Stacy Killingsworth: Well, I can't believe this place is still in business. I call the springfield number and get transferred to the service department . They tell me to bring in a piece of equipment over 1000lbs. I load and drive into town and no one knows what I'm talking about. They say they don't even diagnose this equipment, I would need to remove cylinder.So what happened is all calls get routed to Wichita office and they don't even ask where I'm at. I call back again and still don't ask where I'm at. They can't understand why springfield wouldn't take it. They say they usually just ship this stuff to Joplin or Wichita JUST TO DIAGNOSE IT!!!Now you tell me how much that is going to add to the bill on something of this size! So if you do deal with this company YOU better ask all the right questions or you will be wasting a heck of a lot of time and money. Of course all I get is "we are sure sorry". With this kind of a business model, I wonder if they could find the plumbed port with all ten fingers!

Jason Houston: I bought a Milwaukee power tool bundle from this location in November of 2022, it is now mid February 2023 and I still have not received my 2 free tools. In January I asked the boss Cory about the tools in which he stated it was not his problem that it was on Milwaukee. Being the representative that sold me with this promise I feel they should have made the special effort to investigate for their customers. BEWARE!!!
