Very aggravating and will not be buying tools from here again.Again I will say the guys at the counter are awesome.

John Willis: These guys are awesome. Will never buy another power tool anywhere else! This past weekend, I dropped off a Dewalt 60V Battery that came with my 12” Miter. I wanted to have it tested, as it was only charging at 1/3 it’s original capacity after only a couple of years and very minimal use. Today, no questions asked and no green exchanged, they handed me a brand new 60V and thanked me for my business. I have always been a fan, but their actions today were 5-star worthy to be certain!

Shanna I Weathers: They have a good selection, prices are about right along with anywhere maybe a little higher than home depot, the negative was the customer service and no organization, Questions got short answers or a look, and hardly anything was priced but asking a question about a price or where to find anything seemed to be a hardship on the associates. My husband spends more on tools than we did on our car, house, truck, tractor, saw mill etc. He asked a price and the guy laughed and said "it is pricey" .... Totes sitting around sporadically, there was a random answer that did not make sense.so we went within a half hour and bought 8 Milwaukee tools. A holehawg 18 volt, 2 fuel impact drills, 2 m18 drills and a fuel drill, a multi cutter tool.

Jamie Burchett: I went to the lawn and garden to buy 24 landscape blocks. When checking out at the outside lawn and garden register, they scanned the 24 block. Then, because I had 100.00 bill, they told me I would have to go inside and check out again because they couldn't cash it out there. That they didn't have enough money. Now my bill was 76 dollars, and some change. Do you mean at your busiest time of year they didn't have the 20 some dollars and change? Come on Lowe's you can do better.

Janet Robinett: Standing in line with my 82 year old father who forgot his wallet. He is a veteran and they pulled d him up by his phone number along with all the info they asked for. Not only would they not acknowledge that he was a veteran, but refused his veteran discount and the manager is still not here. They are intentionally trying to humiliate him.Do not shop here ever.
Woodpecker Peckswood: my review is based on lack of customer service at this location and I come here often. today I just ordered something online and went to pick it up. as I arrived the employee standing at pick up took off their vest and walked away. I look over and see 5 people in the return line. Kenzie and Nate both working customer service . After 5 min or so neither acknowledged me, so I ask loudly if Im supposed to move over to the return line. Nate said yes. Geez thanks Nate for telling me after standing there visible to you for over 5 minutes. Kenzie ended up helping me but lacked basic knowledge how to read the screen and kept referring to my purchase as "the thing with a weird name" it's was a sander.. 😄. so you can't expect to save time or pick up items here with any efficiency because you end up in their slow return line with everyone else. this has happened simular a few times. then another time I purchased $140 at the store and apparently your system was glitching because the cashier told me it didn't work and to run my card again. well of course she ran the purchase twice but I only received one receipt. so I didn't know until I got home and my bank account is empty. I called and was told to come in to fix it. when I did I couldn't get the customer service person to give me the refund it turned into a, get me your manager situation. just ridiculous! clearly hiring the youngest people that have zero clue how to treat a customer or have any sense of urgency .. everyone is aloof and annoyed they have to help a customer. well im annoyed at this branch and your lack of management and training so you get a deserved review.

Wow.Missed it by a few days!Now this isn't an item I had been using, there were many cans on the shelf the same age as my return and mine was unopened. It isn't about to expire, no damage to the can or label and I have the receipt. Is it spoiled? No. Is it out of date? No, they have the same stuff with the same date on the shelf. Weird huh?And did I mention she was rude? She even pointed to the receipt and said yeah it's outside of our policy. Wow, I didn't know it was written on there. But if it is, OK. Well, guess what? It's not, it's not on there at all. What she pointed to on the receipt, it says for a copy of our return policy visit this website. Another customer service fail.This is horrible customer service. What's the reasoning for the rule on this item?Maybe Lowes isn't interested in my business...?? There are competitors I could go to.Update-Purchased two $50 gallons of one coat (guaranteed) paint. It didn't cover in one coat. 😕Which lead to using more paint than was projected by staff in the paint department. I'm taking my receipt and the empty container back to lowes. Hopefully they will back up the guarantee. We will see.Original review-Found a great price for a bandsaw on clearance.In the past I have had employees be rude and less than helpful. This time I couldn't find anyone to help in tools. The checker in contractor sales had several customers lined up waiting while she visited with people and little kids, (May have been her grandkids) a little frustrating.
