to take our old bags for recycling (we told them were several bags filled ready to go). They said "Sure," and joked about it. And promptly left them all in the trunk.Every pickup we have tried has had similar problems. Missing items, poorly selected veggies.Stay away.

It's really an unpleasant shopping experience. Just Convenient to all you may need. But now they're selling in bulk like Sam's. And we are just two people. Don't shop in bulk. So, that's another minus. We need more department stores other than Walmart and target. Which they're way to high for the same service, have never shopped target even when I worked as over night stocker there. Because of their over pricing.

kitty: This Walmart has issues with Wic and Food-stamps! They have not updated the systems to correct it at all. They will decline both food-stamps and wic, starting almost everything wic/food-stamps approved is not covered. I had to put back food for my children multiple times because they are too lazy to update the registers. Also after they remolded the store they took out the automotive section all together! That's completely Ridiculous! Every small neighborhood Walmart has a small automotive section! There is a older burnet lady working in the Pharmacy here that is very rude! She likes to pretend she's deff and constantly ask you to repeat yourself! She's not hard of hearing at all honestly, she just does this to Annoy the customers because she hates her job..There were many times where the male pharmacies had to intervene with her customers because she's so horrible. Although the male pharmacist is very polite and professional and extremely helpful. This use to be my go to Walmart but it's gone downhill recently...

K Rodz: Yesteday I went to the pharmacy to pick up my prescription. The pharmacy technician was very unprofessional and aggressive to me. When I addressed to the technician about the way he was talking to me, he excused his behavior with that he had repetead something to me a couple times (Excuse me, but my first language is NOT english and takes me a while to understand something). Additional to the way that he addressed me, I had 6 items in my cart. This pharmacist said that he couldn't get the things checked out there because he had already closed my account and he was preparing something for me. After he prepared the prescription, I mentioned about the things I had that i would like to check out, he said that he had very long line (only 2 people who also had a few items in their cart).The pharmacist was present, I would have liked for her to intervene. I was seriously impressed by how this person treated. Highly unprofessional!!! This person needs to learn that whatever is going on, it does NOT give him the excuse treat customers poorly.

Kristie Blackburn: Worse customer service ever, lines was all the way back to the meat aisle, customers service desk line was also all the way back to the freezers. 20 min wait in line, asked floor manager to see if they can open another line too busy, asked another employee for help was like talking to a brick wall. Asked to speak to a manager, was told by a customer and employees that we was being rude for asking to see if they can pull people from back to help bag or open another check stand. Employees at the registers was taking there sweet time checking customers out, 5 items take 10 mins. Too busy looking else were, clearly wasnt interested in actually being at work. Claims not there job. Employees working on December 14, was rude, disorganized, just was not providing customers service to Walmart standards. How many employees does it take at customers service desk or instacart. No team work today for sure. I fully understand hoildays are busy but being rude and nasty to a customer who bring something to your attention is wrong. We worked in customer service for 27 years. I have never seen such a mess like this before. We will not be humiliated in front of other customers for trying to help clear up your mess that employees at this caused. Providing customers service should be your top priority period.
Gabriel Ramos: I would have given a five star but the cashier Lydia obviously needs to find a new way income. She is rude and absolutely shouldn't work in customer service. My mom an I went to get groceries she lives on the outside of town so she buys in bulk so she doesn't have to come to town much. I go with to help because of her health. God forbid Lydia had to scan some groceries. She huffed very loudly, slammed my groceries around and was just plain out unfriendly. I work in the customer service industry I understand obnoxious customers and getting annoyed,however we were nothing but kind and didn't deserve that. I'll drive out of my way to go to the big Walmart to avoid interaction with such rude employees.
