Shelby Theis-Lukenbill: I stopped in one day for a quick snack before a meeting and got their sweet potato fries last week. Now I know I will be a regular here! I'm not vegan, or even vegetarian, and this place is just SO GOOD. Their chicken and beef sliders are so surprisingly meaty and so flavorful.Using compostable materials in their packaging makes me feel like I'm making the right choice with where I'm spending my dollars. Not to mention that the prices are great and now I can take my vegan family members out to eat easily with Bosky's new hours!The waitstaff are incredibly friendly and genuinely interested in your experience.I wish there was more seating, but I've been lucky every time I've gone in- theres been one empty table just for me. Maybe an outdoor table would be a good addition?? The price was super affordable for a family of four, and your chickenless tenders won over a very picky 8 year old! The pop was all great. The portion sizes were perfect for 4 entrees and 2 sides.Vegetarian options: All vegan.Kid-friendliness: Both my kids finished their meal and that doesn't often happen.

Violet Spence: Literally always such a pleasant experience. The staff is so sweet and helpful as well as the owner. She is very welcoming and is always there and hands me my food herself most of the time. You can tell they really care bout what they r doing. The food is also just phenomenal. Dustin Scott: This is one of the best places to eat downtown. I am not vegan, but I still eat here because the food is really good!! The mushroom burger is absolutely delicious. The fries are perfectly seasoned. Best ranch dressing I’ve ever had. The people are always very nice. Food quality is very high. They have crushed ice and clean bathrooms. The water from the countertop spigot is very fresh. I’ve heard it’s 100% vegan spring water from the mountains pumped into Springfield Missouri in a 1/2” plastic line. That may or may not be true. I haven’t had time to trace the water line and see where it comes from.

Markus Blain: I had to give up a lot of foods when I developed an intolerance to egg, including most creamy sauces and batter-fried foods like chicken tenders and fish patties. I figured I'd try Bosky's because they have an entirely vegan menu so there's no chance I'd accidentally eat egg. We just had food delivered and I am absolutely blown away. This is probably the best vegan alternative to the dishes I can no longer eat that I've ever tasted. Even my picky child loved the "chicken" poppers. We will definitely be ordering again.

The chicken was very dry, and the broccoli pieces were so large, they took up over half the container. The pieces were discolored and didn't look fresh. I understand having small portions, but this was not worth what I paid on Dash. It didn't taste good either, and was very very bland. I'm so sad about it, because they have keto solutions and I really hoped for something better.

Paige Lee: We used to go here all the time, but after our last visit, I don’t think we will be back.I ordered one of the most expensive items on the menu that was like a sampler. Nothing was said to me when I ordered it. When the food came out, it was missing 2 of the 5 items. When I asked about it they told me there were out of the other two items. I asked if the price would be adjusted and was told I just received extra of the 3 things I got, even though I didn’t. When I pulled up the menu because they wouldn’t bring one so I could show them, the manager was very hateful and said in a nasty tone “well what do you want me to do about it?” At this point I have been trying to talk to them about it for 20 minutes and my food was completely cold. The manager spent the entire time trying to gaslight me when I had the menu pulled up on my phone.By the time we got it resolved so that I wasn’t paying for food I didn’t get, everyone else was done eating, so I left my own birthday dinner without even eating.This was far from the only problem we experienced. Our waiter just kept disappearing and not getting drinks or bringing out our food when it was ready so all 6 meals we got were cold and they completely disregarded what we told them when we notified them that someone had an allergy so they had an allergic reaction. We had eaten here many times and never had a problem with accommodating this particular allergy.Vegetarian options: It is apparently not a big deal if meat products end up in a vegan dish, that is listed as vegan and they will still charge for a dish that can’t be eaten.Dietary restrictions: Disregarded allergies they were told about multiple times in person and on the reservation.

Sara Slayton: My sister and I tried to go there a few days ago for her birthday dinner. We were one of three groups in the restaurant and they sat us at the only table sitting directly in the sun. There were tables on either side of us, so we got up and moved to the table that was right next to ours. The server was right behind us, and we mentioned that the sun was in our eyes, and he seemed fine with us moving. He gave us waters and said the server would be right with us.We sat for close to 30 minutes with no service. Servers kept passing us, making eye contact, and continuing to walk by. I completely understand that we should have asked to move before doing so. However, to be refused service because of something so miniscule is despicable.

It had to have sat in the window for at least 15 minutes before he brought it to us. We asked for a manager, 10 minutes later we explained what happened. We paid for our drinks and left. We will never go back.

Shout the orders out when they’re ready or put them where we can just come grab them please. Or at least move the pickup area to the counter closest to the door so it’s separate from the area where people order in store.

Kayla Burgess: My sandwich had frozen chicken in it and my daughters sandwich was wrong. Not a big deal but I did take it back up to the counter because no one wants to eat frozen chicken when you pay 8.00 for a wrap. When they remade it they burnt the chicken so bad it was crunchy and added so much sauce the whole wrap was slimy. No apology or anything and the whole time they were complaining loud enough saying “well I microwaved it twice”. Ok, no one was blaming you I just wanted a wrap that I paid for. We used to eat there multiple times a week but will not be going back. Customer service sucks big time!

James Blankenship: First experience here, stopped to grab a smoothie for a friend and when I went inside it wasn't very busy. 1 person waiting for an order, 1 person in front of me in line. The person working the register said hi, but then when they finished taking that order they turned and walked a few feet away and started laughing with a coworker until someone told them they needed to take my order. It was only a few minutes, but I mean really, poor service. I ordered a peanut butter cup and went to wait. The person who was waiting when I got there was still waiting and when their order came up all they had was a single smoothie, I know they'd been waiting longer than the five minutes I'd been there.At this point I watched as the staff making smoothies only used 2 mixing cups over and over. Instead of using the several clean cups by the sink they used 2 and then washed them and then used them again and kept repeating this process which meant they weren't using all of their mixers at the same time. I also watched as they made smoothies for people who came in after I ordered because apparently the peanut smoothie gets made in an orange mixing cup instead of clear and they were only using the clear ones until mine was the only smoothie left to make. 3 people came in after me and got their smoothies before me. On the plus side once I got my smoothie my friend said it was really good. So at least they were happy. Service left a lot to be desired though.
