WES Harman: Easy check in. The receiving manager was stalking around the parking lot and took my paperwork. He was not happy to see another truck but gave me a door immediately and had me unloaded in under an hour. I honestly felt bad for him (I think maybe he was working alone) but it all worked out.Plenty of space to get turned around and back in to the docks. Tandems back (there are ramps you have to hit). No substantive complaints.Edit: Management: Thanks for the prompt response. I didn't get a name. Entre nous, I wouldn't give a name even if I did. I'm no grass. The man was having a bad day, that's all. From one working man to another I understand. The truth is from a driver's perspective he made my life easier than a lot of receivers and did his job well. I'd buy him a beer if I could.
G. Ndina: Check in with very very easy, and I was unloaded and under an hour. And that was with other trucks coming in after me and checking in. I like the way this Pepsi-Cola is set up for deliveries.

He was cool too. If u get door 5 tho line up on the yellow line on the right mirror, not the left. It's off center so being dead in the line on other side is center.

You can’t remake a gourmet soda to taste like this. But hey to each there own. Keep up the awesome work and the awesome customer service. And the people who haven’t had a gourmet soda. Definitely got smacked in the face with the sweetness but that's kind of the point and I enjoyed the Bear Trap soda very much as a sweet treat. My only issue is that they don't list all the diet options on the menu. As a type one diabetic, it's nice to know what options I have, however limited. I know not everyone has a limited diet and no matter what there is going to be additional sugar involved, but would have gotten something else had I known there was more than diet coke and the experience would have been that much more enjoyable. I know there are a lot of diets soda drinkers that don't necessarily have diet restrictions too, so I think it would be good for all. I would definitely visit again and recommend giving it a try.

t taylor: Spring Branch Kombucha has turned my 3 daughters, my husband and my Mom into Kombucha Fans. We keep it stocked in our fridge. We get it from Ozark Farmers Market and Mama Jeans, but now that Roots Coffee Bar has it on tap we don't have to go far from our House to refill our bottles and growlers. My favorite is their Raspberry Basil. Energy is off the charts and digestion has never been better. I Love this stuff!!!
Dustin Myers: I wasn't a fan of kombucha until I tried Spring Branch. Now it's my "soft drink" of choice. In my opinion, their flavors are far superior to what you can buy at the store. I like to keep a growler on-hand and always stop by for a cup at the farmer's market. Their commitment to the community is just another reason to support this brand. Keep up the good work!

Kyleigh Skoufos: NEVER EVER buy kegs from here! I ordered two kegs for my wedding and when I went to pick them up they wouldn’t give them to me because my 18 year old sister was with me to help load them. They told her she wasn’t aloud to be holding or touch alcohol even though she can serve open alcohol at her job. (We live 3 hours away but the wedding was close to Springfield) I asked if I dropped her off and came back to get them if they would give them to me and they said no that I wasn’t allowed back in the store until tomorrow - which was my wedding day. I had to get a friend who lives in Springfield to get the kegs and guess what, they didn’t even ID her which was the whole reason they wouldn’t give them to me in the first place! The women I spoke to were rude right off the bat and unprofessional. Then my grandma tried returning the kegs back after we were done and they wouldn’t let her return them, it has to be me. I wasn’t allowed to pick up or pay for my order but I have to be the one to drop it off? The whole process was horrible and I will not be ordering or shopping here again.

Joshua Christensen: A fantastic source for brewing equipment, ingredients, and advice, whether you're an experienced homebrewer or just getting started. Always very helpful and friendly. Even if you're not yet brewing yourself, Show-Me is also must-visit microbrewery with a dozen delicious beers to enjoy on site or take home in a growler. One of my absolute favorite place in Springfield.

I recommend checking this place out if you are a craft beer fan!

Josh Dobbins: The store is great. I called looking for a carrot cake on Mother's Day and as I expected, there were none to be had. 10 minutes later my phone rings and it was the guy in the bakery. He said he was wrong and had found one and even held it for me till I could come get it. I forgot to get his name but that was above and beyond. (southside ElCamino Alto location) Thanks again. The gas station, on the other hand, is frustrating. I waited in line for half an hour as I watched half the pumps remain unused as they were for vehicles with passenger-side gas doors. You can only use those pumps if your gas door is on that side. Silly. The amount of money that I would have saved getting gas at Sam's club was eaten up while my truck idled in line for so long. Maybe I was just there at a bad time..
Alex Hennis: The destruction of America will come partly through our consumerism and dependence on China. Our use of Walmart and Sam's has fueled this process. Our desire for cheap goods has put the Mom and Pop stores out of business. Plus, we've aided China enslaving people to produce our goods. Now, we face the end of the American dream and the beginning of the American nightmare. God help us all.
Jay Smith: I'd avoid the optical center because it is all done using telehealth. You spend more time waiting for a Dr. to come online than actually doing your eye exam. Cost the same as seeing a real Dr. in person in any other location.
Alex: I mostly just go to Sam's pharmacy on (EL Camino Alto.And they are literally just the most amazing most caring and helpful pharmacist's and technicians and techs and just 110 % all around service I love how they have taken time to actually get know me and just well everyrhing they do for me has blown me away .unlike all the other pharmacy that jjst dont say anything or wvsn say high at other places here at sams they are so sweet and caring ppl and they are well aware that some of my medication I really really worried about especially due to the medication shortage because I'm epileptic and my seizure meds are extremely important I mean majorly majorly important and they have just blown me out of the water by letting me know personally that I have nothing to ever worry about that they will always make sure that I am very well taken care of when it comes to any of my medications because they know that I'm trying xiety type of person when it comes to medications that keep me from going into grand mal seizures and they're just amazing amazing wonderful tight little pharmacy at Sam's Club on El Camino and hands down I give them infinite amount of Stars if there is a medication something confusing that came in or whatever they get right on it and they call me and let me know right awayand call me and they fix it and make me not to have that worry or anyting they are amazing amazing loving caring people actually care about their customers and patience is I would call

Autumn Bradshaw: Sam's Club is a good place to get some great deals!!! Nice workers and clean store and products. Everyone I know shops here!
Kristy Shupe: Sam's Club on Sunshine is one of my favorites!! Where else can you get a super size tea, soda, or sports drink for under a buck? Low gas too!! Super friendly staff and competitive prices. Their produce is fresh and they have really good prices on all of the basics.
William Harrison: Be prepared to be in a crowd. This place is full of deals and it is fast paced. Go. It is a great place to stock up and find bargains. Gas perks are nice also.

Same thing damaged again but this time when we called customer service the agent told us we could get a refund but that they wouldn't replace it again and to shop somewhere else.

The self checkout is getting large and this is like the worst store for those. Unless I have just a few things I avoid the self checkout, it's just not worth the risk.
Crazy Krasus: I remember when the mall was a great place to go now the parking lot and sidewalks are trashy the massage chairs don't work properly anymore and the mobility chairs die before you can even get half way across the mall

Aaron Shankle: Called to see if they had a specific kind of alcohol, which they did, and once we came to the store helped us find the location! Prices are great and easy to know where each kind of alcohol is located. Was greeted kindly and asked on multiple occasions if we needed help with anything as we decided to browse the rest of the store. Also paid for gas there so a two in one, which was very helpful as it made it to where we didn't have to search for a gas station.
