The person in front of us drove off so we were at the window and they said they’d be with us in a minute but after 6 minutes never said anything I kept saying hello but nothing. We drove up and the worker was talking with someone in a car at the second window. We left and ate something else. Wild. I understand if something’s wrong with system or there’s one person but at least tell us don’t leave us in the drive thru forever!

The person taking the orders and getting the orders together was the issue. So while I was waiting 15 min for my food, she hadn't even taken the car's order behind me so they waited even longer than I did. Several cars gave up and left. Don't waste your time here.

Cody French: Wife and I visited this burger king around 7:35 tonight and the drive thru was slightly busy so we went inside. We stood at the front counter for ten minutes while both the employees we saw made eye contact with us a couple times so they definitely knew we were there. randy Thomas: The restraunt had several homeless people inside harrassing us for money. One of them had a dog off leash wandering around climbing on the seats, licking tables and begging people for food. One guy was only wearing shorts, sitting in almost every chair and leaning on everything complaining about the heat and his sweat. Another man was laying on the table hacking up stuff like he should be at urgent care. There is no way this is sanitary at all, I felt sick to my stomach and my son and I couldnt even eat our meals. Brad Bearden: Ozark Burger King is the worst. I go there on the weekends cause I'm sick to death of McDonald's. 9 out of 10 times I go there they have no biscuits. This is after eliminating biscuits and gravy from the menu altogether for reasons I'll never understand. Faith Davis: I LOVE Burger King. But lately it seems like the bread has been sitting out for weeks. Crumbles upon taking a bite, and slowly disintegrates from there. Even when your parked to wait, it seems like the food never comes out hot. The staff and restaurant exceeds expectations However the food has loss its appeal and therefor my business has been extremely rare these days. Robert Chew: Bathrooms were disgusting floors in dining area were filthy and sticky crumbs on all tables. The bathrooms smelled and looked like they had not been cleaned in weeks. When I asked for a manager a kid that couldn’t have been 17 years old came to the counter and just nodded when I told them about the bathrooms. I will NEVER go there again and the health department will be notified about their uncleanliness and I will get ahold of corporate to let them know about the extreme incompitance at this store

Andrew Wingo: I tried to eat there, tried being the key word. I wanted the spider man whopper which I said at least 3 times then the guy at the counter would not even acknowledge my Father. Listen the man works hard (as do I) .Little did the counter guy know he was the man with the money. I just can't believe this anymore, 2 people are hungry in your lobby and you can't acknowledge one of them. What was really funny is as we were walking out a Manger at the door asked if we had a problem. Well yes we did. My father is old school he didn't want to waste any ones time so we went to Wendy's next door. The counter guy really acted clueless. and the place smells funny as well. The attitudes were weird. Emmanuel Olatunde: I've had plenty of Burger King in the past. This one stood out enough to share my experience. While on a road trip we stopped for food and. Restroom break.The place had a nice bright and clean perception walking into the restaurant. The restroom was clean and well stocked.The staff was friendly and quick. Food came out timely and was hot and fresh. The Mrs commented that this was perhaps the best Burger King we've ever been to.Great job to Leadership and staff here. Hopefully we'll need to stop in Marshall again because this will be our planned stop if we do.
