Miranda Patton: We were in Saturday, April 9th, 2022 and received FANTASTIC customer service. We had been all over looking for a specific shoe my daughter wanted, but is apparently hard to find. They were able to order the shoes for us, but first spent time making sure we were getting the correct size. Shoe order was placed on Saturday and we had the shoes in hand by Tuesday - AMAZING!! They were busy, but we never felt rushed to make a decision. Several other stores we tried gave us the brush off, or no one even acknowledged us, we just checked the store ourselves for the shoes. HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend these guys!! We will 100% be back!

Angela Highfield: I have to say I was very unimpressed by the staff. My boyfriend and I came into the store and were the only ones there except for a couple that left as we came in. The staff said hello and that was it. There were 2-3 employees standing around the register not helping customers, not putting merchandise away, nothing. They did not come over to help us find shoes as we were clearly looking with several options each in our hands we wanted to try on. We had to go clear across the store to even get someone to help us. One employee finally brought us the shoes and disappeared again. Didn’t help us find different sizes, did not stick around to see if he could help us find other things, nothing. Needless to say we walked out empty handed. I was very disappointed as we both walked in there expecting to spend good money to buy shoes, but not with customer service like that.

Debra Thompson: The employees there are so nice and very helpful. I went there to buy my 7 yr old grandson Air Jordan’s. I couldn’t decide the first day I went and just picked one. I spent quite awhile in there but this young man (wish I got his name) was so patient. Of course I quizzed my grandson without him knowing I was going to get him a pair and he said he liked the black and orange ones . Yep I bought the wrong pair. So today I took them back and again another young man was patient and so kind in exchanging them for the orange and black ones ! I will be returning to buy again. Great customer service with a smile you’ll get when shopping there!!!

RJ RJ: This place has became a joke. $180 pair of air maxs bubble popped after 59 days and wouldn't help me out. I had them talk to a Nike representative that asked them to help me and still no comply. They will lose money is what they said. I've bought 10-15 pairs of shoes for myself and family every year for the last 10 years and most people I know buy from them. That all just changed. I stopped by Foot Locker and Champs and they said they would have helped me. The tall manager lady must hate her job, she get irritated when you ask her to do her job. No Wonder the kids working act the way they do, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Have a good day and shop somewhere else!

Superior Auto Detail And Paint Correction: They're always super helpful and nice BUT I'm happy to tell you that last night I left a $100 bottle of cologne there. Was trying on shoes and left it on the seat, once I got home I realized it but they were already closed.This morning I called and told them and they said instantly that they have it so I was able to come get it. Anyone that works there could have easily just kept it and nobody would've ever know but they put it up for me and I really really appreciate that kind of honesty and integrity. I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

They scam us on buying a freaking hoodie with the discount on it but apparently the discount is already included in the price where the signs says, 25 percent off. I ask the dude at the door for help and I let him know the situation, he wasn't much of a help. He try to tell me that I have no idea what I was talking about. Any time that ive been to champs the customer service has beensuperb!👍🏾 The only complaint that id have would have to be they never truly have the sizes im looking for. Therefore im left to settle for something they do have in the sizes ive requested. However they do give you the option to order in-store which i did last week. My order only took 2days to arrive. I was super happy. I recommend Champs nontheless.They have some pretty cool shoes, staff and the establishment is always clean.
