Kayla Smith: Been to this Sally’s a couple of times. Each time either my wife or I went to the store we’ve had problems with not only not able to find anything easily but also the employees there are extremely unhelpful. The employees won’t show you where anything is so you have to wonder around on your own. And if you ask a question you will get a beat around the bush answer or an answer to something completely different than you asked. Normally, I go to Sally’s on the south side of town even though I live closest to this one for these above reasons. But unfortunately I didn’t have the time and I had to fix a hairdye mistake on a time crunch. Never again will I step foot in this store and will go to a different Sally’s.

It was a flawless experience and on top of that, the manager Heather and Rosa the associate made sure I had my complete order and had everything we needed for our hair coloring project. Susan Hicks: Have been in there twice and the service is very poor. My first trip, I purchased multiple items and was asked to buy a bag to carry out my purchases. Pretty sad day when a business expects you to buy a bag for your purchases!!! Today I went in and purchased a product that should have been discounted as I am a licensed Cosmetologist. After getting home, I realized the discount was not applied even though she asked for information to verify for license. Do yourself a really a big favor. Skip this store!!! Would give them zero stars if it was possible.

Chastity Adams: After going to this location 2 times.. I will never go back. The customer service is absolutely horrible. My 15 yr old son even was shocked! Really disappointed with their choice of employees. I will drive to Bolivar, where the employees have always been amazing, before I go back there!! I never write bad reviews, because too many don't take the time to post good ones, but that is how disappointed I am!

Shania Hall: Never had a bad experience until now, could not find what I was needing to find what so ever. An employee asked if we are finding everything we need and I said no, because we definitely couldn’t and she then walks away. Then decides to talk to the other employee about un related work stuff. That would have been completely fine with me but they just didn’t help me at all and watched me walk out.

Courtney Vaughn: I bought I tip hair extensions from them that won't fit into any bead hole that I can find. I have searched and searched for beads big enough to fit hair and the itip inside. You probably couldn't even pull one strand of hair through the beads that they sell. I have searched the Internet and every professional salon store in town for beads with a bigger center.So I'm just out $70+ It was supposed to be my daughter's birthday present too. Dont sell things that are not usable especially expensive things. Otherwise I like this store for some things.

Patience Underwood-Leigh: This is the only place that I buy my hair dyes for the vivid colors that I keep my hair and have since January 31, 2013.I dye my hair these colors simply because they make my happy and they make me smile when I barely catch a glimpse of my hair in a reflection in something as I'm walking by.I only wish the Sally's Beauty Supply in Marshfield hadn't closed....I went there every week.

Courtney Vaughn: I like Sally beauty supply but this credit card that I got through them…. Synchrony bank is kind of weird they want your bank account info to let you pay your bill. Meaning routing and checking account number. If you try to get around it without just going up to the store to pay your bill you may be charging nine dollar free to talk to someone in customer service. I went up and paid my card off yesterday wanted to know why it seemed like double the amount but between the cashier and the people on the phone nobody is going to tell me why or be able to tell me why as far as I can see. There’s some reason why my credit limit has changed I guess it’s gone down $100 possibly? It says temporary credit limit $300 that doesn’t sound right. I thought it was like 400 maybe 200 but not 300. I don’t really care what the limit is I’m just wondering since when do card limits go down? Is that a new thing? I’m stuck with I tip extensions from their store because they don’t have the correct beads and I can’t find the beads anywhere and I don’t have a credit card for just anywhere so by the time I have money in a different form I’m not in the mood to go searching for beads. My bill which is not supposed to be a bill is saying my credit limit is $4.50 what does that mean?

Alayna Pearson: The operation hours are listed on Google as being open until 8pm on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday as well as a sign taped to the door saying the same thing but it is 6:12 and the door is locked, the first row of lights is turned off, and no one is answering the phone when I called 3 times. Obviously the hours need revised to be correct or something. I've been trying to return a purchase and this is the 3rd time I've came to the store and its been closed when it says on the hours it shouldn't be. Very irritating
