Janita Cisco: There were a lot of cool stuff in the store to look at, but every time you walk in there they treat you like you're going to steal something. You walk in and they asked you what you're looking for and tell you which aisle is on, then they watch u the whole time ur in there. I understand being paranoid of shoplifters, but I'll never understand treating everyone who walks through that door is if they know you are a shoplifter. I wanted to look around but felt that I needed to grab what I came in for and get out as fast as I could. I also noticed that a lot of their prices were higher than the other Ace Hardware Stores

Rachel Lee: David was very rude to me when trying to get a part for my project this morning. He got short with me when I asked for help and repeatedly stopped and talked to other customers even after he started walking to help with finding the part. He didn't listen to what I was asking for help with and eventually sent me to a different store after I clarified 3 times what I was looking for. Not impressed at all. Wasted my time coming in here
