Hi: Bought a car from here only 3 months ago, and I’m already spending way more on repairs than I did on the actual car. The man knowingly sold me a car with a bad engine and was somehow comfortable with this fact. Predatory business tactics were used, hiding behind a “nice” and “humble” veneer to trick you into buying a money sink. Thanks for putting me in the hole, causing more stress in an already stressful time, and leaving me without a ride, Northside Auto Exchange. Hope you can sleep at night knowing that.

Carol Harrison: My husband purchased a 2010 Chevy Tahoe for me back in November 2020. After driving if for a week the check engine light came on , we took it back and they supposedly replaced the oil pressure sensor, so we brought it home and drove it for another couple of weeks and the check engine light came back on for the same reason. We spoke to the dealership about having it fixed in Pacific, since that's where we live, and that they would pay for it. We got it fixed and but they would only pay for part of the bill, they wouldn't pay for the $40 oil change which was needed for the sensor replacement. And it took the over a month to pay my mechanic. So all was good until last week when the engine developed a knock, so now we have to replace the engine. I will never buy another vehicle from this place.
Mercedes Linder: My husband and I would not recommend getting a vehicle from this company. They are very nice in person and great at selling a vehicle. We got a Ford Focus from this company couple months ago & our car has spent more time in the shop then it has on the road. We didn’t notice any issues on test drive and we decided to go ahead and get the car, the next day we started noticing the car was having transmission issues and we called right away. This is the 4 time our car has been in the shop and only have had it for a couple months on February 14th will be a month that it’s been broke down this time.. we call daily to check and see the status of what’s going on with the car and we always hear, “ we will call you back”, ( nobody ever calls), “Our mechanic is working on it currently”, ( we drove by and our car was sitting behind the fence snow covered), “ probably be done tomorrow” we feel like we’ve been patient and we feel we should have been offered to trade it in on something else because clearly they had to know they sold a car knowing it had issues or offer to give us our $ back. We just don’t feel like this is right.

Halfway Paddle Company & More: Is there a negative star placement... would never recommend anyone buying a car from White Motor Company. Sold us a 14,000 car with a blown motor .This isn't a error like they want you to believe it's just another scam that they pull , our car that the motor was bad White's repeatedly told us nothing was wrong with it for two months even though a major dealership said otherwise . They do have this car back thank goodness for the Lemon Law but would not give our money back and by law they don't have too but gave us another car and it to has issues in electrical systems pick and choose your battles but I can say that I will never recommend them for anything or to anyone .

Zach Hainline: When I decided what type of truck I wanted I quickly learned 1st Generation Honda Ridgelines were in short supply in just about every city in this country. But I was in luck when I found there to be 2 at White Motor Co. My first visit was on a cold and rainy night about 10 minutes after close and I didn't think anyone would venture out to speak with me but Frank wasn't afraid to get wet and was more than happy to stay after close to show me the 2 Ridgelines they had to offer and talk me through all of its features. I thought after all of my research I had them covered, but he showed me a bunch of things I didn't even know. It was a great visit. I left with a bunch of info to consider and think about with no high pressure to buy that day which was refreshing. I returned a few days later and nearly too late as 1 of the Ridgelines was sold but thankfully it was the one I didn't want anyway. Now I had a Trade in and I feel I was treated very fair with the offer I was given on it so we were able to make a deal. They drew up the paper work and it was fast and easy and I was out the door that night with the truck I wanted. I was very happy with the ease of the transaction and the very little haggling that was needed cause pricing was fair and it just wasn't needed. Overall it was by far my best car buying experience I've ever had so I would definitely highly recommend to anyone shopping whether its a Truck, SUV, Car, and most assuredly a Honda Ridgeline to stop by and check out White Motor Co.

He puts on a nice guy act but he’s the complete opposite. Anything and everything I would tell him he would flip around and say something different. Avoid this dealership at all costs!

Rich Izard: I bought a truck from them in March. Within 24 hrs of driving the vehicle the check engine light came on. I notified Bruce he told me to bring it in and they will fix it. I ended up bringing it in 4 different times each time I was told it was fixed. It is still having the same issue I haven't even driven this truck 1500 miles and now I have to get a new engine for it. I have tried to contact Bruce about it since April and still no response.Here is an update! I called the dealership the next day after I left this review and I spoke to the Manager Dewayne he told me that the owner saw my review and wasn't happy I left this review and that if I hadn't left the review then he would of fixed the problem. Now I am stuck with a vehicle that has a bad engine and will cost about 6000 to fix.

Amanda P: After a verbal and written agreement to buy a camper for a set price and establishing a time for pick up and payment, the camper was sold out from underneath me 5 hours later. I was never given the opportunity to conduct business with the individual, but dealt solely with Leo, the manager at 417 Autoland. He messaged me on Facebook Messenger and confirmed the acceptance of my offer, and when I called him this morning, he verbally agreed to it, the sale, and a pickup time of 4:00, Monday, April 27th. He never asked for or indicated a needed deposit. Had he requested one or advised one would be required to hold the camper, I would have provided one today. The business owner then sold it out from under me for a different price, claiming it was his own personal property. When I was contacted by Leo this afternoon, he advised me it belonged to the dealership owner and he could do whatever he wanted with his own personal property. The camper was listed through 417 Autoland, and it was listed through 417 Autoland's Facebook page, which is where I found the listing. All contact was made with 417 Autoland through the Facebook Messenger App, until I called this morning. When I tried to establish an earlier pick up time on Sunday, Leo advised me that it was being sold through 417 Autoland and they were not allowed to conduct sales on a Sunday. But when it came time to advise me of it being sold to someone else later today, it became the personal property of the business owner.
